Went to Wendy's at 12:30 on a Wednesday afternoon when we arrived we were the ninth car at the drive-thru when we left 22 minutes later we were still the 7th car at the drive-thru we watch people walk in the store and walk right back out don't know what the problem is but their service is terrible this is not the first time but it is the longest we've waited and we never did get our hamburger too bad because we love Wendy's but we won't go back to the one in Sun City Center anymore
Desired outcome: Please hire or train your employees to be more efficient and it would not hurt to have them more friendly when you'd finally do get to the drive-thru
Reward points not honored after it was taken out
Ordered some food and use my reward point for fries the points were deducted but the fries never came. on 01/20/2023 i purchased a plain classic chicken sandwich and was given a single bourbon bacon cheeseburger. I work 1 mile from this store [protected]. every week at least once they give me the wrong order. I don't have time to go back I get thirty minutes for dinner at work. I quit complaining because they wanted the receipt which they don't give you in less you ask for it so i started doing that to show them and get my sandwich replaced. I am tired of wasting my time and money going back so I just quit asking for a replacement and just deal with it but this needs to stop. I can't afford it anymore plus I am tired of going without dinner I work nights. I enjoy your food just tired of getting the wrong order at least once a week.

My visit
Went to Wendy's on Memorial Dr in Lancaster Ohio and that place was a mess. The floors were greasy and at my age I can't afford to fall. The gal at the register was slow. She had trouble finding the items as people ordered them. The employees were walking all over each other and a gal there waiting for 2 orders for grub hub waited quite awhile to get her food. She was still waiting when I left with my food. A coke machine was empty too. There needs to be more discipline with the employees. They need to help one another even if it's not their job. It was chaos. This location needs a lot of corporate help. A lot of customers were sliding on the floor too. Please send someone down to check out this location. It needs a lot of help and changes. Thank you.

Ordered burger with reward in cart at restaurant. Server said reward would not work because I wanted a combo. Had to continue to explain I would pay for fries and drink, but the burger would be free because I had so many points in the app. She was very rude... very very rude and kept telling me I had to pay full price. Stated she didn't know what I wanted her to do but that was my problem I finally came in to have this issue resolved. Manager comes over with an attitude but proceeds to finally resolve the issue only to then serve me an un-cooked pink burger (please see photos). I am outdone and needless to say took a couple bites before I realized this. I was sick for 2 days. I want something done or I will be calling my attorney. This is ridiculous and I am not letting this go!
Desired outcome: I want all my money back and a personal injury settlement check.

Friday THE 13TH. Stopped in at 9:00 am. Give a simple order (bacon, egg, and swiss. Told them just normal size. $7.32. At the window, they wanted to charge me $7. 85. Why I asked. Oh, we gave you a large coffee because we don't have small cups. Really? Told them I wouldn't pay for their problem.
They reduce the price to $6.76 (must have known I was a senior). Gave me my coffee. Then they asked me to pull forward and wait, which I did. As I waited, I watched 3 customers get their food at the window. Still no food.
This was a simple order. I pulled back to the window and asked what the problem was. "We will bring it out to you". 5 more minutes, I decided to go in and get my food. Asked why it took so long and was told it was cooking.
"You don't want under cooked food, do you?" she handed my food.
It is now 9:30! So unprofessional, and insulting! OK, now my coffee is cold,
The sandwich is cold, oh, but my potatoes were piping hot!
Won't be going there ever again! If I didn't have to give them a star, I wouldn't!

For years I have been a loyal Wendy’s burger addict. Just ask my husband who cleans my vehicle.
Yesterday Jan 5 @4:30 pm we dined in @ your Landsdowne St location in Peterborough Ont. Can. with my grandsons to the tune of $42.
I need to inform you that your fries are just awful. I have been to the Chemong Rd. and Landsdowne St locations both in Peterborough, and have come to the conclusion I will no longer be frequenting your restaurant, after years of loyalty, as we like our fries. What a disappointment-four orders - and all barely edible.
You need to upgrade, as I am not a happy customer!
Desired outcome: Improve on your product quality. If I had shares it would be “sell” for sure.
Blacklisting a former employee
I would like to commend the employee, Halie Booth, aka Waffle House Wendy, for her exceptional conduct in defending herself and the other employees at her Waffle House restaurant. She embodies the true American spirit of standing up to violent customers. It is now reported that she is bared from employment at all Waffle House restaurants - Known as blacklisting. I have always considered Waffle House as a good place to eat at a fair price. Until I hear of this travesty of blacklisting an exceptional employee is reversed and that she is rewarded for her bravery and conduct against anarchy, I will reframe from patronizing Waffle House restaurants.
Desired outcome: Waffle House needs to reward Halie and extend a job offer and promotion to her and publicly commend her.
Garlic sauce could kill
On or around the last of Dec. I was approached by open close manager Lora Hercules Bowman she proceeded to tell me and few others Melissa, Jessica, Amber that if you put the Wendy's new Garlic sauce in the microwave you could KILL SOMEONE. SHE REPEATED THIS TWICE. I read your conduct for managers police it would be upsetting if this wasn't pushed to the top of the complaint list. Please take action accordingly. Wendy's garlic sauce could kill someone Lora explaied to her crew. Let's hope not and if it's that easy to spread bad karma about Wendy's food why is she a manager according to the conduct code? Lora could not hold that title of manager if the code was followed. Thank you for looking into this complaint it's very disturbing like closing the lobby on New Years day with customers trying to come in and eat, not enough help she says with 5 employees at that location and at that time. The lobby at this location is closed more than it's open due to lack of management.

