On Wednesday November the 9th I visited zaxby's located in Panama city I ordered wings and things along with a order of fries with no Zack season and 2 sides of coleslaw when I reserved my order everything was a mess no Toast with my wings and things There was seasoning on my older fries I asked for no seasoning on and NO COLESLAW AT ALL VERY UNSATISFIED
Receiving the correct meal in a timely manner
On a Tues evening I was in the drive thru in Stockbridge Georgia on 138. I placed an order for the wings and things. I pulled up made my payment. A young lady ask me to pull up my order would take a few minutes, that was at 9:26pm at 1030 I still hadn't received my meal. I went inside. I didn't get an apology got my money back and back to work late and hungry.
Desired outcome: .I understand jobs are short staffed and employees are over work and under appreciated. But waiting that long is not acceptable I would like the family meal I went to get as one way to start the apology process.
Quality of food served, employees lack of customer service
At the Albany GA on North Slappey my family and I eat Zaxby’s without fail at least once a week. At least we have up until the last few months. I have noticed the business itself is just not run like the well oiled machine of the past. The employees working there, act like they don’t even see you, much less offer any assistance. They are talking amongst themselves and laughing. The ice is always out, the drinks are out and to ask someone for help, well you are met with attitude and slow moving.employees. The food will always have something missing, no sauce, they no longer put seasoning on the fries and do not order anything outside of the ordinary. No ranch sauce on kickin chicken, no ranch on the new fries And sometimes no Zax sauce in the box. I am so disappointed in how run down and poorly run my favorite place to eat has become. Whomever owns it should be made aware. The lines at Chick til a have never been more packed. Those folks know how to run a business excellent example to follow
Desired outcome: Just want to be able to go back to once a week meals served the way I know that you can. just get it back to the wonderful place it used to be
Their cobb salad
I ordered two cobb salads without tomatoes and cumbers. It was supposed to have cheese, eggs, and bacon where it did not. The only thing was the lettuce and chicken that I didn't even get the salad dressing. On September 30th, 2022 myself, husband and grandson visited the Zaxby location in Lancaster, SC for dinner. I understand that there is a employee shortage however I do not feel this was the issue. There were employees standing around talking, continuously going from the back to the outside talking on phones, texting, etc... clearly no management around. After 30 minutes waiting patiently on our order, we find out this location is out of ranch and Zaxby sauce, no apology given , just "nope we don't have any, we are out", we open our plates to be utterly shocked, we ordered 3 Chicken Finger Plates 4 count, as you can see in the attached picture boneless wings are bigger than the chicken fingers we received, also the slaw on one plate (see attached photo) was only maybe 2 tablespoons as you can see in the photo I moved the entire helping of slaw to one side to show amount. We paid $10.50 for each plate, over $30 for a dinner for 3 that was completely unacceptable.

September 8th 2022 Around 3:40 PM my husband bought a House Zalad and Boneless Chicken with Teriyaki Sauce. At the 1526 W. Floyd Baker Blvd. Restaurant in Gaffney, SC. And this is the second time this has happened. The sauce came out around the area where the container opens and closes not the holes in the top. He always ties the bag so the chicken won't fall off the top of the Zalad. But all of the sauce came out all over the Zalad and in the bottom of the bag. I called and ask to speak with the manager and this woman said “she was the manager” I explained this has happened before and also ask why they won't give us our receipt. She sad “ we have to put the chicken on top of the Zalad or the Zalad will be hot and as for the receipt you have to ask for one” plus more trying to blame it on my husband. She said it probably came out of the holes in the top because of his driving. And no it did not I know because I had to clean everything up so we could eat! She offered no solution to the problem! So I said why don't you bag them separately then and this wouldn't happen. She said he can request that next time and the receipt. I said well he will and hung up!
Desired outcome: A free Zalad, Boneless Chicken and my receipt without having to ask for it or tell them how to package the two correctly!

