I received my credit card MasterCard from Walmart rewards last summer every month like clockwork I received the statement via email last month I did not receive one and because I’m very busy I didn’t notice that I owed money to them without the prompting of the email with attached statement July to see the details and the due date - I don’t receive the text message that I was alarmed about on September 9 saying that I’m late paying my credit card bill so I therefore contacted customer service and said I’m used to getting these emails with attached statement to remind me to pay I’ve never been late ever and then I receive something but this month I got nothing again and I sent a text back saying that I will contact the ombudsman of Ontario regarding this issue should I not receive my statement via email as I always did by today and I will still pursue this ombudsman issue should you not deal with this ASAP. I have better things to do than contact your outsourced customer service office in a different country who typically has limited training and essentially nothing is done. Thank you
