On 10/13/17 about 2pm we went to the Easton, MD Wendy's, ordered 3 Wendy jr burgers with lettuce, tomato, mayo. 1 diet soda at drive thru. As we went on our way, I handed out the burgers noticing the lack of warmth to the wrapping. When I unwrapped my husbands, the driver, the cheese was not melted, bun cold, too much lettuce, and a tiny dollop in 1 spot of mayo. Upon opening mine the only difference was the burger had had a tiny bit of wilted lettuce. The third one wasthe same. Needless to say these burgers were horrible. I couldn't fill out a form because they never gave us a receipt! how convenient for them. Think they knew they dederved a complaint. I wont ever eat at another Wendy's! have no idea how u get a 4.8 review on Google at this store!

On october 6 2017 it was a lady with a bob in the parking lot smoking weed it was around 10:12p.m. She had a strip shirt on. She was driving a grey truck with a dent on the back. She was dark skin and short. It was another lady and man walking around the parking lot monitoring. The speed of service was okay but im pretty workers shoudnt be smoking on the premises
I am complaining about service
I'm contacting you to complain about the local Wendy's in my area. It is located at 1204 W. State of Franklin Rd., Johnson City, TN 37601. on multiple occasions the store turns off the lights on the drive-through sign to allude that they are closed. I find this very unprofessional considering they are all inside talking and laughing the whole time .
This happens at my local Wendy's all the time too, I hope someone takes some steps to fix this

Wendy's in belle Vernon PA is a horrible place to order food from unless you enjoy being yelled at by managers after having your order wrong multiple times . I used to work here and kinda know the GM tony carter! Nice guy but the way he stares at me now and looks at me with hateful eyes when I walk in is really pissing me off. Sorry for the language but beyond that my boyfriends mom is treated poorly here she has disabilities that cause her problems and she needs assistance sometimes. There's a guy who smokes week from cars that pull the Drive thru at night . I watch this often. I know a girl who works there who also is on drugs. It would be different if they were nice but there people are rude . Language doesn't bother me but the looks I get sometimes .. oh boy! My next step is a corporate call. I hope something is done about this ASAP. I don't want my name mentioned and want this to be handled anonymously .

I order some Chicken tenders and when I got home and I opened the box all four chicken tenders were burnt to the Crisp. How am I going to enjoy the tenders? And this was my first time ordering them. This wendys has the worse drive thru employees. I went thru today 10/10/2017 at around 6.40 pm the girl on the speaker was extremely rude and yelled to go to the window when I got my meal it was not what I ordered I returned it and they started giggling and talking.. Then when I got my order they gave me a lot of attitude and I asked them why they were mad.. Their response was completely unacceptable. They are 2 african american young ladies (If you can call them that) if you are in the business of treating customers like this I will take my business elsewhere because chic fil a is a much better choice. Shame on this location and the manager that does not respond to calls!

I ordered a JBC meal & a spicy chicken sandwich with cheese, onions & extra mayo added to it. I asked the cashier to make sure everything was on my sandwich due to my last visit, I paid for all of that to be on my sandwich & when I got home it wasn't on there. I got my order & checked it. My chicken was OK, but my JBC only had a crumble of bacon on it, not strip, crumble. I asked 1 of the managers if that's how it was supposed to be & she stated they break their bacon in 1/2. Well this wasn't even 1/4 of bacon. I told her that going forward, they may want to make it look a little more presentable & put actual strips on it. She agreed & relayed the message to the girl who was making the sandwiches. The girl responded by saying"thats what she is complaining about?" I explained to her that as long as I'm spending my money I can complain about anything thats I'm eating & isn't satisfy with. The girl continue to make unnecessary comments. I told the manager I would like my money back & even when the manager told her to stop talking she continue. The original manager whom I spoke with at 1st, even told the 2nd manager that she had already handled the situation with me & the remark the girl made wasn't necessary. It was very rude & unprofessional. I took my money & went over to burger king, a spot I don't care for, but at least the customer service was wonderful. I will not patronize Wendy's again with that type of rudeness & unprofessionalism.

