On October 27, 2023, I placed an order# 2000115-[protected] for &588.00. I received everything except KingChil 456 sq in wood Pellet Smoker & Grill BBQ with Auto Temperature Controls, Folding Legs Outdoor Patio RV (Rain cover). Also, I didn't receive a make-up set which was $10.35.
I have a camera on my front door, and you can see a box was delivered. Yes, a box to my home but it was a dresser not a grill. I called customer service to inform them that I UPS delivered the wrong order. I was transferred to an associate where grills are sold. I begin telling her about the mistake with the delivery order. The associate said I was a liar because she can see a box was delivered to home. She was very unprofessional for someone in a manager's position to speak to a customer in that way. The tone changed very fast. My children or grandchildren have never spoken to me in that manner. Because they know what the consequences. Instead, I received a Memory Dresser, Size 120x39. 5x82. cm which should have been delivered to: Parcham Tamkin, 2505 Evans Dr., Plano, Texas 75075.
I began calling customer service on November 9th. to explain this situation. After being called a liar on November 10, 2023, my account was deactivated. I purchased this grill through Affirm.
Also, I received an email that the grill must be returned by December 10, 2023, to receive a refund. Speaking with customer service I was told to return the grill to UPS. I am 73 years old, and I can't pick up the dresser. Also, I return something I never received. I was informed UPS will pick up the dresser it has been three weeks, and the dresser is in my foyer.
I called customer service on Thursday November 30, 2023. I spoke to Shaney associated with Account Review she informed me my account was deactivated and it was nothing she could do. I asked her what to do with the dresser. She said, "keep it, throw it away or give it to someone. My recommendation is to offer training to your associates.

Desired outcome: Replace the grill and pick-up the dresser. My recommendation is to offer training to your associates. How to communicate with customers in a professional manner?
