Last week my mother's Maytag washer started having issues. Being that it is less than a year old it is still under warranty. I called your corporation to schedule an appointment to have it serviced. Whirlpool Corporation made an appointment for this past Monday, October 16th with Middle GA Sales and Service. They never showed up or called. I called Middle GA Sales and Service, they didn't answer, and I could not leave a message as their voicemail was full. I called later in the afternoon, was able to leave a message and never got a call back. I then called Whirlpool Corporation, and the lady helping me called them and was able to get someone to answer. She told me they (Middle GA Sales and Service) would reach out to my mother and make sure she would be available yesterday. No one called or showed up. Two days she wasted waiting on for someone to call and/or show up. I then called Whirlpool Corp again and asked for a different company to help my mother. Middle GA Sales and Service are not reputable. When I checked them out online, they have some horrible reviews.
My complaint to you is why you continue to send people like this to do warranty work? I know you can't control how someone conducts their business, but you can stop using people that are shady!
