I've been going to Wendy's for 30 years. Monday night July 17 I went to the Seacaucus New Jersey Wendy's. The buns were falling apart they were so stale the food was ice cold french fries were old ... I have never ever put a complaint in against a food establishment .but this caused a big argument in my house and we end up not eating the pool. I went through the Wendy's drive thru in Niceville, Fl today, July 17, 2017 around 5:10. I gave the girl a 20.00 and she gave m change for a 10. When I told her I gave her a 20, she said, no you gave me a 10. I know I gave her a 20, but I coudn' t prove it and i didn't want to make a scene, so I let it go. She also did not give me a receipt. This evening we placed an order at the drive thru of Wendy's #[protected] at 102 W. Flint St in Davison, MI, order #3320. Both sandwiches on our order were special order, one plain and one with no tomato. Upon opening the sandwich that was ordered no tomato I found a tomato seed on the inside of the wrapper. I pulled the bun back to find 5 more tomato seeds in plain sight in the various condiments on the burger. I'm generally not one to complain but this isn't the first time this same issue has occurred to me personally at this restaurant. Is it the policy of Wendy's that a sandwich ordered without a topping equates to pealing that item off a pre-made sandwich and passing it off to the customer as what they ordered? This will be the last time I eat at your restaurants, not just that location. I should have came to this decision after previous issues but I continued to patronize your restaurant out of convenience. Shame on me, lesson learned.

First I went to the Brandon Florida location on Highway 60 they did not have chocolate Frosty at that time. So I told them I was going to another location they said that was fine. I drove all the way to the Bloomingdale Florida location. Went to the drive-thru asked for a triple combo with no cheese a frosty chocolate instead of the coke and a chili instead of the fries. I repeated the order back several times like I always do. I understand we can make mistakes now and then that is why I do that. I got to the window waited for the food and when I open the bag there were fries in the bag no Chile so I said can I have the chili please they gave me the chili. I also ordered an extra Frosty while I was there waiting. I got home there was cheese on the triple that I requested no cheese. I also ordered to Dave's triples with everything including cheese. These Burgers all three of them were not fresh meat I was very disappointed along with my wife. And she is allergic to cheese in which she got she's on her triple. I'm sorry to complain but it's just aggravating and when you spend $22 for fast food it's even more aggravating when it's not right. Just wanted to bring that to the tension of somebody. By the way we are regulars at Wendy's especially since they tore down the old Wendy's and built a new one on Highway 60 in Brandon. Ever since that happened the food has been spot-on also the chili from the Bloomingdale location was watered down not like if the Brandon location the wife was upset about that. So basically we will not be going back to that Bloomingdale location again.

Hello, I went to Wendy's in Englewood Ohio on Main Street, through the drive through about 1 o'clock on 7/17/17. I ordered a large fry I was charged 2.39 I paid with a 5 dollar bill and 40 cents and the lady working the window only gave me back $1.01 and also didn't give me a receipt. I didn't notice at first because I was rushing to get home. But not handing back two dollars is not a accident. Since it is only two dollars though I didn't go back up to the store because I didn't have the time, but I figured someone should know.
unserviceable speaker order system
On Sunday, [protected], I stopped at the Wendy's Drive through at Wendy's Store #[protected] at 1148 AM. I tried to place my order and to my surprise, the system was complete static and I was unable to understand the host. When I drove to the pick up station, I advised the Host, Francesca, about the non clarity of the speaker system. She advised me that the system has been nearly in operable for almost a year! She told me she advised the Manager, Heidi. This is totally unacceptable. I saw people drive through without purchasing any thing. Totally disgusting. If it were me, I would remedy the situation my way...take a guess.

I went to the Wendy's on lake ave Rochester Ny tonight and was in the drive thru line for 20 minutes and when I finally got up to the speaker to Order two frostys they told me they were done with frostys for the night I am very unhappy they are always busy and their Customer service sucks I Will not be going back for a while they need to get it together and I really wanted a frostys thanks a lot Wendy's

On Saturday 7/15/17 at about 5:10p.m. I sat at the Wendys in Franklin Square New York. The customer before ordered a 4 piece nuggets and a coke but the service person Liz at the store did not hear when the man corrected her when she said coffee instead of coke. After the third time correcting her thstnit was coke not coffee I told her it was coke and not coffee. She said to everyone around that she did not like being interfered with by another customer another she was right since the receipt said coffee not coke. I responded that she had a lot nerve saying that and that she was in a customer service position. At that point I asked for the manager and 2hrn no one appeared I screamed that I wanted a refund andnthe manager. Soon Philonene Etitenne appeared. She was not helpful but did give me the refund. The cashier Liz was not helpful to the customer before me was condescending to me quick caused me to get angry. I loved Wendys but I will no longer be a customer. Liz should be fired and Me Etienne should be given training on how to manage staff. This location is always slow in service. I can no longer support Wendys and will actually try to persuade anyone I know to no longer support you company.

