Zaxby's food

Hi my name is susan I just left zaxbys time is 12:36 I ordered a shake and a finger plate the food was done however they askes me to pull up because the shake was not ready and so i got tired of waiting so I went inside and compained and it was 1pm it does not take that long to make a milkshake... every time I go in there they take forever! I will not be eating zaxbys ever again! This is rediculos. Location is 8905 Albemarle Road Charlotte, Nc 28227

Zaxby's customer service

A co worker and I opted for Zaxby's over the Chic-fil-A next door to it a couple days ago. I ordered adult meal and she ordered kids meal. We waited for the food. One of the employees, an older man was trying to hug us with his arms all extended while we waited. Just almost acted like he was drunk. Inappropriate for people he didn't know while they are waiting on food. But the real situation was the guy who took our orders. He was very short, very snippity and playing with the phone and acted very frustrated that we were interrupting him by placing our orders. My coworker asked for a ranch dressing for her fries and then I went back to counter to ask for the same. He slammed down the office phone (trying to untangle its cord, I think), rolled his eyes and when I said, "sorry for asking" - he said, that's okay.
My coworker told his female counterpart how rude the guy was and she said, "Next time, just ask me"...as if this wasn't the first time she had seen the guy act rude.
Back in office, my coworker was missing her cookies that normally come in a kids meal. She was not about to go back over and ask for them. Our purchase that day was about $15 since it was my turn to buy. Its right across the street from where we work. Next time, we will probably just opt for the friendlier folks at Chic-fil-a.

Zaxby's wing meal

My name is Alicia Ferguson and I am a reoccurring member at Zaxbys Restaurant. However my food is never right. The crazy part about this visit was that I placed a specific Order, not only was I pulled up but they were very rude about it & completely forgot about me. I had to go inside. To remind them about my food. I have a bad knee. Not OKAY. I want this issue handled because I spend to much money with this company to Always have problems. The restaurant is went to was 4260 Ogeechee Rd Savannah, GA 31405

Zaxby's big zax snack

I ordered the Big Zax Snack at the drive thru on my lunch break. I opened my box when I got to work and was very disappointed with what was inside. My fries were hard and the chicken was hard and over cooked - almost burnt - and my Texas toast was cold. Due to my time constraint for lunch, I didn't have the time to take the meal back. I ate what I could. I get this meal quite often and have never had this happen to me before. I do understand that at times all places get busy and maybe rush the food, but this isn't acceptable for my entire meal to be a problem.

Zaxby's food

Friday Nov 18, I ordered a 6 piece chicken tender from your Milton location. It was in the afternoon, my son had a thanksgiving feast at his school and me or my 2 year old daughter ate our food. When the thanksgiving feast was over my daughter and I went to zaxby. I bought it back home, she at 1 chicken tender and mostly fries. I ate everything else. Early saturday morning, my stomach started hurting. I went to the restroom and it was still hurting and diarrhea. I slept most of Saturday when I was not in the restroom. Sunday was similar to saturday. I spent most of my day in bed. Today is monday. My stomach hurts when i take deep breaths and when i press my stomach. I will be going to the ER today.

Zaxby's I am complaining about the manger on november 3rd

The manager disrespected a employee in front of customers she was so rude to the employee she handled the situation improperly I believe the managers name is Judy and the empolyee was Sam or Samantha the manager told the employee that she could quit if she wanted to the problem I have with the situation is the manager should had took the employee to a private place or room and talk to her not in front of costumers

Zaxby's zaxby's on 591 south, marietta pkwy se marietta ga 30060. manager on duty is mr. jim owens

So on 10/16 at this location. Have called in twice this month to place orders. First I was disrespected by an employee by the name of Zuri. She was very short with me and very rude. The second time I called in, was greeted by employee by the name of Mr. Clemons. Was asked my name, I told him my name. Told him my name was jeff and he laughed and said like, Jeffey! Haven't been having this problem at this location. Which I Eat at Zaxbys at least once a week. So I came into this location, twice and has been greeted by a manager by the name of Jim Owens. Every time I come into to this location, I'm treated so disrespectful by this manager. Simply I tell him my situation and he always says, " well what u want me to due in a very unprofessional way." Also while I was waiting for the manager, Ms. Teriana brushes up against and "I say well excuse me". She rolls her eyes and tells me, well get out my way! Okay so this Zaxbys was doing great until this manager Jim Owens started running this location. Also theirs a lot of horse playing at the registers, inside the restaurant by your employees. Yes and it needs to be rectified emeadiatley.

