I am sooooo ticked off at you people I cannot tell you. You have allowed everyone and their brother to post their ads on our websites and I am just fed up with it! All these ads are not being filtered by the spam filter and it is obvious that this is being done on purpose! You are purposely allowing all this crap to come through and you know it! I'm sick of it and I have to spend my precious time having to unsubscribe to all these ads or they will keep on coming! Either stop it now or I am going to another web site! I have had it with you people!

I am a 58 year old business owner from the Chicagoland area. We did not have the luxury of computers while attending school. My generations use of computers, websites, search agents, and the like was learned on our own, after schooling. That said, yahoo was one of my first experiences when using a computer. Being a very loyal person to any company, person, or service provider that has worked for me I felt compelled to write you! Let me start by saying that I have never in my life written a letter such as this. Because yahoo was one of my first experiences, and it has always served me well, I have gone out of my way to always support yahoo and the companies affiliated with them. Even though your competitors have pushed hard to sway my localities! I use yahoo for my daily news and world events. With that in mind, obviously the topic of the NFL players taking a knee has been a topic that I have had to endure! As much as I personally HATE that these individuals have chosen to do this, I have pushed on. THAT IS until I read the recent article by Jordan Schultz on the topic! In my opinion, he should be reporting the news, not forcing use to suffer through his opinion!Many, I say again, many of my generation hate these overpaid, and over publicized so called sports heroes that shouldn't be exposing our youth to their crap. They are entitled to their opinion, but in their public roles, they need to keep those opinions out of the public eye. THEN, your employee, your top sports journalist not only reports on this crap. But actually shows sympathy for these individuals. In his article, he is actually pushing for sympathy for Kaepernick and his misguided followers. Jordan went so far as to show us his stats for 2016, and pushed for his return to a team. I am part of a very large group that has given up my season tickets, and refuse to purchase anything that he and his group endorses! I completely support companies that have cancelled endorsement contracts for players that choose to kneel. Now that you have listened to my rant, my true purpose for writing yahoo is to hopefully have the management suggest, hint, or flat out demand that Jordan not only stop pushing his unpopular opinion, but to publicly retract this article and publicly apologize for even writing it. I don't know how much one person matters in the scheme of things at yahoo, but one more disappointment and you will have lost my loyalty for yahoo and all of your paid advertising accounts. Lastly, in my industry, we have large committees and many elected positions, and the vast majority are of the opinion that I am. So much so, that yahoo and Jordan were the topic of discussion at our luncheon. I might add that the discussion was not putting yahoo and Jordan in a favorable light. In closing, I would like to thank you for being a fantastic company, and for indulging me and my soap box! Hopefully, myself and my growing supporters will continue to enjoy a great relationship with yahoo! Being financially dependent on the support of my customers, the support that is service driven, you will take note of at least part, if not all of what I had to say. I would truly hate to see the demise of a good company over the lack of management of one of its employees. Reporting the news, good or bad, is good and responsible journalism! But forcing an opinion, especially a terrible opinion is bad business, and worse journalism!

email attachment error and delay in email
I am not able to access the attachment from my old mails that have been saved in folder. It is pissing me off. How come the services of Yahoo have become so worst I have that ID since long. I have changed my email ID from Yahoo to Google and again I am uploading all my old documents but you should know there are certain documents that I can't get from physical evidence. All the attachment are showing in first page but when I am accessing the mail there is no attachment. Has those mails been archived? Also when I send the mail it gets delayed. It takes at least 30 mins to 2hrs- to infinite time to reach in others email id. I have been embarrassed in front of my new employer's .. tell me why you guys have done this thing. I am not your local user right now...
captcha feature on yahoo sign in
Last night I tried to sign into my Yahoo account. I entered email address correctly. I also entered the correct password. I was made to complete the Captcha verification multiple times without gaining access to my account. I am very aggravated with your Captcha feature it is too obsessive. How many times do I have to prove that "I am not a robot"? That feature is very annoying. I should only need to complete it one time. I really hate that feature. You really need to fix it. Where I was trying to use computer everything was in French I do not read French. Every time I answered the Captcha correctly I was either made to complete another Captcha or reenter my password after I had already entered it correctly. Your Captcha security feature is a major pain in the neck. I do not have time to be bother with that crappy feature. It is over obsessive and extremely annoying. I do not have the time to be bothered with that garbage.

This ad seems disturbing and somewhat suspicious in its meaning. It wouldn't surprise me if some sort of dubious entity produced it. I'm tired of having in mi face every time I go to a yahoo story. Please stop this ad, I hate it. Your "reactions" feature on everything needs to go away unless desired. The comments seem mostly falsely generated from dubious sources as well.