I contacted their corporate office and was assured that I would be contacted. That did not happen either. Very disappointed. The cheese does not even melt on the burgers because their burgers are cold and their restaurant dining area is not clean.

At this location there are employees who would prefer to be called by a chosen name. They were denied and were told that said manager would get in trouble for giving them a name tag with their chosen name. Yet, there are other employees among the staff that have their name tags that do not match their legal name. Some even have nicknames on their name tag. This is unfair treatment.

This Wendy's was a very big disappointment. Arrived at 7:30pm today 7/14/17
The attitudes of the employees were very disrespectful. Use of foul language in front if customers as well as minors. Complete disregard for health code. Cashier had hand down pants. Management was not controlling rowdy situations of employees. Employees did not listen to specific order. Complete disregard the order. Had to take back food to be reprepared. The drink machine was high in carbonation as well. No call seems to be have made to company to have the issue fixed. In all the whole experience was not satisfactory. This establishment needs to be completely re evaluated as well as a close eye on.
my salad is bad!
I go to Wendy's in Shelton Connecticut very often only because of it's convenient location. But, on many occasions they have been very rude to me and serve me old food. I worked at a Wendy's once and I know for sure you have only so much time to sell the food or it must be thrown away. My salad tonight was completely brown and that is unacceptable. I couldn't even eat it and didn't have time to get myself something else to eat. I'm sick of the poor quality at this Wendy's!

During a road trip we decided to stop at Wendy's in Spartanburg, NC. Worse mistake. Our son/girlfriend went there first while we put in gas in the car. We joined them shortly. I went into the bathroom - disgusting. Big roll of toilet paper laying on the floor and other bathroom so gross. I walked out of there and said I am eating our food in the car. We waited for a long time to place the order as one customer was asking waiting for a refund. Flagged! Once our son/girlfriend placed their order and then we followed we were told they were out of fries. The manager is out looking for some more. Another flag! The option is salad or baked potato. Oh by the way limited on lettuce we are told. Another flag! The clerk which was trying to manage everything and doing awesome considering the circumstance and being overwhelmed while others just didn't care what was going on and kept on talking. Meanwhile we are now told they are out of Pepsi. Really! Manager comes back without fries. Clerk husband comes in upset because she is long overdue from her shift. All we wanted to do is leave because at this point no clue what is going to happen. Husband upset, customer upset no food, manager swearing under her breath - let's get out of here. Finally got our food in record time of 30 mins. Walking to the car nobody wanted to eat it. In the garbage it went. Awful awful experience. The place needs to be shut down until they get it together. We would never go back to a Wendy's except I know this isn't normal for them but it will be while before we go back and we have shared this story with many. Please shut down the place until it gets manage better and can keep your reputation.

