Order number 2000108-[protected] ordered march 17-2023 and order number 2000106-[protected] ordered feb,18,2023 these items I have offered to return if label and packing for return and also $39.34 and $75.55 two purchase amounts and I have tried to get refunds for the products size also to small and I have the original [ackaging the customer service rep refused to help me with refund or return ask me to contact bank for dispute, I should not have to contact the bank with a reciept and packing and your store policy is if I have reciept and items unused offer to retun for for refund and refused so I exspect a refund on both orders and amounts in full from the sale of the product by your walmart quarentee, its a hassle every time I need assistance I get hassled like I am trying to rip off the company and I have all proper items and order number and also never used produts and I demand full return of funds for purchase of items

On the Walmart policy
We are in Bathurst, NB and according to Wal-Mart in Bathurst they have the policy to make young student from the school in front wait outside before than can go in and eat at McDonald. The McDonald is inside Wal-Mart and we talk to the manager owner of McDonald in Bathurst and he's not the one doing this and Wal-Mart said it them both. I talk to the manager and they have a the excuse you can imagine and they are making them wait outside. One day my husband happen to go to Wal mart and he said he was the father and they said you're really the father and they followed him almost to McDonald and we are not impress with the service and the policy. If there was a negative star present then I would have opted for that. Horrible experience happened for the first time after 4 years, there was some homeless druged guy was stopping me to go into elevator, still I went and he just snatched my mobile and then I shouted on him and told that I will call police. He was using abusing language. Somehow I got out of elevator and there was no use of security at the gate because they were busy in talking with eachother.
Should have screamed for help and caused a scene. Sadly they can call the police, but there are many of them around. They just return. Not all of them are psycho. But people like him make all homeless people look like psychos. They usually hang around LCBO, asking for money for food. You can tell what they really want to spend the money on. The ones that really want food, will accept anything, even your leftovers. Even if the security did something, he would be back in less than a day.

9/1/23. Was in a handicap scooter. Checked out at register. Got home didn’t have grapefruit. Called and told alexis. It was 2 grapefruit and I had to read her my receipt. Then she had to go watch the camera when I checked out. And she said if I didn’t get it they would replace but if another customer got them I would have to file a police report. For two grapefruit!
Well good new was they watched the video and found out I didn’t lie. The bad news is that I live in graham with limited places to shop and at times I still have to go there. But you can be assured only when I have to. I have stopped getting my rx from there since they no longer have curbside. The plants are dead or dying if you dont get them when they unload. I can no longer get large women’s clothes there. And the store doesn’t carry the variety other walmarts do. Graham texas walmart sucks.

Oil change- Fayetteville GA
I was told that I couldn't get an oil change because my car was too old (1985). The Fayetteville, GA Lead said his book indicating which oil to put in only went back to 1999. He could not change oil unless he used the oil specified in the book. I offered to show him the owner's manual. He refused to do the change.
Since I have Walmart tires, it is important to be able to change oil at the same time I get my free balance and rotation.
Desired outcome: A letter indicating, I can get Oil changes using whatever viscosity I specify within the brands you use. Plus 10 free oil changes to compensate me for having to go to a Walmart farther from my house.
Walmart Money Card
I noticed fraudulent activity on my account. Someone unknown was able to withdraw $400.00 from an ATM while I was in possession of my debit card.
I called and reported it to Customer Service and filed a police report right away.
Unfortunately Walmart Money Card Services made it impossible to have the money reimbursed.
I was with my son at the Aurora Mall when the transaction was at a CVS clear across town. A place I've never stepped foot in.
I lost my car because of the theft and denial to reimburse funds.
Desired outcome: I would simply like to have back the $400.00 that was stolen from me. I work hard for my money and it's not right.

I went to the wal-mart in hope mills 6 times in the past week. Evertlytime it has been different time of day. I went today 8/31/23 to get me and my father's hunting licenses. Waited for 30 minutes before I finally got a manager to come to the back and tell me that the worker was at home all other times they was on break. Wal-Mart at 100 Bayshore is very dirty. Especially at the self checkouts. I asked the employee if she can clean the self checkout that she put me at and she assured me that they get cleaned quite often. This is at 7:30 in the morning! I told her there was no way that it was cleaned. She said oh. She did not offer to clean it so I told her that I was moving to a cleaner one. Clothes are never folded, a lot of the merchandise in the store is a mess! I don't know why this is happening. It was not like this last year. Most of the employees are on their phones. I find all of this unacceptable. Please rectify the problems.
Fraudulent activities disputes, replacement card issues, false promises of delivery
There was fraud on our account at the end of June 2023, we have spent hours weekly speaking with the SAME walmart representative that has given expected delivery dates of card. The wrong card was ordered, when he received a card last wee we were told that card was ordered on-line we had to dispute that, we didn't order anything online! At that time they ordered a new card and didn't say that, we called back and that when we knew that was not the replacement but a online card ordered, then given another delivery date of AUGUST 28TH 2023. It didn't come, now it's FedEx delivery date of AUGUST 30th over 1 month for a replacement card that we still don't know if it will arrive, she never have a tracking number, just say call back if don't arrive. 2,200 we are still waiting.

My husband keeps getting the run around after ordering replacement card due to online fraud, since then he suffered a mini STROKE, has not been able to work and we are still waiting on his card ordered beginning of August! The Walmart+ app itself was not the best experience for me. I could never get the discount gas because the app could never connect to a pump and it's only usable through the app which sucks because I actually AM a delivery driver (that app is also faulty, was forced to deliver for free for 3 hours). Now my vehicle is out of commission so getting items delivered would be my best option but that is also a bust. My delivery driver made it to my house, placed my order into my house, and after almost 10 minutes of trying, she had to take the order back to the store because again, the faulty apps, I still got charged for delivery. And the best part… I have to wait up to 10 days to even get the hold released from my bank, need that money readily since I now have no transportation. It was NOT worth it to me, I now see why spark drivers have so many complaints.
Desired outcome: Do better overall
This human used to be able to pull up to the gas station, open the app, and scan a barcode. Never had any issue before these last few months, I walk into the gas station and the cashier tells me it’s all app work, app never stops telling me unable to connect to pump… is this human supposed to stick fingers inside of the screen?

I called in a refill on my prescription went to pick it up. The pharmacist embarrassed me in front of everyone and said we will no longer refill your narcotic prescriptions. You have too many of them. I may have a few, but I do not refill them every month nor do I take them every day. I have MS and I have certain medication‘s that are prescribed for my condition and I think they should’ve called me on the phone to discuss this or hold me aside and talk to me privately not announce it in front of all.
Desired outcome: I will not be filling any prescriptions at Walmart anymore

I ordered a produced called L'Evate , flavor TART CHERRY, 3 boxes totaling in the amount of $69.87. The flavor that I received was CHOCOLATE. I ordered this healthy supplement for my husband and guess what? MY [censored]ING HUSBAND IS ALLERGIC TO CHOCOLATE. I called the 800 number spoke to a CSR only to be told they can only refund me $9.00 for their screw up. INFLATION IS REAL , SO IS THE STRUGGLE I DON'T HAVE MONEY TO THROW AWAY ON A PRODUCT THAT HE CAN'T USE OR BECAUSE YOUR EMPLOYEES WHO FILLED THE ORDERED DECIDED TO PUT WHAT THEY WANTED INSTEAD OF WHAT I ORDERED THAT COULD HAVE POTENTALLY HARMED MY DAM HUSBAND.
