Ordered a #1 with cheese, mayo & mustard, no tomatoes and no pickles. Received exactly that but without the cheese that I paid for. Walked to the counter, employee finally noticed me and says what's up? I said could I get some cheese please? He said yeah. Walks to the back and never see him again. 3 to 5 minutes later, a lady coming back from break I guess says can I help you? I said yes I asked a guy for some cheese, but I'm still waiting. She says well I can grab it? I said at this point can you just make me another one? My burger is cold and the cheese won't even melt to it. She said If you want to just give it to me, I can stick it in the microwave with the cheese. Still being very nice... I said can you just please make me another one. She goes to the back and the other employees are like why what's wrong with it. Comes back out and said here ya go. I unwrap it and there's globs of mayo, the bun and patty are flatter than a pancake/ crepe. Thanks I greatly appreciate your rude attitude and terrible customer service.

mushroom swiss burger
I want a Mushroom Swiss burger that looks like your advertisement picture not the one they actually serve. False advertising poor food quality. I'm very dissatisfied with what I received it's dry cold and the weird thing is that the Whataburger I got it from was super busy at the time you think it would have been hot and fresh. It looks like someone stepped on it before they served it to me. I've ordered these before and the other ones haven't looked much better so quit advertising the nice looking hamburger when that's not what y'all serve.

8/14/19 Order #578193 at 12:25 am in Cleburne Tx. The cashier was very pleasant and we got everything we ordered. However, after taking our food home, I find a strand of hair in the middle of my Patty Melt! Disgusting! I understand that we are all human and things like this happen but felt the need to let you know.

I am an outsider that knows plenty of people that work at that location and have witnessed the mistreatment and harassment of several employees by another employee named Donna and another employee named Terra i think her name is, I am a loyal customer at this location and am saddened by the behavior of this management staff and am appauled at the fact that Whataburger stands for this!

I ordered a mushroom swiss with onions meal at Pearland/Shadowcreek location. Had to wait a few minutes, not a problem. Customer service was professional...awesome. However, I should have checked my order before I left the window. I get a mile away bite into burger and it's a regular cheeseburger. I did not feel driving back because I had not eaten all day. I was at the Whataburger in white settlement, and for some reason their location was closed. They had no signs up so I proceeded to walk inside. As everyone was just sitting there this heavy set white girl approached me saying "we're closed" on a very rude manner. I was like okay but there's no signs stating that and the door was unlocked for anyone to walk on. Today, 22 Jul 2019, we once again tried to get a HOT/warm Junior Burger. As usual it was stone cold. In the five years that I have been going to this facility I have NEVER gotten a hot off the grill junior burger. They are not even warm. Yet at the store in Corrigan, TX, they are hot or at least fairly warm. Not cold. Why is this happening? What can be done to correct this problem?

We were eating in the restaurant around 12:30 A. M., and Brandon was sweeping the floor and used the same broom to sweep chairs and benches off. This is really disappointing knowing that people have to sit on the chairs and benches. This makes me wonder what other things are being done like this. I don't know if I could ever go into this place again.

We have been going to Whataburger #820 in Cleburne, TX for some time now. It is consistantly getting worse. On Thursday of this week we went in for breakfast and there were only 2 tables that did not have good and crumbs on them. The floor around the drink fountain was so dirty our feet stuck to the floor. When I mentioned to the manager she needed to have someone clean tables and they floor after several minutes she had a young lady get a cleaning rag (which was stained and not very clean) to clean the table, she cleaned 2 tables. No one in the time we were there ever cleaned the floor. If the front where customers can see is this nasty how bad could the cooking area be?
