customer service
I have been emailing for a week, trying to get into an old account with an extremely important email in it. I went through the sign-in helper and multiple forums of frequently asked questions everyday since last wednesday for 3+ hours. All because the only recovery method for my account is a number that was changed. I know that I should have looked into securing my account more as I've been told multiple times over the past few days however, there were not the same luxurious security options 6+ years ago. Even then I specifically remember setting up security questions that are not an option available to me through the sign-in helper. This email is very important to me and I would like if somehow I can be directed as to how to get back into it, thank you.

https://ca.yahoo.com/style/amber-rose-posted-nude-waist-203742760.html
The link above was on Yahoo front page news but if you click on the article, YAHOO Canada has so nicely put a full nude picture of Amber Rose for children to see! No warning, no caution, just full frontal from top to bottom. Do you folks have kids? This would not even be filtered with a parental block because it's just a regular article! NOT COOL! The vagina should have had at least a blurred out version!
Geez Yahoo, you give us guidelines for comments but who is filtering Yahoo?
unnecessary antivirus software
I was forced into buying very expensive anti virus through Yahoo technical department, I had problem with my personnel information was stolen. They did say the my McAfee total protection was not good enough to stop hackers stealing your identity and constantly pressurised to buy $999 software from flashingithelp.com. The person from yahoo technical support was James Watson the case ID was [protected] extension 1013 ID 1072.
I should not of bought this software only being pressurised.
my yahoo mail blocked or suspended
I don't know what happened to my yahoomail but when I entered my yahoo ID (mariagenille), yahoo won't recognize my ID saying "Sorry, we dont recognize this email". I tried signing up with the same account ID hoping i could save my ID but after typing the same yahoo ID (mariagenille), it says "A yahoo account already exists with this email address" I've been using my account since year 2008 and I've also been using it for the past few month, i don't know why it was removed, blocked, or suspended. My yahoo ID is very important because it is my official email address and I'm using it with all my accounts and business transactions. In my account also are the important documents sent by my business transaction and I also have saved documents in there. Hoping for yahoo team's fast solution to this problem.
bad service from yahoo mail
It is most irritating for an old person to be asked to get the code from mobile phone or another mail account to be able to log in every time I log in which was not the case in the last 20 years. I feel fed up.. once you check up the persona details on a particular device then you should not irritate/trouble the customer/waste his energy and time in trying to get your code on mobile or another site.
My email id is [protected]@yahoo.com. my name is ajeet mal singhvi
yahoo mail
More than a month ago I have accidentally deleted on the iPad a folder called 'travelling', opened in Safari and not in the app. I have several times contacted yahoo for restoring but never had any reaction from their part. I have read comments from people writing that nothing is happening and you don't even get a statement. I'm seriously planing quiting (free) Yahoo mail services and get somewhere else a new account. Better even pay for it but have assured there is a functioning customer service.
You're threatening to quit a free account, because of an accident you made? I'd better sell my yahoo stock quick.

your home page
Yahoo.com is my designated homepage so I will complain about this every day one of these articles appears, until you take my complaints seriously.
Stop including articles and/or pictures showing cruelty to animals, whether by people or by other animals. It's totally disgusting and ruins my day.
To appease the freaks out there, those you feel compelled to pander to who also choose yahoo.com as their homepage, give them a simple link to articles on cruelty (Minus the homepage image). This should be sufficient to satisfy their prurient interests without offending the rest of us.
unwanted ads, unwanted survey etc. all for shaw communications nothing else???
All these addresses are sending the same survey promo spam to my email box sometimes 5-6 or more in less than 5 mins. and each time I have to close email because as soon as I delete the notice I get kicked out of my email account ...aggravating as [censor] tp say the least. what can I do ?

