I was on my way home from houston to austin, at 12:33 am I received an order that was the absolute worst food I have ever eaten, my burger was very very very very cold and my fries which only had about 11 in the bag were full of salt and ice cold, I didnt check my order because I was on my way home, I hopped back on tx71, and began eating this mess! I stopped immediately and am very upset that the people would even serv this mess, I want a refund, there is no phone number on the bag or receipt, this was just h o r r I b l e!

She took our order in drive-thur. One we got to the window. We added a drink to our order she was rude. And saying what kind of drink did yall want. In a rude way but you suppose to be a manager. Not acting like that. We come to whataburger all the time and have never had a rude person at the window. But today she was RUDE! We came @ lunch time

I went in at 12:30 PM to grab lunch, the line was backed out to the door and 1 person was taking orders .

I went to use the restroom yesterday and she clocked me out this the second time this have happened my clock in number is for me not her ...what if I clocked her out

I order jalapeño cheddar biscuits and they give me a regular biscuits with jalapeños. I was waiting and 1 hour for my biscuits that is way to much time and they are not even cook right.
Also I order a chicken butter biscuit meal and I didn't get my fries . I paid for that. Way to long of services and I have to go work.

I had ordered a whataburger jr with no mustard and just mayo for my daughter on the drive thru and when i arrived home it had mustard and the hamburger was cold too

First of all no condiments for offered nor put in the bag the only thing that was in the bag other than the food was napkins the food was gross they didn't get my order correct I left out items that were ordered. Did I mention the food was gross I couldn't even eat it. Biggest waste of $16.30

My food was cold my fries weren't fresh at all the patty seemed old my wood was presented to me sloppy my drink tasted like carbonated water I️ waited in line for 20 minutes and for $11 and the wait time I️ was hoping it would be fresh but so much for hoping whataburger really need to hire better people

This burger was like eating at a school. I have loved whataburger til now. It cost us 16 dollars for a large grc meal and an extra burger. Really 16 dollars for that and it taate like it was microwaved. Your buns are usually fresh and these were flat like they were frozen

On 11/2/2019 - I ordered and paid for a double meat whataburger. There was only one meat patty. I didn't have time to go back and complain in person.

He knew my burger was for a counter order. Manager refused to offer any solution. He said I could wait 2 hrs to go back bc vents & building

First, I wanna say that they messed up my entire order! I asked for a cheese plain, no veggies, and i added mayo and I also g oh t a 2pc chicken strips kids meal and they gave me the #13, just for me to drive and realize they hadn't gave me my fries! So disappointed because this has never really happened to me.

8:30 in the morning -customers waiting to order- others waiting on food - employees eating while customers watch. Integrity, character, work ethic have gone to hell!

They should be very happy I am not the owner … they would be looking for a job!

Sat. November 5, 2022. Worst service ever. There were at least 6-7 employees walking around and had to wait 45 minutes for my order at the drive thru. This is ridiculous

I was driving for Lyft and landed in a dead zone. I turned on the Favor App and was dispatched to a Whataburger. The drive was nearly 20 mins so it was expected to be ready or close. Instead they had not received it yet. They did find it in a few mins and prepped it but not the way I liked it. This has happened several times even during slow times

I have a complaint about you pulling the mushroom swiss burger. I never eat at any other fast food except Whataburger when you have the mushroom swiss burger. They are excellent and I don’t know why it’s not on permenant menu. I won’t give you my business until it comes back

December 3rd 2022 i came to whataburger at moore and waited a half an hr for our food and then looked at it and it was all wrong. We went inside to get a new order but they wouldn’t give us our order because we didn’t have a receipt. Never had this happen to me before in fast food.

we haven't been to the Whataburger in Burleson tx for almost a year due to horrible service. on 12/30 a Friday my wife and I decided to try that store again and to our Suprise nothing had changed lousy service and set in line for 20 mi. These children running these restaurants are killing the brand.so sad because at one time you were the best.

please bring back the fish sandwiches . i couldn't believe when i was first told that whataburger doesn't no longer served my favorite item! i love them. my family loves them and my bosses and co-worker loves them. every since they took them off the menu, nothing compared to my appetite.

Whataburger on south nineteenth ave and the Maricopa freeway in Phoenix, the manager is very unprofessional, bad service, wrongful services, burgers in her nose, she not fit for manager, Teresa , is her name, snot and burgers are in her nose passages.

I have been in the drive through line for almost 20 minutes at this point. There are two lines, and neither is moving at all. This is terrible service.

Your jasper tx location sucks they do not ever have the shake machine clean and there not even trying to clean there just gonna say it's down or broken needs better management

we frequent this whatburger several times a month. The store was dirty. The store was not all that busy an they were already out of tea. Order number was 263552 and store number is147 San Angelo Texas. I have nothing else to say.

I had won several more instant wins on the game that ended yesterday but the instant wins never showed up in my offers in order to claim them. This happened to me several times since the game on the app started several weeks ago.

I was trying to apply for a job in Paris Texas and apparently they said that I wasn't able to be hired because supposedly I worked there more than once, but i haven't i only worked for Whataburger from March 2015 to September 2015. Yes I have applied to whataburger since 2016, but never gotten a call or interview from them.

The sodas from the whataburger on 23rd St in McAllen TX are not tasting correctly. Something may be wrong with the machines or filters. All flavors taste like carbonated water that is passed it's prime. Our order was placed on Saturday September 30th at 06:00pm CST at 4017 N 23RD ST MCALLEN, TX location.

No salt and pepper shakers?!

My burger gets cold ripping the packs of black pepper open.

I'm in Mineola,TX.

The next time I go to your restaurant, if I cannot get shakers upon request,

I WILL NEVER EAT ANOTHER WHATABURGER AGAIN!

kERRVILLE HAS 4 WAHTABURGERS NOW. I am very pleased .. Im 60 so I dont go as often as I use to but the quality of the beef sucked to put it bluntly. Your grdually gonna lose customers feedinf tough chewy beef, Please rr think your quality control. Since 1966 youve lost it!
