everything I order is junk
Everything I have ordered off that site either didn't work, was to small or wrong. The boots I received yesterday looked nothing like the pictures and are paper thin. The clothes say they are a certain size but are actually to small. Then when you request a refund they want you to pay for shipping the item back. Why is it when you have a question for wish you always have to take a picture of the item. I'm trying to cancel the order I have placed and they want me wait until I receive everything. Why so I have to pay for shipping it back?

I made quite a large order from Wish on December 9, 2016. At first I thought they were going to straighten things out, but obviously I was wrong. I got hold of them 2 or 3 times, talked to a man named Kenneth. He seemed very nice & helpful, said he would get it all straightened out. So I waited & I waited, no response from anyone after that. I have been trying to get in contact with anyone from Wish to no avail. I don'the know what to do from here. I feel like I have been ripped off. I am very angry & upset. I told that Kenneth over & over about which items I never recieved. I really thought he was going to help me get my items, but here it is, March 1, 2017 & I still haven'the recieved a refund or the items. I really hope you can help me. I don'the care if I get a refund or my items. I would just really like to conclude this problem one way or the other.

wrong design of product arrived instead of the designs I wanted.
I contacted www.wish.com by email as you have no other option to discuss complaint with wish.com. Just like so many others they do not give a damn. They told me i ordered the design i got. But I actually did not. On the order page it asks for size option. So I clicked on 8 for the largest cup size in cupcake cups size. They claim, that is the design. Well it clearly states size not design.
Then they said they will not pay for return shipping. I will have to pay for that. I read through every review on this item just a few minutes ago. And many others having this same issue. So now I like so many others paid and have a product we did not want and cannot use. Or it will cost us even more money to return it to them. Why is it we cannot speak live on the phone to customer service? Just through email messages? This company is very fraudulent and must be brought to justice somehow.

I haven't received a shirt I purchased in January, and when I go to order history it doesn't show the order. Therefore, I can't request a refund for not receiving the product. I ordered these light fittings in October 2016. I paid a total of £36.
My status in my order history shows still in transit. Today's date is 28 Feb 2017. I have been refused a refund by customer services. Therefore I have no option now to contact UK training standards. In order for me to do this I have to report the issue to the Metropolitan police. Once a crime never miner is issued I can process this to the small claims court. Where additional charges will be added to my refund when I get it. As UK law does not allow a company to take funds and neither post/deliver nor refund. You can put whatever you wish in you T&C, but this does not over ride law.
I have to give you 10 days notice of court action so you can send a defence. So I hear by give you until the 11th March 2017 to respond to this notice. If in which case I have not heard from you with a acceptable solution I shall continue with my said course of action.

I am being charged for everything, and not receiving anything. Orders were placed back in August and its almost March and I am still waiting for almost everything. I want either everything refunded, money back. They are ripping off many people, taking hundreds of dollars from people and getting away with it. I would like this to be solved because they are stealing our money, when they should be shipping out our orders.
You are absolutely right, in addition our orders disappear from the site and impossible to have proof that they have been ordered.
They took $ 75 off my credit card but they did not find anything. In addition, they always send me the ### message, which is only an automated message.
So they scam us. They are the same as Ebay who are real scammers.

Order an item it arrived in time but was of very poor quality, requested a refund but in order to get refund I need to send the item back, but they won't email me the return slip... I need a refund asap... send return slip or refund, or at least contact me with a reason as to why I haven't received it I used multiple emails to make sure I was doing it right and have received nothing...

I have received this email twice in the last couple weeks. I cant check with paypal because it is going to an email that I used with paypal a couple years ago and changed to my newer email. Paypal shows an account but I cant access it even though it is my email address..but WISH must have some sort of breech my email says it is a bill for Wish for a seller in LONE TREE COLORADO. I never authorized anyone at WISH for my paypal. How do they have this info? Is the email even real?

Got same email. Like an idiot I DID click on "login now" button, and LOGGED IN! Came to a page where "PayPal" wanted a bunch if information and wanted to "recover" my account. That was fishy of course. Clicking on recover sent me to a page where they wanted a whole bunch of info similar to security questions, relatives, etc.. I exited and promptly went to PayPal directly, saw there was no charge from a "ContextLogic":(They even said it might not show up because of it taking a while and i won't be charge until they process my order!) Of course being in PayPal legitimately then i immediately changed my password.
As one of the posters said it is a very good spoof/Phish/hack attempt. Hopefully the new password will thwart the hack.
Got the same email today. Sent to spoof@paypal.com but it was blocked by them. So it has malicious content.
Got the same email today AND this same company charged against one of my other Visa cards. Check all your credit cards, report them and warn your friends.

