Store manager has completely ignored my aunt that is in her 80s that has an animal sanctuary a non profit. With the store donating damaged animal food bags cans etc. I called myself for her spoke with him and he very nice. Then my aunt came in to drop the letter off he knew she was standing there for over 30 min waiting for him and he pushed it on someone else. I have called and left message after message and now he won’t return my calls either. And I would just go to the store but I do not live in that state. Me being an walmart employee myself know what he is going is not okay. And I have two complaints out in against him one with home office and one with the donation place. For him to ignore me and my aunt all because he doesn’t want to do his job is wrong. You do not push on to another person he even said he would help her. So now I will not stop until he does his job. My store manager at Walmart would never ever do what he’s doing. He needs to step down if he can’t handle his job because Walmart is all about GIVING AND HELPING.
No he’s the one that has to except the letter. No I’m talking about a non profit organization. There is more paperwork than just dropping off the letter. He has neglected to do anything even call back. After even talking with him about the situation! That is not how Walmart works. I’m an employee and know what needs to be done! He has completely disregarded the situation. And that is not about of his job is just forget things and discard them.