yahoo finance pop ups on mobile phone
Why does your stock pop-ups for any stock always say a stock has reached a new high or new all time high see what is moving it higher? If you click on the pop up, there is no information about what if moving the stock price higher, just the webpage for the stock information on the yahoo finance page. Many times these stocks are not even close to their all time high. As an example, around 1 June, the pop-up read that YUM reached an all time high stock price around $73. YUM stock all time high as been above $95. This is an erroneous mistake that needs to be corrected to accurately reflect stock price. Please fix this error from your website, mobile app. Thank you.
fake email?
Today, June 5th I received the following email (see photo shot of suspected fake email below)
I just wanted to confirm this is a fake Yahoo email and bring it to your attention that it is circulating. I am concerned that this is someone trying to extract personal information for fraudulent activity. I would appreciate Yahoo keeping a more vigilant filter on such emails. Thank you.
web hosting
I have been a web hosting customer of Yahoo for over 17 years. I had my website back in 1999 before Yahoo acquired Geocities. In 2010 Yahoo began to charge for web hosting and I remained a customer from then until the present day. When Yahoo spun off their web hosting business to Aabaco apparently a service unit out of India all manner of problems began for me.
I won't bother to detail them as they are many and varied. What I am enraged about is their refusal to refund money to me for a period of time my site was not available. I just got off of the phone with one their incompetent reps. She informs me that because I added WordPress to my site this was the approximate cause of the lost availability and they won't refund my money. This is insane, first because for several weeks after I added wordplay's as my domain I had availability on both my html based domain and WordPress. Plus they offer WordPress as an option. So, how can I be blamed for a service they offer. I intend to report this the BBB in CA. As well as cancel this site.
news
I am usually middle of the road politically. I have recently noticed that Yahoo has become irresponsible with their Liberal opinion being reported as factual news. I will not be using Yahoo as my search engine any longer. I will not be using Yahoo mail any longer. I will not use any Yahoo services any longer. I do not know why Yahoo made the decision to be so slanted one way politically. I now treat Yahoo the same way I would treat US weekly or People magazine. It's clickbait for a very small audience. It's insulting to the majority of your readers.
sports journalist ryan lambert (puck daddy)
I am personally really tired of seeing the lack of competence and professionalism from said writer/journalist/blogger Mr. Ryan Lambert on Yahoo news, more precisely Sports (Hockey) related articles.
This is not the first time Mr. Lambert goes all out on comments on players, officials, rulings, calls made during games and it is getting tiresome.
He should be sticking to facts and not on his personal thoughts and misplaced comments all the time, it is a a complete lack of professionalism and credibility and most of all creates a lack appreciation of readers towards your writer/journalist/blogger/employee.
Again in this article seen today (June 1st, 2017 on Yahoo sports (Puck Daddy), written by none other than Ryan Lambert: article title: Bad officiating, stupid offside and Pekka Rinne haters (Puck Daddy Countdown)
He goes on saying stupid offside, calling players idiots and and calling calls made during NHL officials B.S. In recent other articles, he went on calling some players dirtbags and other names.
It would be appreciated if your Journalist/writer/blogger/employee stuck to facts and not HIS personal thoughts and comments on everything ! If he wants to act that way, he can join the comments section like everyone else and just go all out on his state of mind. Keep the lack of professionalism out of articles on Yahoo news PLEASE !
Here is the LInk to the Yahoo article, if needed: https://ca.yahoo.com/sports/news/bad-officiating-stupid-offside-pekka-rinne-haters-puck-daddy-countdown-133154544.html
here are few Quotes from Mr. Lambert in that specific article:
If you think him going .636 in one game in which he faced 11 damn shots is indicative of the wheels coming off, I have a catfish to sell you and a rink to throw it in.
Late in the first period, one shift after the Penguins scored their opening goal, there was a TV timeout after Nashville successfully killed off that 5-on-3 power play James Neal caused by being a big ol’ idiot (more on that in a second).
But I gotta tell ya: The Preds got b-o-n-e-d boned by the officials in Game 1. The offside review, what are ya gonna do, right? The league foolishly and stubbornly insists on enforcing the letter of the law and not the spirit of it. Fair enough.
The really annoying thing about this particular offside review was, of course, that Filip Forsberg cllllllllllllleeeeeeeeeeeeeaaaaaaaarly also had control of the puck and is therefore allowed to be anywhere on the ice he pleases. But hey, Gary Bettman says the offside review is…
The Pittsburgh police charging the catfish man with three crimes, two of which are clearly lame overcharge offenses given out by particularly petty, weak-livered crybaby cops who are also idiot losers. Any kindhearted lawyer would represent this guy pro bono, and any competent judge would throw the charges sight unseen.
Need I go on ?
Thank you for your time, consideration and understanding !
A Yahoo reader/user !
news feed content
I want to inform you that due to your constant liberal propaganda, I will no longer scroll through the articles you provide as content. You are consistently offering articles that demean and undermine President Trump. I am neither liberal or conservative but am tried of you trying to influence my decisions and choices by leaning ONLY to the left. Balanced offerings would be the correct offer as far as news feeds but you refuse to offer such. Therefore you are being removed from my list of choices for news and information.
home page
Why is it that the majority of your articles listed on your home page are from the Huffington Post? We realize you are a liberal operation/business but if we wanted to read the Huffington Post we could launch that site directly. I have been a Yahoo account holder for many years but am close to terminating my account as it is very tiresome to continue to see the overwhelming liberal propaganda on your site. Please attempt to provide your customers a more evenly balanced selection of news/entertainment/sports stories.
Thank you.

What do you expect for free snowflake?
your homepage "news"
Your stories are biased and sophomoric. Fakenews! Why don't you try being fair and honest for a change? Your choice of stories is so predictable, and what you neglect to report is predictable, too. Are there any adults reporting the news there? Have you ever considered labeling yourselves as extreme liberals so uninformed people will know your bias? I'm disgusted with yahoo "news."
