Since the day of purchase, the washing machine has failed to meet the basic criteria of washing clothes effectively. Despite following all instructions provided in the manual diligently, the machine consistently leaves clothes inadequately washed. This issue has persisted despite a visit from a technician, who indicated that this model may have different functionality than expected and is not washing clothes properly.

I must express my disappointment and frustration with this situation. The discrepancy between the performance promised by the salesperson and the actual functionality of the washing machine has resulted in significant inconvenience and dissatisfaction.