On 10/9/17 about 11 african American kids came in with 3 adults, they all ordered and Gabrielle Jass (a manager) started yelling at employees because they were confused on the order. And an African American girl about 10 says she needs her burger & Gabrielle goes to the sandwich station (right by the front) and says “I’m about to be really racist up in here” & repeats it. Another person waiting for their food comes up and says to Gabrielle “I don’t know what you are thinking but this is very disrespectful, everybody in Wendy’s can hear you” then he goes on to say “I don’t know who’s your manager and I don’t know how you even got this job” and he also said I’m very dissapointed. And all Gabrielle says is “I’m sorry” in a rude way and walks away. This behavior was uncalled for and I feel like somebody should check into it more. No manager should be a manager if they are gonna act like that.

My complaint is there was at least a 30 minute wait in the drive through with only 3 cars. Each customer was told to wait as they drove up with being only 3 cars in the drive through and each wait was at least 7-10 minutes. At least 4 cars drove away that arrived behind us due to the wait time. As I finally placed my order and got to the window the cashier did not speak 1 word. He did not greet me, apologize for the wait, tell me what my total was or tell me to have a nice night. That was by far the worst display of customer service in any drive through I have ever been in. I have never experienced a cashier who does not speak literally 1 word to a customer even after a customer was the one who did the greeting. I definitely will not be going back to this Wendy's.

I came into the restaurant at around 10:45 right after they had opened and I couldn't even get proper customer service because of Eva the manager screaming at her employees. This is not the first time I've witnessed this. How can you hold a position if you can't be professional that's definitely not good for buisness and having to wait on my food because of her screaming at an employee is ridiculous.

I had ordered a small chili from Wendy's a couple months ago and was seriously disappointed. I had asked for onions, and I literally got 1/3 of the cup full of onions. I hadn't been back since, and I went today and ordered chili again. This time there are huge chunks of what seems to be a hamburger patty throughout and I'm so grossed out by this! Wendy's needs to get some sort of uniform training on how to prepare food across all locations and also how to use common sense with customers orders, because this is ridiculous. I thought Wendy's would have better standards than this.

I used to work at the Wendy's location on Andersen RD in Vancouver WA 98665. Tonight on October 5th I ended up getting sick from something I ate and throwing up while on break from my shift at said location. I reported immediately to my general manager Christopher Couture that I had gotten sick as is says to do in the health code. Instead of sending me home my general manager Chris had me make chili meat. He then sent another manager Mckenzie Thomas to ask me to give another coworker a ten minute break, I let her know that I had thrown up and wasn't sure it was safe for me to be around the food due to the health code. Her only response was "I'm sorry, that sucks, I'm just following orsers". I ended up letting my general manager Chris that I was leaving due to me being at the store against health code at 8pm. His only response was "I could stay and work a little longer". I'm not an angry ex employee looking for revenge, I'm just letting you know of a health safety situation that I thought you should know about.

If I'm going to pay $4.39 for a "single" hamburger, for starters, that hamburger better be right off the grill. Not having sat at room temperature for a half hour or more Right off the grill, babe! $4.39 isn't chump change. Wendy's prices have never been cheap, but the product supposedly sells on quality NOT SPEED of service. They handed me that bag through the window in less than 2 minutes. When I got home less than 3 minutes later, I had a cold hamburger. UGH!
I didn't wet my palate for a Wendy's hamburger all day to have a cold hamburger slung through a window in record time like I was some feral dog and wouldn't know the difference.
You won't see me around again for a long, long time.
Was it my vehicle? My courteous voice? Too many customers that wouldn't know the difference? Just what made you think you were going to get away with that cold food baloney? At a price of $4.39 no less!