Zaxby's chicken/french fries/customer service

I went to your store on Sanford, NC on Sept 17, 2016.. I ordered a number 6, when it made it out to my table the chicken was so cold, that your plastic ware would not cut out, the fries were salty as ever. So I took my food back to the counter and explained what the problem was, at which time the girl explained it to the guy in the back, however the way she explained it to him, he thought the only problem was that the fries were to salty. So he told her to give me back my plate and someone would make some more fries and bring them out to me. So she turned around and ask me if I would like to eat my cold food, I just stood there and looked at her dumb founded that she would even think I would want to eat cold chicken.. I told her if I wanted to eat cold chicken I wouldn't have brought the food back up there to the counter, and she looked at me and was like, well some people like to eat their chicken cold like that.. I simply liked at her like she was stupid and explained to her that if I wanted to eat cold food, I would have went home and made me a child sandwich and not come and spent my money here.. them I ask for a manger, he wasn't much better, he was the guy that told her to give me back my child chicken to eat...

Zaxby's food and portions

I purchased 5 piece strip and 3 of the pieces were burned :( and I purchased the new pasta salad which I got two days ago as well and love it, however in saying that this time I got an extremely small cup with literally 3 bits in it, and you also have taken away the Zen Zalad that I absolutely loved. Getting to the point it is expensive and now the food is not even good (being burnt) very dissatisfied. I would like a refund of the 7.42 that I spent tonight. I gave my receipt to the girl towards the Northeast Elementary School in our area in Clarksville, TN on Trenton off of Tiny Town

Zaxby's poor service, food quality bad, dirty restaurant

I visit this particular store every week, some times twice. I have never had a problem at this location. Today I went in and there was a line going all the way around the store. The store was not clean and the floor needed to be mopped around the drink section. Very dangerous. After waiting 30 minutes to get my food which was a House Salad grilled the chicken had gristle in it and the lettuce was brown and limp. Everybody waiting was complaining about never having this problem at this particular store. It was very disorganized which has never happened here.

Zaxby's management

This is my 16 year old son's first place of employment and was hired during the summer time to make some money while out of school. At first he enjoyed his job, always going above and beyond as an employee, a hard worker. After a few weeks, I noticed that they were giving him more hours and working him until 1am in the morning. Now, during the summer time, I can understand, but now that school starts tomorrow, he is not home getting
a good night sleep, instead he is at work until 11pm and was told that if he did not complete his job by 11pm that he would be written up. This is what he told me on break about an hour ago. He is in 11th grade, taking AP classes for college, and they still have him scheduled to work Tues, Wed and Thurs nights. The management is not working with him on his hours and he is having to quit band because of this. I seriously think that something needs to be done at this store regarding high school kids and their schedules.

No, you need to make him quit his job and focus on school. If he is 16, he falls under the labor guidelines of the state of Florida.

Not before 6:30 a.m. or later than 11 p.m.
and for no more than 8 hours a day when
school is scheduled the following day. On
days when school does not follow, there are
no hour restrictions.

You could always make him quit and find another job willing to work with his school schedule.

Zaxby's got order wrong multiple times and rude employees

I went to the zaxby's off hwy 72, and three times in a row they got my sandwich wrong (I get my chicken finder sandwich plain). After the 3rd time I took the sandwich back up there, the cashier proceeded to say it was my fault and claimed that I did not say I wanted the sandwich plain, which I loud and clearly did say so. Another girl came up and said that I was lying and almost made her not take my sandwich back. Should have backcharged. Worst restaurant ever.

