I'm a current employee at Zaxbys in statesville North Carolina and this store is out of hand. the managers smoke marijuana with their employees and drink alcohol with them and I've seen two coworkers having sexual intercourse in the parking lot on break and the cooks always grope me, my manager wouldn't let me quit or put a two weeks notice in because he buys my food at work so I don't have to pay full price, there's so many things wrong with this store and the people who run it and work in it it's sad this is the worst job I've had. there's been paper in my food, they pick on and bully each other just as well as they bully and pick on customers. the employees and management sucks everybody is way to friendly so the rules and etc aren't being followed

I have been sexually harassed and wrongly terminated and also asked to commit fraud by the Gm and I did all my paperwork for the Gm kept asking him when can I start and because I wouldn’t do sexual acts he send me a message saying termed 🤦🏾♂️ 😥😥 my name is bashawn lawrence this incident happened recently and it’s a lot more that happened I’m going to start posting the messages and I hope whoever is overseeing the zaxbys At

I lied about all of this because Ryan fired me for stealing tips and money from the register.

I admit that I was fired for stealing from the company. I made it up about the harassment.
but i did not put their names so they can't sue. lol
it was fun writing this and makings up as well.

I wanted him to get arrested, and now he is threatening to take me to court for makikng false claims
