Can not access my account
I have been trying to access my account on the web and app, all I get is forbidden on both.
I find this very frustrating as i have been wanting to have Zaxby's and wanting to use my rewards.
Without having access to my rewards I have chosen to eat elsewhere. Until I can get access to my account.
I do not now if this a bug in an update, that needs a patch, but it needs to be fixed quickly

My cookies
I ordered 6 cookies and I got to the window the young girl asked did I want my cookies warmed because it was hard and told her yes. So she went to try to go warm my cookies up and the other lady said “what are you doing” in such a harsh way. The lady explained that the cookies were hard and she was gonna warm them up. So she said we don’t warm cookies and to give them to cookies. So I asked for fresh cookies and the other lady told me that the cookies are not hard. You can feel the cookies and they was very hard. I just took them and left because I never had this or before

Zaxby’s doesn’t tell customers they will be given nasty ranch dressing to go with the cheddar bites.
Cheese sticks and cheese bites pair with marinara sauce. Not ranch dressing. If you’re going to sell cheddar bites, have the decency to have marinara sauce to go with it.
There are those of us who don’t care for ranch dressing. Disgusting on cheddar bites.

I am trying to reconcile my American Express statement and I find a line item from Zaxby's that is overcharged.
I usually order the same meal, Kicken Chicken Sandwich Meal, substitute the ranch and tongue torch sauces for BBQ and nuclear.
This should never amount to $59.39

I called the store to complain about this and they told me I'd have to come down, which is over 120 miles from my home, to see the general manager. This is not reasonable.
The credit card last four is AMEX 2006 with valid thru 02/28.

Customer service / paying and getting nothing
So, I understand very well that people/places run out of things from time to time. But your franchise is LaGrange, GA on Lafayette parkway needs some very serious help with ordering products for that store. On Sunday March 19, 2023 @ 8:35 pm I went to your location in Greer SC, as went to the front and tried to enter the door was locked. The hours of operation posted on the door stated that they open until 10pm on Sundays. There were customers seated inside so tried knocking on the door, employee's saw me but ignored me. I go to this location an average of twice a week, spending an average of about 25.00 each time. This is not the first time I have been turned away by employee's at this store, but it will be the last time! I will no longer go to any Zaxby nationwide. I can't help but get the feeling that employee's feel they can do whatever they want to when the owner is not there. Other complaints I have are being told they are out of chicken at 2:00 in the afternoon, they are out of plain wings ?, incorrect drive through orders only discovered upon arriving home, but this was the final straw.
Desired outcome: I'd appreciate a response!
Poor food quality
My family and I ordered lunch from Zaxbys at 5048 Crawfordville Rd in Tallahassee, FL on 3/19/23.
The food quality was absolutely terrible. The fries were over cooked and very hard. Worst Zaxbys experience to date.

I admit I lied. I wanted to ruin him, and hope that they fired him by making these false claims.
He never fired that other person who came in late. But he fired me for stealing.
There are other people who came in late and were not fired. But I was fired for stealing. This is favortism. It is not fair.
I begged him for my job. He said that they have no tolerance for stealing. I have been doing this for a while and he fired me.
The only reason I lied was because I was angry that he fired me. So I lied and made up false claims of harassment. Now he is threatening me. He is a bully.
I also wanted to ruin his life and lied about him taking advantage of me and sending me texts. I said he tried to feel me up. This is all a lie. I wanted to ruin him for firing me and now they are threatening to have me charged with making a false police report.
I have a confession to make, I was terminated for stealing from the register. I lied about being unfairly terminated.
Management
I was a employee of the 25th street location in Cleveland Tn and i have reason to believe that I was terminated for the wrong reason because about three months before I. Was fired i received a tip from a nice customer and from the moment that I. Got the tip a manager by the name of Isabella swan started chasing me. Around the restaurant with her hand. Stuck out demanding that I give her the tip or else i told her no and that I have rights and that i can keep it even the manager told me that. I have a. Right to keep it if I want to but I. Should give it to her a few days go by and her husband shows up and about. A hour later I get a write up for hygiene. Supposedly I. Smell bad. A few month later I. Get 3 each i get fired for that reason. But something is not add up. I have ocd and made it clear that I did when I. Started there but i get fired for bad hygiene

