This matter has been brought to the attention of Walmart Supercenter Tulsa OK. We are a 76+-year-old couple living in Tulsa. Both of us are physically disabled, and are wheelchair-bound. It is very convenient for us to order online, then have the items delivered to our home. **We spend a sizeable amount at this Walmart, yet are treated horribly by 95% of the delivery persons AND the workers at this store.
We ask - specifically - for there to be NO Substitutions, and to PLEASE alert us as to a pending delivery or to call so as to make certain SOMEONE will be at the door when delivery is made. Today, yesterday (Saturday the 2nd), and many times during this HOT HOT weather - deliveries have been DUMPED on our porch - many items to defrost before we discover it. THIS IS SO WRONG!
Our budget is minimal! Spoiled food is never okay; spoiled food at our expense is never okay, ever!
This CANNOT continue - yet, we feel it necessary to have a home delivery due to our age and ability - or lack thereof.
Please help with this ongoing problem between Walmart and us.