Zaxby's service and quality of the food

We went today to the Zaxby's located in Greeneville Tn. When ordered 3 things, #10 Cajun sand which meal, #1 chicken strip meal buffalo style with tongue torch, and 10 price strips same as the #1. We had to repeat our order 2 times and we got our food handed to us sideways in the bag. And the lady at drive through was complaining to us about having to do the drive through by her seld. I fixed the food in the bag, checked it and our food was not right. This is not even the 3rd time this place has messed up our order, its like a regular thing. We have even called in orders several times for work and go to pick it up, its ether the wrong food or not right. We love zaxbys, but things needs to change, this is not how you treat customers. If this is how zaxbys is ran I don't think I will be eating there no longer. I advice everyone to be cautious where you choose to eat, and how you are going to be treated while eating there.

Zaxby's service

I went to Zaxby's located at 1657 New Garden Rd, Greensboro, NC 27410. Phone:[protected]...Hours: Open today · 10:30AM–11PM. On Monday 6/20/2016 at 7:40pm. I went thru the drive thru. Place my order of a salad and 3 oatmeal raisin cookies heated. The girl at the drive thru did not acknowledge the order, so I ask if she got the order. She told me to hold on. I waited as she requested and said to me I would have to wait for the cookies. I advise the drive thru clerk I would be more than happy to wait for hot cookies. than she said it would take the over 30mins to heat and another 30 mins. to cook and I would also have to wait for the cookies to cool down. I advised her I would be willing to wait. So she repeated my order and I proceeded to the drive thru window. When I got to the drive thru window, there was a man there who repeated that I would possible have to wait an hour and a half for hot cookies. I advised the man, I wanted what I order and I would wait.

This issues with the above story is Zaxby's is a fast food restaurant and you don't have conventional ovens that require that type of pre-heat time. Actually, I order from Zaxby's about 3 or 4 times a week and have order that hot cookies several times at other location and it did not take the long. You have a counter top oven that does not take that long to pre-heat . I personally believe they must have already clean the over and did not want to have to re-clean when that is their job if a customer request it. Plus I got there at 7:40 pm and they store did not close until 10 pm. So while I was waiting I called your customer service line and placed a compliant and it took them all of 50 min to get those cookies to me. almost 1 hour I had to wait for 3 hot fresh cookies.

This happened a week and 4 days ago. I called the customer service number back a 2nd time after I had not received a call or an email in the 1st week. That show you how that location values their customers. After that 2nd called to your customer service compliant line I did receive two phone calls from your general manager Ron Bridges from the new garden location on 6/25/16 at 10:06 am. I work at the Airport which is very close to that Zaxby's location, from 5pm until 2 am or 3am Wed thru Sunday. I normally don't get up until 3pm or later. I attempt to call the manager back and the young lady that answered the phone said she did not know the phone number for this location and did not know if anyone called me. Wow!. These people are not to helpful and she did not ask me my name non did she check with anyone to see if anyone had called me. How unprofessional.

Since I'm not a valued customer to you. I don't think I will be patronizing your brand any more. Since you can't make a simply effort to get back in contact with me. I must not be a valued customer, so I will take my business somewhere else.

Zaxby's management and coworker

The zaxbys I work at has a lack of management and bad communication. One specific co worker blew up on me because I got the orders mixed up when I was simply trying to help bag it and it's not like I had a headset on too and then on top of that she never communicated with me. Then the manager rob, just allowed her to yell and humiliate me and yesterday was my 6 - 7 day working their. They also tend to show favoritism especially when it comes to work schedule. They give the people who was working their most of the hours and the new people scraps. I have been working since february and I only worked 6 - 7 times which is unfair. When I do work they don't even attempt to train me on the register they keep me in the bathroom and dining room which shows the lack of effort in me training on register or drive through. I am on the verge on filing a huge complaint and will even consider making it public in a local newspaper.

