I'm complaining about the front desk service. There is none. We have 2 desk clerks that do not stay at the desk. They share a room together and are romantically involved. They put the sign up saying they are helping other guests. That's a lie. They are in their room. I have been to the desk 5 time's today to get my mail that's by now 3 days old. There a lot of people staying here that are very angry. We need some help.
Being chased by an employer
My name is jeanella tezeno indecent happen april 6,11.00 oclock at night the employee came beating own my door talking about my music lound tell me its lound then we in the hall she cutsed my whole family and told us to get the [censored] out of here it would be for the best this happen at wood spring suites in lake charles louisiana [protected] north power centre parkway and the manger was standing right there ain't nothing got done about this matter then april 7,2023 I went in the hospital after all this happen my blood pressure was real high a minor stroke they told me then own may 8 at 1.00 am she called me a [censored] and this is a on going issue with cherle she has a nasty attitude when I go talk to the manger she gets involve she said me and my son lie in front of the manger screaming and all kind of stuff she is very rude

Payment not received
I was homeless and stayed at the hotel close to 3 weeks. On April 2, 2023 Sunday night I extended 1 more night, I would be leaving Tuesday morning. However, I found a place to stay. Monday morning around 10am I went to the desk to tell the lady I want to check out. I am disabled I needed help with my stuff. She said someone would come in at 11. I wait for help. Go to desk again she on her phone, Gus ([censored].mgr) told me it was nonrefundable. Yes, they got me on camera. All I needed was help with my stuff. The black lady with braids is a ruthless person. Very rude. Contacted Dan (mgr) suppose to get in touch with me. Nothing
Desired outcome: I want my refund for April 3, 2023. How could someone act like this with a disabled person needing help.
Employee wage theft complaint
I started working at WoodSpring suites in richton Washington on March 16th 2023 I was told to write down my hours on a piece of paper and to keep track of them I worked from the 16th of March 2023 to April 2nd 2023 and they finally got me in the clock to clock in and out and I only clocked in about 2 days which is 11 hours I am owed over a hundred hours so was told by the general manager Chris that he would have my money and a very generous check within 3 weeks I don't know what's going on I know there's a lot of illegal activity going on I know he's renting rooms and given people jobs for their rooms I just need to get paid please And since then he has not called me to work it shows that I was hired on January 24th 2023 that's I don't know what that's about but I can't even get into the system to check anything like it's almost like my identity has been stolen or something please get a hold of me [protected] Mindy Jimenez

Money
My Boyfriend, his dad, and I paid for week a room at this hotel in Rockwall, Tx. We had requested for a handicap room (for the dad) but all rooms were already booked. With no where else to go within our price range, we agreed to make it work. Well after the first few nights of trying to make the bed accommodate for the dad, we realized that bed was just too tall.
We asked the employee, Stephanie, if we could have some assistance in trying to figure out the bed situation. She informed us that we could take legs off the frame and turn them into the front desk and use the on a box spring that we had with us.
So we did as intructed and turned in the legs. Well after checking out from the room, I emded up having $100 charged off my card from the hotel. I call and asked why I was charged and I was told that I was charged for breaking the bed in our room.
After the front desk had confirmed the legs to the bed was there, I was suppose to have my money refunded back to me.
I have not had the $100 refunded back onto my card. Nor had I been able to get in contact with the front desk.
I have been patient, considering when it was about the hotel wanting their money, it was immediate transaction. Now that it is about me getting my money back, it has been over a month now.
In the screenshot photo attached to this complaint shows the last couple of payments made for the room along with the $100 charged off my card. But there is no $100 sent back to me.
Desired outcome: If someone could contact me and refund me back my money, it would be greatly appreciated.

I had been staying at the woodsprings suites in Simpsonville south Carolina since July 4th 2022 .. never late or behind on my payments often paid days early not once had a complaint from staff or management I was always respectful and always helpful when asked if I could lend a hand to help with a heavy item even would pick up trash from the parking lot...