I ordered a pub burger combo plus and extra drink thru the website to be delivered. Door dash was chosen by the restaurant as the delivery service. I received a medium ice tea and a small peppermint frosty and NO Food. I spoke with door dash and they stated since it was done on your website it would have to be handled by Wendys. I spoke with a very nice gentlemen who said that his manager is the person I would need to speak to. I then called back an hour later and was told that I would have to deal with doordash or could come in at another time to get food. I then explained I was working and that was why I was having it delivered and that I am diabetic and need to eat to balance my sugar. I was told that he could not do anything else. I do admit to getting a little heated and informed him that I would dispute the charge on my card. He said it won't work. I paid almost $23.00 for 2 drinks and I think that is outrageous.
Extremely rude staff
I went to Wendy's located at 200 S Glencoe Rd New Smyrna Beach, FL yesterday evening 12/26/22. I sat in the drive thru waiting to place my order for over 10 minutes. When I finally got to the window, I had to regive my order because she deleted it and then I paid with a debit card and the girl in the window was black. After noticing I have a confederate flag in my truck I sat for another 10 minutes when my food was placed by the window and she refused to hand it out. She told the supposed manager to do it and completely ignored me. I sat another 5 minutes before pulling forward and going inside. I lost 3 drinks due to this as that was the only thing this rude employee handed me. I was given 2 large frostys and 1 strawberry lemonade. I asked for my receipt and was given the wrong one. The girl that was in the drive thru window should not be allowed to work there if her attitude is going to be like that. She was the only female working at that time and when the manager asked her why she wouldn't hand the food to me she said its my work area and I don't have to if I don't want to. It's my window and I don't have to open it until I feel like it. I find her extremely disrepectful and there was another guy in the back that was apologizing to me. December 20, 2022, 1 PM, the Wendy's located on Madson Ave. and County Line Road, Indianapolis, IN.
I entered the store with four people in front of me, now I'm on a cane because of a very painful back condition that makes standing very difficult and painful. The gentleman in the front of the line was having problems paying for his order and I do not know why, but that was finally resolved.
The second gentleman asked for two ten-dollar gift certificates and the gentleman at the register stated that he was not sure if he could do the transaction. The customer asked if there was someone else who could do the transaction and the person at the register replied that he was the manager and no other person in the store would be capable of performing this transaction. After many attempts by the Identified manager and the counter service line growing, the customer left the store without the gift certificates.
The identified manger then discovered that he had locked up the register computer and he did not know how to get it restarted. I asked him why he could not have someone some over and operate the second cash register to take the orders of those in line. He yelled that he could not do that because the drive thru was so crowded and they were so busy and I needed to leave the store. We did get into a shouting match which I should have controlled myself better but the pain of standing had taken control.
Desired outcome: The desired outcome is for all staff to be trained in how to handle problems that occur and how they can use other options by making a sharing of resources and capabilities to cover problems.

Spicy chicken sandwich combo /customer service is aweful
This wendys location is on covington pike in memphis tn. It is located practically on the same parking lot as my job allstate insurance. Mcdonalds and this wendys location is my only option for luch in which i choose wendys. Well everyday that i walk over there in never fells i end up having to throw my lunch away because its either cold or my order is not what i asked for. I never receive my reciept for purchase. I have contiunously wasted my money each and every time at this point i am fed up with it. The manager on duty is aweful there have been several times that i have walked over during lunch hours and the door was locked for the lobby. I have so many complaints. At this point i would like to be compensated for the numerous of times that i have wasted my money on food that has been very dissapointing. When you spend $12 to 15$ a day and still be hungry because youve had to discard your food is not fair nor is it right for these employess to getaway with this type of service.