Zaxby's fired for no reason

My daughter who is 16 years old got her first job working at Zaxby's in Cleveland Georgia.She loved working, she went to work everyday and talked about work all the time, she made friends there and even gave them two referrals that still work there.She was asked to train the new girls, and to tell them what they needed to do.The manager's name is Zina Hale, and apparently had it out for my daughter.One Saturday when MY daughter was
scheduled to work from 11:am till 11 pm that night after working the night before until 11 then coming in at 8:30 that morning for a meeting.I received a text message from my daughter that evening saying that she just got fired.
I was shocked and the first thing I thought was, What did she do to get fired?, It
must of been pretty bad, a few minutes later she was at the front door crying .My daughter was so upset, she couldn't even talk about it, after a day she finally told me that they fired her because apparently she was rude to other employees, in her defense, which she tried to explain to Zina Hale
and was not able to even defend herself, she told me she was joking around
with this boy and she said I'm going to punch you in the face.This is just something she says, and she doesn't really mean that she is going to punch someone.She was called into the office, and the manager Zina Hale told her she was terminated for being rude to fellow employees and apparently her as well.Following the firing, Sarah went to speak and wasn't even allowed to defend herself, Zina Hale told her no, no you don't get to talk, and then told her to count her draw and go, she was even afraid to use her phone.While crying and counting her draw Zina Hale just walked by her and gave her a cold stare .I understand their concern with Sarah being rude but they didn't even give her a warning or a write up, just fired her .I really can't believe someone can get away with firing someone just because she can.My daughter worked late when they needed her never called in, never came in late, and she gets fired for having a bad day, mainly because she was overworked.I hope Zina Hale gets the same karma back at her someday when she gets fired and if I have anything to do with it I hope it's soon...

First of all, if you knew my daughter you would know she would never punch someone, it was a joke, just like when you say", I'm going to kill you", Does that really mean that you are going to kill someone no.?, she was joking around, like kids do these days, and the very only time she said anything like that, other then that, she was a very good employee. This is just a matter of not liking her period, one manager did not like her and that was it, she found what ever she could to fire her bottom line .I have worked in so many places and almost came to blows with other employees and no one got fired. This is just an excuse for this woman to do what ever she wants. The boy she said it too told her he would punch her back yet they didn't fire him. I don't care what they might of thought they didn't even give her a chance to talk just made her sign a paper that said she was terminated and she didn't even know what she did wrong. If she thought it was wrong she would not of done that, she wasn't trying to get fired, besides she was afraid of the manager yet the paper said she was disrespectful to managers, that is a bunch of bull. This seems to me that you think that Zaxby's does everything by the book, no I think not, they have 16 year olds working there 11 hours a day and only giving one break all day they also make them work until 11pm on school days, a friend of my daughters still works there under the same manager Zina Hale and said some boy came up to her and told her to suck his ? fill in the rest but he happens to be a favorite of Zina's so nothing happened to him. This woman is a
bottom line and if my daughter was a favorite and she said that, she would of done anything to give her a second chance it was wrong I don't care what anyone on here says...

A basic foundation of fairness in discipline is:

giving an employee notice that there is a problem
providing an opportunity for the employee to change behavior, possibly through coaching
In this philosophy, the purposes of discipline are to:

put a stop to the unacceptable behavior
retain the employee as a productive member of the business

I am well aware that it is not appropriate behavior, work or not, and in no way condone what she said.It was the way it has handled, Sarah was an other wise good employee which should count for something.What happened to the three strikes your out policy which is the Zaxby policy?As far as only hereing her side, I went up to Zaxbys and confonted the manager myself and at first all they could say was Sarah was the only one that could get that information, after that was said Zina the manager came out, (the one who fired her )and said she was rude to an employee and to her .So I asked her was she ever rude before and she said no.so I said did she get written up and she said yes she got written up, so I said when? she said same day I fired her.So she was basically a good employee who never got written up, came in on time never called off and even worked late for them, trained other girls, even though she was new herself she says one thing out of line and they fire her?The boy she said that to wouldn't even write a complaint thats is why they had to get an other girl to write it.The boy drove her home too!

