Warehouse Guys London On. I was really bummed out by their service. They messed up my order and it took forever to get it sorted out. The guys there seemed pretty clueless and didn't really know what they were doing. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

I had a bad experience with this company from the start. I was told to use Warehouse Guys by the company I bought my hot tub from. They were supposed to do the warranty repair. We had an appointment for Tuesday 29th, but they wouldn't give us a time window for the tech to arrive. I took the day off work for this. Then, on the 28th, they called to say they wouldn't be coming on the 29th. They said they could come on the 30th instead. On the 30th, they called and asked for my credit card details before the tech arrived. They charged $79.00 per hour plus a travel fee of $60.00. The tech was only there for 22 minutes, but they charged for a full hour. When I tried to dispute the charges, the person I spoke to was rude and unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend this company.

I bought a new hot tub from Warehouse Guys and the stainless steel frame was a big deal for me because stainless lasts longer and don't rust. But my frame has rust all over it and holes rusted right through in a 1-year-old tub. They came and screwed on a piece of steel and called it fixed on one of the spots but as we know when 2 types of metals meet like this they will corrode fast. After spending 10 grand on a new tub and one year later I have a patched up tub with patches that are not going to last long. I don't feel like the issue has been resolved and my investment will not last. I know the guys want to make their money but the manufacturer of this product should be on the hook to make this right as it is a manufacturer defect as stainless doesn't rust like this and could be the same for many tubs. I have a video of the ugliness.

This company said they'd do the electrical install for $1700, but then they charged $2200. We paid the invoice in full, but now they're saying we have to pay another $4263.33 for electrical work that wasn't part of the original agreement. The guy we talked to said it would only be $1000 for something, but then charged us $2400. And he said it would be $2000 for the cement pad, but then charged us $1800. They also didn't finish installing the hot tub cover and it doesn't work right. I've called them a bunch of times, but they won't come back to fix it.
