Whataburger #1 bacon grilled onions and jalapeño

First my wife ordered her favorite Monterrey Melt and cashier proceeded to tell her they no longer have that burger on the menu, then to make matters worse they added cheese to my burger when I specifically told her NO CHEESE twice! Needless to say they added cheese! I asked for a refund because I NEVER eat returned food! This is not the first time this has happened! No longer a fan of Whataburger, no longer eating here! This was the nail on the coffin!🤬

Food was raw and this location is a joke. From wrong orders to long wait times, this Whataburger needs a revamp. I stopped going to this location and was in the area and stopped there. Wrong decision, I have been sick all day from the burger I ordered and ate. Thank good my husband did not eat his bites. I have contacted the San Antonio corporate office and I am waiting to be contacted concerning this matter.

Store #545: I had recently visited a Whataburger store on Carrier Parkway in Grand Prairie, TX and made note of how clean the store was and how the employees were working together like a well oiled machine, and with smiles on their faces. There were several senior men there having what looked like a daily get together. Today I decided to go to the store...

Whataburger mushroom swiss burger/reg burger fries and onion rings

On 7/14 at approx. 1830 cst I went to the store above, and ordered the above, rcvd the food went home. opened the bag and realized I had rcvd the wrong order. I went back to the store and the manager was very apologetic and nice. filled my replacement order gave me a receipt so that I could come back and get the same thing free next time. Problem is when I got home the mushroom swiss I got was old/bland...something ..ate it..I was hungry and then I had a very upset stomach and diaharhea for a day and a half...missed a day of work due to this.

Whataburger sandwich; number 10 sauce

Hi, today I am contacting y'all due to y'alls change to the sauce on the whatachicken sandwich (number 10 on the menu). Before the change whataburger had a sauce called "savory sauce", which was a favorite to many people in my area. Today I'm asking that whataburger make the savory sauce available to those people who want it. I believe it was not right to take it off the menu, and from the company entirely, and think it should be available to those who came to love the sauce.

Whataburger cold food

I went through a Whataburger drive thru on July 5, 2019 after hearing all the television ads regarding how orders are cooked and freshly made to order! Only to get my 1st Whataburger #1 meal Cold. My visit was at 7:19am and there was not a long line of customers waiting. The burger and fries were horrible. This is a bad first impression.

I never plan to return to this franchise again.

The address of this location is 143 s.I-35 New Braunfels Tx 78130. Whataburger service

I went to Whataburger on Harrison road in Longview. My order number is 1008. I ordered one meal, but I had to stand around for over 15 minutes with one customer in front of me, who got their fries before I received my meal. There was 7 people working including a manager. There was only ONE person cooking and preparing food. The other people were wandering aimlessly. I asked why only one person was on the grill and immediately the manger walked over to help prepare food. This is absolutely ridiculous and poor management. I frequent Whataburger and I and astonished at the lack of management. There was plenty of people, just no one to lead them.

Whataburger food and service

My wife and i went through the Whataburger store #116 drive thru earlier this afternoon (6/27/2019) about 4:45pm. We ordered a Whatameal #1 (with fries and a large sweet tea), a Whatameal #5 (with Onion rings and large Dr. Pepper), and a Patty Melt combo (with fries and large sweet tea).

At the drive thru, we were told that they ran out of large cups, so we got the last large cup and two medium cups. I looked at the drive thru employee and asked him about this and he said that they ran out of large cups. He didn't offer to reimburse me or do something about the order until the manager stepped in. The manager asked me what I wanted and we settled on an extra medium sweet tea.

When we got our food, there were no onion rings but rather three fries. I asked a second time about the order and they added the onion rings to the order.

They did not ask us if we wanted condiments or straws. We had to ask for it ourselves.

Once we got our order, the burgers were good (as usual) but the fries and old, stale, and overcooked. They were not even edible. I threw mine away and just ate the burger and drank the sweet tea.

I have been eating at Whataburgers (including store #116) for decades. It is one of the monthly experiences I look forward to on payday. I need my Whataburger! I have had some negative experiences with Whatburger before, but not on a consistent basis. This store, however, is different. I have had many negative experiences here over the years. It seems that lately there have been many more. I have asked several of my friends who also love Whataburger and they say the same thing about this store.

The only thing that I expect from this is that the employees of the store to be reminded that Whataburger has a huge fan base and we are going to eat our Whataburgers whenever and wherever we can. But, we want the same great experience that we get at other Whataburgers at this store (#116). The BEST store in the area is at [Whataburger 2500 Lakeview Pkwy, Rowlett, TX]. I don't see why Store #116 can't be the same? With training in customer service and proper food prep, #116 can be the best in the area and draw fans from all over too!

Whataburger cross contamination with raw chicken, produce and dirty dishes

My comments seemed to be removed when i put up information about this particular Whataburger in Mesquite, Tx on Motley Dr. and Town East Blvd...let the pictures speak...raw chicken in the sink...dirty dishes covering fresh tomatoes...cockroaches everywhere...fresh bread exposed and sitting on the ground...ice containers sitting next to mop buckets.

Whataburger burger and fries

I alway order fresh in whatever O order. mY WHATABURGER WAS luke warm.
Fries luck warm As everyone knows fresh fries burn your mouth. I did get my WHATABURGER free if I ordered med drink and medium fries.

I know kids love and need to work, as that was me when I was younger, but these days kids just dont care. Please talk to this location the younger need more training and should respect their customers

The napkin thing is in most of the fast foods.