Yesterday I called [protected] to get access to my email because I was sick and had to getanother Cell. Mark recieved total acess to my computer and said there was vireses and spywere that was blocking my access and for $12 the problem would be solved. so I gave my account info. then site for Bitcoins showed up and he asked for a picture ID and my drivers license. At that point I tried to stop the teansaction.He then hung up. I had to close my band accounts and Credit cards. So today called the same # to let them know what had happeded and now my computer was acting worse. I was informed that they would fix the problem . Once again I gave accec to my computer and was once again informed about the vireses and that my computer was hacked and that they still had control over my computer. Because it was my fault he would remove the hacker for a small fee. When I reminded him my funds were not avalible, he said there was nothing he would do. So Yahoo was hacked and now my computer is usless and now both the man today is still in my computer as well as the guy from yesterday so thank you Yahoo. By the wa my new email is [protected]@me.com. now lets see who else I can tell my story to.
I'm sorry this happened to you. This is actually a common internet scam and has nothing to do with Yahoo. The phone number you called isn't even associated with them and a quick Google search revealed that this is a scam phone number with representatives pretending to be with Yahoo. Yahoo was not hacked and you never spoke with them. Contact your bank right away.
I pretty much stated the same thing you did. Either way, I wish you the best of luck in your future endeavors of identifying what someone's boyfriend has said.
ads playing sound in yahoo mail
I am extremely angry that sound plays in side-bar ads when I access my email. This has been happening since 13 November 2017.
I understand you have a premium service that is ad free but I have no intention of ever paying for that. As I'm sure many more don't either.
So I'm faced now with a decision. I accept you play unwanted sound on ads when I go to your mail page or I change my email to gmail.
I DO NOT WANT YOUR UNWANTED, UNSOLICITED SOUND PLAYING ON MY COMPUTER. Change it or I'm going to gmail.
You are being provided a free service. What makes them able to provide the service for free is the advertisements. You have the option of paying to have the advertisements removed and choose not to. That is your choice. You also have the options of using ad-block, using a different email service, or turning off the volume on your computer when checking your email. Requesting that they remove the sound advertisements simply because you do not like them is unreasonable, especially for someone who does not pay for anything whatsoever.

My email was hacked recently and I am very upset because it allowed the hacked to gain control of my social media and other emails. This person has gone yo the extent of creating other email accounts connected to my phone number or email and has begun harassing me and my family.

I have tried to get rid of, opt out of, clear cookies and everything else to remove ads in yahoo mail. Yet I still see unwanted ads from sites i have no desire to visit or buy anything from. I have followed instructions on how to remove the ads but they still appear.
Is there anything that you can do to stop these pesky ads appearing every time i go into my mail account?

Given the fact that yahoo mail has a "cancel" button on the right upper side of the "compose" email form, and this button can easily be touched or clicked on inadvertently, why is there not a "second-chance" function associated with this "cancel" button, which would allow the user to back out of the cancellation to avoid losing all of the work they had composed up to that point? It's absolutely ridiculous that yahoo has never added such a function to abort an accidental cancellation command. This has happened to me many times on both my laptop and my smartphone, and i'm certain it has happened to countless other people as well.
We are all human and make mistakes, but making this type of mistake while using yahoo mail should not be met with such an unforgiving result! Please get with the times, yahoo, and correct this costly and frustrating flaw in your email program design! Many of your users will be most grateful to finally have this "pitfall" eliminated! I thank you, and many others will thank you for your immediate action on this matter!
Well, you obviously haven't used Yahoo Mail, otherwise you wouldn't have made such a comment! Do you really think I would invest my time complaining about this if this wasn't a legitimate problem? I invite you to open a Yahoo email account, because it's quite apparent that you don't have one yet. From the Inbox, tap or click on "Compose", then start entering any amount of text in the body of the email form. Now tap or click on "Cancel". You will now see a different screen...it will have a message that reads: "Message Canceled...Your message has not been sent." Whatever text you entered prior to that will now be gone. There is NO confirmation offered beforehand which would allow you to stop this action! I'm not blaming anyone for MY "human error"...but since "human error" WILL eventually occur with ALL OF US, the negative effects of it, e.g. lost time and productivity, MUST be considered and averted by building safeguards into a program. If a program designer really cares about the user's experience, this is an absolute necessity!
slow and no response in emails & writing emails
Date is 11-11-2017 acc. [protected]@ymail.com Trying to write e-mails, the writing is slow & inconsistent with yahoo stopping & not responding to letters being typed. As I am typing letters don't show up for 10-30 sec. and sometimes the page freezes and yahoo stops responding all together. have tried refreshing page, restarting computer and nothing solves the problem. I am currently having no problems writing this complaint so what is the problem ? please help solve this problem as I would like to stay with yahoo. Trying to submit my complaint and can not log in with my password doesn't recognize it ? it is the right one for sure!
Yahoo email is back in the funk that it was in some time ago. Messages cannot be opened easily, can't be deleted, when you type a response it takes forever for the letters to show up, links cannot be highlighted. Now there are random voice advertisements, which is probably the cause of these problems. You only hear a portion of the audio message. All very frustrating.
This has been going on for a few days now and today is November 11, 2017.

I have the same problem however when I type messages on Microsoft Word Which I have to use to type my emails)or any other software the typing is perfect. So it cannot be the PC.
minco products / competitor using our name in paid ads

Description: I work at Minco Products and we manufacture specialty heaters. When I search "Minco Heaters, " two ads appear with our company name but link to competitive company websites. One is a direct competitor named "Allflex" and their ad headers says, "Minco Heaters / allflexheaters.com" and links to their website www.allflexheater.com. The other is a shopping network and their ad headline says "Minco Heaters - Minco Heaters - Find Our Lowest Price" and links to www.shopping.net/Minco Heaters." Neither of these companies have permission to use our company name in their ads. Clearly their trying to steal business from us by misrepresenting our company using Yahoo's paid ad program. Please stop them immediately. Allflex has done the same in other browsers which pulled their ads. Please note, there is a third company using our name that comes up in the same search results however, they are an approved Minco Products distributor and have permission to use our company name in their Yahoo paid search program.