Very frustrated that this is the second time that I have done this when it erased my whole spiel. Me and my mom and my daughter we're going to Wendy's to grab dinner for us and my husband and my dad. We decided to go through the drive-through and there were five vehicles in front of us. There were four or five other vehicles that stop behind us that decided to leave because they were waiting too long. We waited for 15 minutes without moving. So we decided that maybe we should go inside and get our food to go that way. When we got in there were three people ahead of us in line 1st person was ordering. The new guy it was very slow but he was working hard to get quick, was at the register. The two gentlemen in front of us were waiting for about 10 to 15 minutes just to order while the employees behind the counter were talking and laughing and joking with each other. I had mentioned that loud wow either they're really slow or they're shorthanded. And the gentleman in line in front of us said the service is terrible. Finally another employee decided to come up and help. We got all of our orders in very quickly. And I was appreciate of of him and let him know thank you for your help. We then went over to get drinks for ourselves. While we were doing so, the manager decided to wait in line behind us to get a drink for herself. So instead of her getting the employees working quickly to get all of the customers food out she decided to wait in line to get into herself a drink. After we had gotten our drinks we had sat and waited for our food for 30 minutes. In the meantime one or two more employees decided to come out from behind the counter to get themselves a drink. One of the guys that was in front of us decided to leave before getting his food because he was waiting too long. Finally her name was called that our food was ready. The new guy had gotten our order together and he did a good job and was very nice and forgot the sauces. So I asked him for them and he gladly put them in our backs and we left. Living only two minutes away, when we got home the food was awful. The nuggets and the sandwiches weren't hot but they were warm enough to eat. The fries were old cold and very crunchy. And the Frosty's that read received were not filled to the top and they were melted. So not only was our food cold but we were gypped from our food as well as terrible service. It was the terrible service that made everything else awful. This was not the first time that we had waited at this Wendy's location, but it will be our last. I hope that things change for the future customer sake. I would have filled out a customer survey you instead, though we did not receive a receipt to do so.
really poor management
Manger Kevin on 12th street. I made two separate orders. one of which i ordered two burgers and the other i ordered a 6ct nugget. i recieved the burgers however i never recieved my nuggets. i had been waiting patiently up front for my nuggets for a little over 10 minutes and when i was asked how i can be helped i said "i am waiting on my nuggets" kevin said to me "you already got them" and was accusing me of lying as if i was trying to get free nuggets. i made it clear that i didn't get them as he kept saying not to give them to me beacause i had already gotten, which i had not. i said forget it and walked out. i came back and politely asked for his boss's number and he gave a number to me(which i'm not even sure was his boss's number because nobody answered the phone the four times i called, all within about an hour and a half). as i was walking out of wendy's he tried to offer me the nuggets i never recieved and i ignored and proceeded to walk out. he then made a smartass remark to me saying "that's what i thought".

My order was missing something, my fries were old & hard, I was not handed my receipt so I had issues getting order corrected. Asked to pull up and waited almost 10 minutes for fresh fries that looked rotten. Couldn't receive what was missing from my order which was a side salad that they say wasn't on my receipt (the same receipt I was not handed). Manager herself gave me #3 as their store number. This happened at Wendy's on 13525 Woodward Ave, Highland Park, MI 48203. I always have one issue or another at this location usually being old fries and inaccuracy of my order.
double stack 4 for $4
I ordered 2 double stack 4 for $4. First we didn't get a double on either order, we recvd 2 regular cheese burgers. The website shows the double stacks should have onions pcikles ketchup and mustard, we go lettuce and mayonnaise, which I am allergic to. I asked for lots of ketchup and ranch for the nuggets, didn't get any sauce what so ever. The Wendy's in Callaway, FL is evidently having some major issues, the last time I went through the drive through I ordered a chicken salad and a single, and I ended up waiting for 45 min and when they finally brought my food out, they forgot the side of bacon that I paid for for my salad. I am so disappointed with the service and food from this location, I will not go back again.

On the evening of July 9, 2017, I purchased a Son of Baconator meal and a large bowl of chili. As I was consuming chili I observed it had flies in the mixture. I immediately called Wendy's. I expressed my concerns, in returned the manager told me to return the chili. I said I will return it tomorrow. On the July 10, 2017 I returned the chili, the manager on duty got mad at me and attempted to refund the amount of the chili only. However I felt the entire meal needed to be refunded to me. At that point, she went to back with the chili to inspect it. Than she immediately returned and refunded the entire 12.00$. Since than, I've had 3 episodes of diarrhea. I've reported this to DHS. So, here is my concerns: I am retired Army Soldier and I will not cheat Wendy's or anyone. However the manager treated me like a thief and that was not costumer friendly. If the manager did show me no regard as a costumer we would not me here.
pop machine not properly cleaned, pop taste moldy and mildew
The one Wendy's in my town seems to be always out of coke a lot during the week. So today 7-10-17 at 3:30 pm < i went inside to eat and bought a medium pop with my meal, selected Coke and it was out. So I switched to sprite and when I tasted it, It had a real bad flavor, like mold and mildew! I ask the counter employee about how often it gets cleaned and it was reported that it's cleaned in the mornings. I really don't believe its being done. Not happy! They need to switch back to the individual pop selection machine, instead of the all in one type. Thanks

I came to the wendys on university and powers at 11:05pm as I had a family outing that I was trying to feed my family before heading to bed for a early work day. As I drive up to speaker guy ask if I would want to try a 4 for 4 and I said no thankyou hold on please. Then he said are you ready I said no hold on and when im ready I will let you know... Then I replied thankyou. He had his headset still on where I could hear him and he bluntly said "oh my [censor]ing god" excuse me did I just hear that and my kids are in the car!? This was unprofessional and all my kids wanted was your company. With this customer service I am completely unsatisfied and shocked you all hire and have people like this working for your company! Need to change out crew just rude!