Location hours and service
I have attempted to go thru the drive thru at the location in Liberty Mo kn two different occasions and both times was told they were closed. The first time was in. January after a basketball game. We pulled up to the drive thru, which says in the website they are open until 10, and they politely said sorry we are closed. It was 8:49 pm. We said the website says you are open until 10:00. They said sorry, we are closed. We left….tonight (2/7) I called that location and asked what time they closed. The girls who answered said they close at 10:00. I repeated it back and said you close at 10:00 pm. She said yes, I said thank you and hung up. We pulled up at 8:59 pm and a gentleman said we are closed. I said I literallly just called and she said you were open until 10. He said sorry we are not. I didn’t frontage r you the first incident because I felt like maybe it was a fluke, but when a customer takes time to contact your restaurant and drive there just to be told your closed, that’s just bad business. I like Zaxby’s but it is not convenient to my home. D it is frustrating that the people there wouldn’t even take the time to wait on me and my family andrea making the trip there.
Order online incomplete
I order Zaxbys online through their website and our order was delivered incomplete. Called the store in Fishers, IN and they said they found the rest of our order and said I could pick it up. I said I am unable to drive. Asked for a refund and said I have to be in store to get a refund. This is unacceptable, I ordered online on Zaxbys website since I was unable to drive.

On January 8th at 1:06 pm I went through the drive up window at Zaxby's in Kernersville, NC and ordered a senior grilled chicken salad with a small ice water. Had to drive to window to get total and pay. I just reminded them that I requested the senior discount (I am 79). They took my credit card and when I was handed my receipt there was a charge for 1.29 for a small cup of water. I was outraged but nothing was done about it other than was told that was the price for a cup of water. Outrageous!
Desired outcome: Would appreciate the cost of water refunded, please.
Employment issues
I recently began a relationship with Don Barry at Zaxby's 1155 Vann Dr. Jackson, TN. It is a franchised location owned by WP Foods Jackson LLC. He offered me a job as a GM, and I accepted. After this, he became very controlling. He visits this store most everyday, he watches the cameras constantly. I have been unhappy and feel trapped. Recently, this situation has worsened. Our problems got a couple of managers fired. They had noticed our behavior and brought it to Don's attention. To cover his actions, he forced me to enter false reports back dated for the week before. I fear him and what he can do to me physically and with regard to my career. The owners and ASM are backing Don in all his actions, which definitely proves that my concerns are legitimate. With this to hold over my head, now I am being made to do things I definitely shouldn't.
I entered a complaint earlier this evening asking for advice on how to handle this, but even in the last couple hours things have escalated, so I just decided to go through with a detailed report. My kid is getting bullied at her store and wrote up because they made teenagers mangers and they already bullied on girl and got her fired the store manager can’t do anything because they call the dm who does know how to do his own job I can’t find the Human Resources number so I’m going to post this everywhere until something happens.
Management issue
My name is Kim. I might want to report a case of sexual harassment and/or managment abuse of power. I started seeing this man that is in upper management at a franchised Zaxby’s in TN. I have a background in food service, so he offered me a job as a GM. I thought it was odd to start me at a GM position, but I was excited about the opportunity. I thought it was nice, now I know it wasn’t. Everyday things changed for the worst, his jealousy truly scares me. I have let him force me to do things I shouldn’t. Now this situation has started affecting others. I never wanted this. People are losing their jobs because of me. What would happen if I made an official complaint? Could I make an anonymous complaint? Would the corporation do anything at all? I am worried that I might’ve done something illegal. That is what he said when I told him I didn’t want to do this anymore. I have no idea how to stop this.

I ordered online on my zaxbys app. I went to local Zaxbys store to pick up my order. My order was not correct. I ordered 8 PC boneless wimpy no fries extra toast. I received fries and no extra toast. The manager at the local location is not always pleasant in addressing the problem.

Traditional wings
I order the traditional naked wings and the wings I got were obviously out for a while, overcooked, and extremely dry and almost unedible to eat. I was really dissappointed but in a hurry so I couldn’t bring them to the cashier or I would have. I just started back keto and yalls wings are one of the treats I can have guilt free so I was really looking forward to the wings. Super dissappointed for the price
