I came in on my last night from work to find my key cards were inactive. I called all applicable numbers and lines for assistance from 1030 to midnight and couldn't get ahold of anyone! I had to sleep elsewhere for night I paid for at WoodSpring Suites! I came back in the morning and was finally able to get ahold of someone on the phone. The "night manager" shows up 30 minutes later and was so non-chalant "well that sucks, I guess you could take it up with the manager". At a minimum, they should refund me the final night of my stay!

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The customer service was absolutely horrible. At check in we were advised of rooms a available on other floors that were not on the smoking floor but when Peggy went to "check us in" only the smoking floor was available after we stated we did not want to stay on that floor. Also wanted to extend for an additional week and instead of Peggy the female at the front desk saying ok come down and pay since the card "isn't saved on file" she knocked on the door well after check in time to tell me and charged a late fee of $51. Upon checking out they again charged my card a late fee of $51 for a late fee at 5:00 am we checked out at 11 but according to Peggy the card doesn't stay on file. So how can my card be charged a late fee after I checked out. To be honest this staff should be fired they don't have proper training in customer service and seemed to be a bit racist. There was even a point where I asked for towels and the guy tells me they won't get any for a week. The next day I speak with Peggy and she says they have plenty of towels. If this is how this type of establishment conducts business it needs to be shut down. Customers are paying money to stay in a place and get treated like crap.

I have stayed at two woodspring suits over the last year and a half both time I had you pay a $250 deposit for a pet and then 30 days later I'm being charged $5 a day which comes up to $30 a week which comes up to $120 a month so why am I having to pay a $250 pet deposit in the first place that does not make sense when the rooms that the pets are in do not have carpet they are clean and been inspected once a week by your employees but still you want to charge people $5 a day for a pet after a $250 deposit non-refundable it is a rip off it's absurd and just outright wrong.