On Saturday, 3/25/23 I checked into a room at approximately 9:50 PM. The lobby smelled mildewed. At this hour there was no other choice but to stay. After getting out of an the elevator on our floor there was several bags of trash and it smelled horrible. We entered the room and left our things to go to our event. Upon our return the trash was still there and when we entered our room there was roaches crawling around. They even refused to give us towels, and stated no room service after 10PM. This hotel is horrible.
Desired outcome: We could not sleep at all. We deserve a refund.
Hotel acomodation
I checked in on 3/18 and requested to leave on 3/24. On 3/23 someone banged at our door and yelled at my wife demanding that we pay more or leave immediately.
My wife called me crying, locked out of the room.
I called reception and tryied to explain this was a mistake and i would be there at 4 pm to review and settle. They were rude and called the police on us. I felt this was racial discrimination.
We were humiliated, some ofnour food got spoiled, and we had to pay premium for a last minilute acomodation. And I have a receipt saying I was paid for until 3/26, confirmed by headquarters.
We are ashamed and distressed.
Desired outcome: I want an apology and a refund for my entire stay.
Front desk
I have already filed 1 complaint.. but it reminded me of what also was said..i eas told i could not walk and stand in the hallway on another.floor..when i explai ed that want to be sure that the noise was coming from above and not something else like construction work or move in or out noise i was told i cant stand in the hallway and that i was creepy for doing so..i want the worker who was on staff hear black female..reprimanded if not dismissed..i i informed i can walk wherever i like as long as im not disturbing any guest..i she then proceeded to hang up on me also..this is so beyong the pale of acceptable behavior that i have been informed by council to have no further contact with them and make no other statements..thank you
Desired outcome: I want worker at front desk on this day 3/11 @ 10am..fired period. She has no business interacting with the public..rude abrasive condescending attitude is just purely unacceptable
Noise and horribly rude front desk personnel
Im am at lenexa location on 112th st..tries to complain about noise above me. Which had been continuously happening..called front desk twice no answer..walked to floor above me to hear if that is the problem..proceeded to get call finally from front desk telling me i cant walk around and listen for the source of complaint..absolutely the most unprofessionally rude and nasty customer service I've ever experience..in my life.
Poor management
Where to begin... Should I start with an ex employee who was 20 years old trying to kiss my 10 year old daughter? Or should I begin with begin charged an extra 541.00 for days I already paid for because the manager kept accusing me of smoking in the room because I had my window open due to having PTSD. Room quality and constant noise level
My HVAC system doesn’t work in my room and there’s a draft coming in through the hvac unit, the window doesn’t have a handle to open the blinds The sink in the restroom is broken and this is the third time I’ve checked into a room at Woodspring suites and it wasn’t clean. I’ve also contacted the the front desk and manager included to inform them of the issues that I’m experiencing with my stay bu there has been a major lack of concern to do anything to rectify the problem other than call the people upstairs after 10pm to complain about the noise but what about the constant noise throughout the day. So basically I can only complain about the noise after 10pm I’ve tried to change rooms but was denied and told that I could switch rooms when I book another stay. I also have a two hour video of the noise level from the above tenants.
Desired outcome: I would like a full refund and file a major complaint about the unlivable conditions that my family and myself have been place in.

Management and staff and heating issue
If I could give Negative 5 stars I would. This place is disgusting. The heater wasn't working on my first night. Maint. came up and fixed it for awhile, but it stopped working in the middle of the night b/c I woke to a freezing room. I called management and they said they would look at it while I was gone the next day. When I returned it was still blowing cold air. They couldn't give me another room, nor did they offer to try and fix it again. They told me I'd have to sleep in the cold room and deal with it in the morning when maintenance came in. I checked out and went to another hotel and when I called back to speak to the manager he was so awful! He actually said I should have stayed the night, even in the cold, and got another room the next day after housekeeping could clean one. Now the A$HOLE manager, Ndidi, won't refund my money either. There is so much more to this story but you get the picture. Worst hotel experience of my life, and I am a travel health care professional used to staying in lots of hotels!
Desired outcome: I would like my money back for at least the 2 nights I did not stay. All 3 nights would be preferred, since my first night was freezing!The manager was also so rude, he should have to apologize for expecting someone to sleep in the cold.
Threats from Mrg. Name Sarah at Lafayette location
We are located at the Lafayette Woodspring hotel. Name Bobby Diaz Rm 231. Me and my family (wife, 2 small daughters 1 yrs and 4 yrs old) have been living here for 4 months until home ready in Feb. I have been here before Mrs. Sarah became an Mrg.. I'm a hard working man that goes to work everyday and get paid on Fridays and always pay my bill with no problems You could check the books and have gave service in the pass here as well! Ms. Joy that got fired had a heart for me and my family and innterstood our situation and worked with us having no problems and no threats like Mrs. Sarah is doing to me and my family after I told her our situation and she agreed to innterstanding. It's cold and have been raining as well and she is threatening to kick us out in the cold and rain when my bill will get paid like always. She has a cold heart and no understanding to her guest that is paying out of pocket for their room and making our stay so uncomfortable I truly need to speak with someone who innterstand me and my family situation to make it more convenient for the both of us knowing I'm a man of my word and pay to stay here and don't need to be threatening to cause any bad situation at this company! She stated so don't care about no guest here but it's corporate that's telling her to call by the name of Bonnie to threaten to kick us out for no reason!
