I placed an order on October 7 and still had not received it on October 24. After at least three calls to customer service, and given different information each time, the problem had not been rectified.
After contacting USPS and FedEx directly, I found out that the problem was that the shipping department had used the same FedEx tracking number twice, once in a package that had been delivered to Florida in July and now on my package. Therefore, the package was hung up in transit. Thankfully, the FedEx customer service was able to rectify the problem and send my shipment on my way.
The customer service representative at Woman Within was not at all helpful today in resolving the issue. I had to ask twice to speak to a supervisor and her response was "Absolutely, but they are going to tell you the same thing." Turns out that was true. The supervisor was unwilling to try to help with the problem until 20 days after the initial shipment.
I am extremely disappointed with this experience with Woman Within.
