I used my Whataburger app to order curbside in Brownwood, Texas on 9/18/2023. I ordered a taquito and 3 sausage biscuits with jalapeno cheddar biscuits and sausage, no egg on any of them and 2 of them with no cheese. I got to the restaurant 2 minutes before the app said my order should be ready. After checking in and waiting for about 10 minutes, an employee finally came out to let me know that it was going to be a few more minutes because they were waiting on the biscuits to cook. Ok, fine, at least they were going to be fresh. Well, I waiting for 10 more minutes before they finally brought my food out. I get to work only to find out that after waiting 20 minutes for an app order that should have been ready, the 2 biscuits I wanted without cheese, had cheese on them. I called the store and the did offer to remake the biscuits and I could come get them. I explained to the manager that I was at work and was unable to leave. She then told me she'd write down my name and that they "owed" me 2 buscuits and I could just come get those whenever. This is the third email I'm sending becuase the first 2 were ignored. I've about had it with Whataburger and their customer service. I want a refund for the 2 biscuits. I won't be going back to Whataburger. My order number was 2011518.
