Walmart review: Poor auto service repair on oil change

My name is gregory lingham 2019 w york st. Piladelphia ,pa 19132. Sept 5t 2023i took my vehcile 2023 mazda to walmart for a oil change. After the oil was change on my way to my resident i notice the oil light was on i turn around went back to the auto dept.

I met with auto dept mgr. Tracey explaine told her the oil light was on she said no problem it will go off. I said ok and left. I went 13 miles to my resident kept looking the light stll on. Ok i went into the house call the nmber on my reciept all i got was shifted from here and there.

Sept. 6th 2023 i went back to the and met with the store mgr. Who enturn ask me to meet him back in auto care. The store call for auto care mgr and technician. They both went my car open hood pulled the dip stick and showed it to the store mgr said '' look its ok< my response was why is the oil light still on this is a new car the auto mgr said they went by the book , wrong word. I was so upse. The store mgr then said if you we will hae to address our insurance dept. So incompent. Oh they refunded the money but tha wasnt a issue. I look on my phone and fond the nearset mazda dealer which was 26 miles from moncks corner s.C .I drove to 3570 ashley phosphate rd north charleston, s.C. 29418. Once i gott to thedeler i explain the situation the tech immediately put my car on left to make sure it was no leaks. No leaks found . The reason why the oil light remained on was the vehicle was (2) qts low. Now my paper from walmart showed they allegely put 4.8 qts in cr. Ihave paper from the dealer showing what they and did (guess wht oil light went off. I'm sending a copy of the paper to walmart in moncks corner so that can see and maybe the mgr and tech to to be certified in the jobs they perform on vehicles. Also thye need to be trained in common customer service and not show such negative attitudes when a mistake is made. I'm a police chaplin and i think thtas the only reason why i was able to remain calm. Im hoping that i recieve a response.
