I ordered 3 tubes of Woolash because it was a better deal and also offered free shipping. The product did not work and I even lost eyelashes. I returned the 3 tubes as directed by the company. I received an email informing me that I would only receive a partial refund. When I asked why, I was told that they subtracted the original shipping charges (which were advertised as "free shipping"). I have never heard of a company doing this! Plus it cost me $7.69 to return the product to Woo Pure! Now I am out $13.44! NEVER AGAIN! And I would advise not dealing with this company. You can't even talk to a human to resolve your issue.

I ordered an eyelash serum on the 28th of September from woolash.com, when it was ordered it stated it was due for delivery within 7-21 days, however I have now been waiting over that period of time and still haven't received the product I have already paid €55 for.
Tracking was last updated 21 days ago, and nothing since, also can't find a contact number for the company who is supposed to be delivering the item.
Tried to find a customer service contact number or email address for woo pure but can't seem to find any form of way to contact this company. I have then proceed to use the woo lash help Center which is on their website and have been ignored both times I have sent a message explaining the situation.
I feel like I've been defrauded and am very unhappy.

I am from South Africa. I ordered the Woolash Starter from Woo Pure on the 29th of May on the Woolash website. According to the tracker on Woo Pure website the order has been delivered.
Today is 30 August and I still have not received my order. I tried numerous times to contact Woo via email, messaging and no response from them. Their website has no contact numbers. They have a chat facility that does not seem to work. I leave messages on the chat screen but have had no luck in getting a reply. I have no idea how to get hold of this company to state my complaint.
