My son was former employee at this location so he decided to go back. Well management had changed so things were different. First of all he did not interview since he was former employee but he was working the grill. When he was told to come in Ms. Bennett allowed him to work but he has ADD and he was having a panic attack from rushing so he spoke with management and he was told to return back to work and take a break later. She also did not place him on the schedule for two weeks stating that she had nowhere to put him. When I went to make sure my son was ok, I asked her could I speak with her and she told me to get in line. Once we spoke, no we didn't sit down she was speaking with me and waiting on customers too. One morning she had him on the schedule at 6:00am but she didn't arrive until 6:15am.. yes other employees were waiting as well. He asked her what would you like me to start on and responds was DON'T STAND THERE, (CUSS WORD) MOVE AND DON'T ASK ME THAT AGAIN. I don't know if she was having a bad day but she needs to work on her attitude / professionalism as a manager. Be patient with your employees and work with them. Previously when he worked there his matter Cherise Spivey was why he wanted to return...great manager. I'm not trying to get anyone fired, NO she just needs to work on her personality and be more professional with her staff. Yes after not being on the schedule for two weeks, I told him to resign. I'm asking that she just be more understanding and train whomever needs to be. Please just do better.
