I asked for a detailed estimate for a gas line and wall heater. I didn't receive anything until I called them back. Then, suddenly, this guy named *** tells me it's gonna cost around $4000. He didn't mention anything about the heater. I had to ask for the estimate to be emailed to me. But even after that, there was still no mention of the heater. So, I emailed them again and they told me that the quote was only for the gas line. They suggested that I could get a non-vented heater at Lowes. This is really unprofessional! I wouldn't recommend them in any situation.

They sent the best technicians I've dealt with, Carl and his apprentice Tom. They were professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and kept me informed during the whole repair process. If they ever decide to change careers, I would snatch them away in a jiffy! Seriously, I would recommend WOJO and their whole team to anyone needing HVAC service or replacement. Thanks again for the awesome service!