Just got a pay pal bill from wish
I do t use pay pal and uts not mine.
I had the exact same email. Being naturally suspicious, I went to my browser and logged into PayPlal, not clicking on anything in the email. Everything was fine so I am sure this is just a phishing scam. However, this is a really good one, and one of the best spoofs I've ever seen, so be careful all. Don't click on any links, check your account from our browser, separately.
Hi, I am Lancy, I have had like at least 50 people call/contact me about this, I have already talked to pay pal! The local police have already contacted me as well! So sorry about this! Unfortunately My identity was stolen, I had to cancel my credit cards due to attempted charges and locked bank accounts. Now I'm being used as the scapegoat to this scam. Don't click on anything in the email, it's a fake! Log into pay pal via the direct website or your app. So far so good, NO ONE has legitimately been charged. It's a phishing email to get you to click on the link and log in to get your login information to further more hack into your pay pal account. Or connect you to their sever so they can hack your computer or your mobile device. I have been forwarding these emails to www.spoof@paypal.com so pay pal can investigate further. Everyone has my information! It's very bothersome! So Please stop reposting my information on the web! And rest assure your account has not been charged and I don't believe WIsh has anything to do with it. I believe its an outside scam.

I bought three items recently at wish and I have not received any of them, in which some of them have been waiting for past a month. I want wish contact number urgently or I want my money to be refounded as soon as possible.

Don't think it it because of where you live as I live in Oregon and having a horrible time with them. They also want all my info which I sent but just keep getting the same response think it's a robot. They must hire people that don't understand how to help anyone as they keep asking for the same information. . .would rather pay full price on items they deal with them. I placed multiple orders on Wish. I am still waiting for items I purchased in February. Luckily, I have been refunded for most of my items as I have either not received them, product is missing from the order, or product such as clothing is wayyyyyy too small. However, there are still about ten items I have not received and want a refund for. Well Wish has restricted my account when I have followed all rules. I wait until the agreed arrival date, and if I have not confirmed it has arrived, they ask for me to wait or if I want a refund. I click refund since the agreed upon arrival date at time of purchase is past and no items received. I guess I got fairly lucky as I was refunded for the majority of my purchases before they restricted my account. Good thing is I used a prepaid credit card so im just going to withdrawal all the money off of it so they cant try to steal it. Seems like they are very similar to AliExpress I was restricted off of there for asking for refunds when I didn't receive my product also. Seems like they just think its ok to take your money. They don't even provide proper tracking.

The first and only time I ordered a simple cushion from this website and what did I receive? - an embossing stencil and an email from wish.com saying my order had been delivered. Total crap!
Upon further investigation there is a scam going on whereby either the wrong address or item is being sent masquerading as the item you ordered i.e. in my case (and others) an embossing stencil! The customer service at wish.com is a joke too. You send photos of what you actually received and they still ask for photos. I have now been back and forth for over a week with their "customer services" department and still have not resolved the problem. The police and FBI etc should be notified on this ongoing and widespread scam. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE!

I have sufficient funds, I work a job and I have been a completely honest and reliable client of wish, I'm unhappy with the slow delivery time and the poor customer service, I have requested help many times to unrestrict my account and even tried phoning. The phone system is a voice recording so it did nothing. I have received two items that don't match my listing orders and also have been asked if I've received three items that I haven't and because my account is blocked I cannot answer no or contact wish for any Refunds because my account got blocked like this and nobody is attempting to help me fix it, I feel as though the company is trying to take my money. All I would like is help on how to have my account unrestricted or if nobody is going to help with that I would like full Refunds on all the orders I am waiting for and have not received and I would like to have my wish account deleted.

Wish is a scam. I used it for sometime and I mean I was never to hot about the quality of the items but at first I received everything earlier then expected and I was ecstatic, recently I've been placing large orders of makeup and clothes and everything is either late, hasn't showed up or isn't even what I ordered, then all of a sudden I got an email saying my wish account was restricted and to upload a picture of the card I used for my latest transactions which I did, multiple times. Each time I was answered with them saying they would pass it on to someone who could help, with no way of contacting wish for any of the products I haven't received or received wrong, I am losing approximately 300-500$ and I'm honestly so dissapointed. To anyone who's thinking about using wish don't trust them, they have no really customer support and you will be ripped off eventually.