On the morning of 10/05/2017, my son and I stopped by the Wendy's restaurant #[protected] 9930 19th Ave. SE Everett, WA 98208. We were there about 10 mins before opening, which was supposed to be at 10am. Not only did the diner not open on time (it was almost 15 mins after 10 before they opened) but the employees did not seem apologetics at all. While we were waiting outside for the place to open, there were several employees coming in and out of the diner, yet no one could tell me what's going on. Finally almost 15 mins later, someone came and unlocked the door, she offered a short apology but it was obvious to me that she did not really care. When I got up to order I asked the cashier for the managers name and number. This employee's name was Shailah. Shailah seemed confused as to why I would be upset about them opening so late and she said sarcastically "well we can't serve you food if we're not prepped". I asked her why didn't they have prep finished before opening. At about this time, the first lady that I spoke to (the one who opened) came into our conversation and told me she was indeed the manager and that this happens alot. I think it's really unprofessional that the restaurant would typically open 15 mins late, none of the workers seemed to think this was a problem. At this point I was pretty fed up, it was pretty evident that the team of employees didn't care. So I decided I would follow up with someone higher up like corporate. I asked the manager what her name was 3 times and she ignored me each time, so I asked the cashier who took my order and she also refused to give me her managers name. The name of the cashier was Shailah. I think the way this was handled was completely unprofessional and I will not be going back to this restaurant again. Someone needs to look into this and find out why they are often opening late. I also think that these employees need to be retrained on how to treat their customers. They showed absolutely no remorse for what had happened, in fact they acted as if my complaint was unreasonable and not one person took me seriously. It's ridiculous that an employee would straight up ignore a customer. I wasn't yelling, swearing or being difficult. Their response was totally uncalled for.

So after a really long time i havent been to wendys due to my food poisioning experience. Decided to give it another try...Yesterday I went to a Kirkland wendys, which I can get the exact address if needed, I go and purchase a chicken sandwich. I only had $100 on me, so the cashier took it and gave it to the manager, manager went to the back and came back with the money. $90 was my change. Today I go to a store to buy food and 2 out 4 $20s were counterfeit. They confiscated the bills. I'm super dissatisfied about this experience, they were trying to have the police called on me!
taco salad take out

I ordered for a Full Sized Taco Salad for a take out. This was the first time I tried Taco Salad so I didn't know what all it takes to make it. I was super excited though. Upon reaching home I opened the bag and it had a Salad box, sour cream and Tortilla chips. I started to eat and realized something was missing. I checked few YouTube videos on Taco Salad review and learnt that I was not given Salsa and Chilli. It was too late for me to drive again to get that and lost my patience. So my first time Taco Salad experience was not good. Wendy's is my favorite but very disappointed with this experience.
4 for 5 meal deal
I've recently seen an advertisement that there is a special out on a meal deal that advertises 6 piece nugget, medium fries, medium drink and "giant" burger and I went to go get it today I went to the Wendy's in bordentown new jeresey and they charged me near 7$ for the meal and it was basiccly only a 4 for 4 when I opened the bag. Small drink small fry and only 4 nuggets but the burger was right. I didn't have time to go back and say something because I had to go back to work and I was hungry but I was really hoping for that 4 for 5 meal deal instead of a regular 4 for 4 for 7$. If I known I would of just gotten a regular 4 for 4 and I am very disappointed

I'm complaining about the flag that's at the Wendy's locatoin in Hayden, ID. At dusk you should have a light shinning on the flag if it's not taken down for the evening and especially today of all days you do not have the flag flying at half-staff to honor the victims that were killed in Las Vegas. My daughters walked into Wendy's on Muskingum dr Marietta ohio. They had coupons for each a free frosty and ordered a large lemonade. They waited 15 mins while watching other customers be waited on. They asked 4x about the lemonade and we're told we are getting it. I walked in and asked for a manager, I didn't want the lemonade anymore just my money back. I felt it was ridiculous for them to wait that long. I am handicapped and it is very hard for me to get in and out but I walked in. A worker named Atlas, told me we had a rush, it takes time. No apology for waiting nothing just bold and rude. I again asked for a manager, and said 15 mins is ridiculous to wait for a drink. He handed me a half full cup and said here you go. I again said I don't want it just my money back. I told him to stop being rude and to get the manager. She finally came and gave me my money but she'd been in my eye sight the entire time. She heard everything and said nothing. Still no apology or anything. We left and the boy named Atlas was outside behind the store, as I pulled around he made a very inappropriate hand gesture at my car. I have never been treated with such disrespect. I will not be back to that store!

I went through the drive-through needless to say I had to wait 20 minutes through the drive-through even to get my order taken then I put in my order and of $26 I receive my order and pull out of the drive-through. Take it Then come to find out I do not have two of the items that I ordered which was a combo 1 and a nugget combo. Service there was absolutely horrible they Must of had like two people workingOne of which was the manager which seem to have an attitude to begin with.