I did get the information from the manager and they said the same thing she said, she was terminated for being rude to the employees and managers.She wasnt serousily threatening anyone they were not fighting just joking.Even so they did not go by the three strikes rule, straight to the firing.I have worked in many of places and been threatened seriously and no one got fired.The simple fact is the manager didn't like her and if she did she would of given her a second chance because she was a good worker prior to that she always came in on time never called off, they had her train other employees and tell other employees what to do.The issue is with the management, if they could of told me that she was being rude prior to one day then I would say yes fire her she deserved it.When I tried to get the information Zina Hale did nothing but give me a run a around, so if there is more to the story like you say, then why aren't they telling me?, I had my daughter go up there with me yesterday and all i got was a peice of paper with a warning then on the bottom saying final warning, presigned by the managers, when she came in the office and they told her what she did without even hearing her side, Zina Hale told her no, no you can't speak.The funny thing about this is that the guy who she supposely threatened would not even write a complain and drove her home.So tell me there isn't something fishy going on.Rules are rules and unless she went up to him and told him I am going to punch you in the face because she was mad then there is no reason to be so drastic and fire her.The manager will not release the information on what the other employees said.

I think the manager definitely had it out for Sarah, My opinion. If the guy didn't complain, we are talking teenagers, the other girl who did, liked the guy. It's called jealousy. Pure out green with envy, jealousy. The manager favored the other employee. Right smack dap in your face what happened. If you are a manager, your job is to be impartial.

Zaxby's management

I want to complain that enough kudos are not given to Zaxby managers who go up and beyond the call of duty. My 87 yr old father who still drives became lost in the backroads of Georgia. He finally stopped at a gas station and a Zaxby manager noticed him. The manager asked my father if he needed help and he told him he was lost. The manager called us for my father. He was over a 100 miles from home. While we headed to his location, the manager fed and comforted my father until we arrived. The manager and his staff was patient and kind, never complaining. I see too many complaints on this page when we should also recognize the angels that go up and beyond the call of duty for others.

Zaxby's bigoted manager

I work at zaxbys in Atlanta and yesterday one of the managers was saying some very troubling things. While working she decided to have a conversation about transgender bathroom's. Although I said could we please not she continued to egg on the conversation. She proceeded to say that trans and queer individual's were sick in the head and a slew of other hateful comments. I am openly queer and use both bathrooms at the store. Although she saw that I was visibly upset she continued to talk about and spread hateful dialogue with other employees in the kitchen. I am very uncomfortable working in the space as a queer and trans person and frankly I cannot work with someone who spouts such hate speech. I don't understand why people are bringing their political views in the workplace. It was not the time or place.

Zaxby's unethical behavior

On 5/2/16, my sister was a victim of work place bullying by her manager. in store 58401 store. My sister is recovering from a blood clot that traveled from her right leg to her lungs. Her physician has her on a restricted work schedule of four hours and non strenuous activities. She is currently on blood thinners and pain medicine that she has to carefully schedule when she should take it before or after work. On 5/2/16 she was experiencing chest pains that are associated with having Pulmonary embolism. She ran late, just 10 minutes coming to work and when she arrived her GM begin harassing her about being late and needing her personal medicine schedule to help her get to work on time. I called in the complaint to corporate because I was still on the phone and heard these obscene behavior and the owner of this location called me back and as I expressed my concern and issue with in which his GM addressed my sister, He seemed aloof. He told me that if she was never late we would not be having this conversation. I acknowledge she should have called but it does not make it okay for Ms. Leach to talk to her in that way. He then proceed to tell me and I quote, "I will talk to Ms. Leach about you felt about how she talked to your sister but I will not coach her on her tone." Which basically lets me know he approves this unheard of behavior. I fear because of his lack of motivation to resolve the problem they may retaliate on my sister because I called corporate on them but I feel I had no choice. Obviously they deem this behavior acceptable, when clearly this is work place bullying. I need help for someone to address this issue, my sister feels they have no patience with her since she has been diagnosed with P.E. and they only regard her as a headcount in their store. This is also the same manager, Ms. Leach that insisted my sister come into work when she first had this blood clot traveling to her lung and felt to ill to come into work before she knew what was going on which was life threatening. Thank God she decided to go to the ER. Please help us .

Zaxby's terrible and rude manager.

There is a manager that works there who is very rude to me. I am fairly new and instead of trying to train on how to do my job better she has constantly been rude and snappy with me when I make mistakes such as getting a sauce wrong. She also seemed to accuse me of stealing money even though I had not taken anything. Zaxbys need to check who they assign as manager because she is not the right person for the job attitude wise.
