Order no: [protected]... Zando is the worst online shop ever. The first time I buy and the last and I am not going to recommend even a cat to buy from this online shop. I since bought shoes online on 29/01 and till today I am still waiting. Trying to call them is a nightmare as I held on forever and had to put the phone down as it's a share call. On 6/02 I received an email informing me one of the items I had purchased is out of stock and a refund will be processed. I could buy something else but due to this unprofessional attitude towards customers I would be silly to do so. There is no form of communication or whatsoever even after some emails I sent through to the inquiries desk... Zando please refund whatever is due to me, send through the rest of my orders and we can part ways... I have already unsubscribed from receiving anything from you as well.

I made an purchase on zando today, buy what bothers me most, is why didn't I got the EFT or cod payment option, but only the card payment, but the site shows there is EFT and cod payments.. is zando a fraudulent website?