Whataburger customer service

On the day of 6/20/19 around 5:30, my family and I entered the whataburger at 7755 Normandy blvd in Jacksonville Florida.
We were not greeted, workers didn't even look our way as they only focused on the drive thru.
After about 10 minutes of being completely ignored, we left.
The orange park whataburger at 289 Blanding is out of our way, but tends to treat us far better.
Please help the workers at the Normandy whataburger, it pains us to see the restaurant that had us fall in love with your brand beginning to tarnish it.

Whataburger wrong order again

June 19, 2019 approx 6:30 pm.
I went to the Whataburger at Forest and Webbs Chapel in Dallas, where I have gone for the last 35 years. I used the drive thru to order a meal with unsweet ice tea. I got the meal and drove off. Traffic was worse than usual so, instead of driving all the way home, I decided to start eating. I had been gone about 10 minutes before I took my first drink of Tea and it was sweet. after I had specifically said unsweet. I turned around and sat in traffic another 10 minutes, and the drive thru line was so long, I decided to park and go in. There at the entrance was a filthy dirty homeless person, who was either drunk or asleep, but the worst was the fact that he had laid on the concrete and urinated. I went in and told Andrew, who claimed to be a manager, what had happened. He handed me a glass and said I could get my own. I said that wasn't good enough, I should at least get the meal comped, after driving back. He left me standing there while he went to the back. He then said that he didn't know what to do, I said I should have at least a meal since this isn't the first time, but it was the first time I had gone back. He then left again and after another 10 min. I finally left. I can't understand why he is a manager. He didn't look like one or act like one. It is now the principal of the issue. If Whataburger can not hire competent people to run the drive thru or minimally read the screen to get the whole order correct, I think a meal should be offered and if need be, split the cost with the people working that shift. I still expect more than me getting my own ice tea for the trouble of going back. My meal was ruined. I really find it hard to believe Andrew is a manager, and if he is, that is the problem with that Whataburger. The meal was a patty melt, with an unsweet ice tea. Again, it's the only Whataburger in my neighborhood, and I certainly have had many wrong orders through the year, and done nothing about, but I did expect something more for the inconvenience this time, not to mention the complete incompetence of a "so called manager", that could not even address the issue without going to the back multiple times or having a complete conversation. I can't think of any food establishment, that would not have been more than happy to comp a future meal to keep a customer happy and returning. Thank you, Dian

Hello,
I am not writing this compliant to have anyone in trouble. I'm writing this in general customer service due to the fact that everyone there works as a team I assume. Waited 15 min drive thru. Got to window, food incorrect. Simple burger, literally a Jr. Burger with ketchup, mustard and pickles. Added a cup of water since I no longer drink sodas. 20 min later, received my burger. Could not eat it due to the bread being drenched in looks appeared to be water? Burger meant was cold. No mustard! I don't understand how something so simple could be so complicated. Had people honking behind me, yelling at me. I finally get back into the highway. The person behind me in whataburger line, caught up to be and almost clipped my car. All in all, I went to work hungry and ended up 10 minutes late. All of that harassment, embarrassment and hunger and I still paid $2.98.00 out of my pocket. Not to mention, late to work meaning later to my meeting. Very dissatisfied. Photos attached.

Incorrect order gave me wrong order.in a hurry could not go back that day june 17, 2019. I would like to have my patty melt large onion ring and whataburger with cheese. I was given someone elses order only noticed when I arrived home looked in bag had a hamburgeer no cheese ketchup only and also a whataburger no cjeese no tomatos and jalepenos and a large fry. I would like what I ordered.

Whataburger work environment

The store is ran by manager that is childish and plays favoritism. Nika Brown is the worst manager I've ever had. She picks and chooses who gets wrote up for the same offense. She's all me to use expired meat and bread. The store only runs correctly when Charles comes by. A team member named Shay has a horrible attitude with team members. She's bullies people eats on the line and steals food but never gets written up. She's spends a fair amount of time in the office gossiping with niqa. Other team member think they're in a relationship. No wonder their always short of people and their quiting for these above reason, but most are scared to lose their jobs. Honestly she has no control over her mangers or the store. She sees most things and turns her head until Charles pops up. The few team members left feel this way and are ready to walk out. I'm not expecting anything to happen cause it's been like this for awhile seemingly.

Whataburger breakfast

When will Whataburger move into the 20th century, never mind the 21st. I'm ready for breakfast to be served 24hrs. When I go in the morning before 11, I am served after 11. When I go 11pm, I am served after 11. I went in 5 mins before 11pm, was told they do not serve before 11. The line was at least 15 mins long. I get out of line and wait until 11, go back, place my order, it takes 15 mins to get the food. This makes no sense to me that they could not take my order at 5 mins til 11 so I could get it 10 mins after. I love the BOBs, I have been a loyal customer for 40 years, but I am ready to find a competitor.

Whataburger the drive through employee

I ordered through the drive-through and the employee that was working was very rude. Rude as if she did not want us to take time for our order and rushed us while we was trying to tell us her order. I really know for a fact being that I own a dental practice that she should not be allowed to do any customer service .

Whataburger wrong order

My pregnant wife goes out to get food for us because my 10mo old baby is sleeping on me. She gets back after 30-45 minutes. She ordered me a #2 like I always get. The burger is cold, it has 1 patty instead of 2 and to top it all off the fries are the bottom of the barrel dregs that should have been thrown away. Having been a manager in fast food myself, I know exactly how long certain items are good for before you throw out the old product. This is outrageously unacceptable! I have to nuke my food because it's cold, on top of being wrong! Honestly I should not have had to pay for this at all. But I did, it is over with. I expect a member of management to get in contact with me about this. I am a very upset customer.
