I have paid a month ago for the detailed evaluation (ICAP) report from the normal report I had earlier. The customer service desk does not give any accurate information about the status whenever we call, they just say it will be done by 6 to 8 weeks. When I called after 21 days of application that how much time it will take, they said within this week. Then again when I called, they said it will be April 7th, everytime they change dates and there is no proper answer. Also, when I tell them I am not happy with this inaccurate information, they hardly care to listen. There is a cap on Study permits and still they are not processing the reports on time inspite of charging so much of money. This is not all, when I added my Masters in 2017, I was given equivalency of Diploma whereas my spouse studied from same university and her equivalency was Masters. We both graduated at the same time.
This is ridiculous, they do not care at all. Help me out with all refund from this company. Because this is my 4th report from them, and this is how unprofessional they behave with their customers.
There must be some regulatory to control such companies as we pay our hard earned money for the reports and we do not get reports on time neither we get proper equivalency.
I even changed my email twice, and raise complaint 4 times, they say they cannot initial email which was been used for account creation. They are harassing unnecessarily for no reasons.
I would never recommend this company to anyone.

Desired outcome: For my Masters upgrade, I need the equivalency of same, not Diploma and I need refund.I need my ICAP Report to be completed on time and an apology for not providing accurate information. Change my email in account.