I walked out last week (I was a recent hire-in) because no one in the store thought it would be efficient to train the new guy how to work the store. I normally don't like to write a review but when you have a bad experience especially when you are a regular customer and you are purchasing $66.77 of food for a gathering of friends at your house and you try to reach out to someone in management who is supposed to be experienced in running a business and being proactive and professional when it comes to interacting with your customers & being a role model with your actions especially around your employees so you can lead them to success & together provide an excellent customer service to anyone who visits your restaurant. Instead you get treated with disrespect by a manager who is not being professional and inexperienced according to his actions as he is telling his employees who knew what happened when I went to the restaurant to pick up our order on their ZAXBY'S app as he is approaching the phone to talk to my wife who made the order he was letting them know that they ain't going to get no free food... Really? NOT COOL & NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL! We just purchased $66.77 of food we don't want "ANYTHING FOR FREE" but when you make an order at 6:30 pm and we have proof that your app said our food was going to be ready for pick up at 7:30 pm and when I arrived for pick up at 7:30 pm no one knew about our order even though I showed a screenshot of my receipt with my order # and I explained to several employees who worked at your front counter it was supposed to be ready for pick up at 7:30 pm and your female employee mentioned that it was in the process. At 7:45 pm I asked the young lady employee that I wanted to purchase 7 extra Zax sauce which I paid at the front counter & my food wasn't ready yet until the young lady tripled check my order and asked one of the cooks working in the kitchen for my big order and he clearly told her our order was behind the counter and ready since 7:00 pm. She apologized and mentioned my order was supposed to be pick up at 7:00pm and I told her I do apologize but look at my screenshot order receipt ... It reads order ready at 7:32 pm. Do you think if the order said ready for pick up at 7:00 pm I would of waited until 7:30 pm to pick it it up having friends over ? NO, IT MAKES NO SENSE. Now keep in mind the wings was ready and sitting there for 30 minutes by the time I made it back at home and we get ready to eat ... Do u think the wings were hot? Or cold? My wings were CLD and my fries as well. So we all were very disappointed and my wife decided to reach out to the manager to explain what transpired meanwhile like I already explained as the manager is making his way to talk to my wife his outburst to his employees is ... they ain't going to get no free food? Instead of being understanding without him analyzing what transpired he was already determined we were trying to get something for free and insinuating we we're lying in order get free food! As a business owner myself his actions as a leader were very disappointing and most importantly disrespectful. Does anyone like to eat cold wings or fries? Would he eat cold wings or fries if he purchase them? NO. NO ONE Will! His female employees at the front counter were explaining to him what happened during my visit at pick up and his negligence in resolving the inconvenience we just experienced he was trying to argue and assume we were lying to him & trying to tell my wife that's not what the cook said to the female employee. Now, if you were the customer who was there at the present time everything that happened at the time for pick up how would you feel? He was clearly calling me a LIAR of what was said and how everything transpired. Respectfully, my wife told him we have proof with our receipts and to also keep in mind that you have cameras throughout your facilities especially above the front counter cash registers that he can review them or anyone in corporate can to see if what transpired in my visit is accurate instead in making assumptions! This is the ZAXBY'S at 9569 N. Regency Square! I would NEVER purchase ANYTHING at this location again! NOT COOL instead of stars I give this location 5 thumbs down. It would be nice if corporate reviews the date and time of my visit and run back their video & audio of my visit as well as our phone conversation to find out who is truly in the RIGHT and share this experience with their employees to teach them better customer services practices! I will post pics of both of my receipts with accurate timelines to share with everyone reading this post to come to their own accurate understanding. I would a proactive resolution. Thanks

Zax has clearly ruined it's business. They have took many popular items off the menu like hot cakes. The bread is now only cooked on one side, the grilled cheeses went from two slice to one, they are cheating on the portion sizes while going up on the price we pay, pay for sauce and they don't even cover the tenders ripping you off, they forget our drinks on the regular and the chk sandwich is more like a biscuit for $9! Went through drive thru to place an order.
Wings and things combo buffalo wings and classic tenders fries and coleslaw. Three zax snacks only rung up for two. was in a rush (limited timing) so I didn't check my order until I arrived to my destination. Food was horrifically cold, and on top of that I had nothing I ordered I ended up with a salad and two chicken sandwiches.my drinks were watered down n one carbonated. I usually have a great experience not this time.
Desired outcome: I'd like to be refunded if possible, but would also settle for a replacement meal!
Waited 30 mins for my order... They said they forgot it
On July 30th, 2022, my boyfriend and I came to Zaxbys in Cartersville GA. We ordered our food and were told our order number, got our drinks and sat down in the dinning room. After approximately 15 minutes and hearing order numbers that came after us I went back to the counter to check on my order. I was asked what my order number was a total of approximately 10 times... after standing at the counter an additional 15 minutes and multiple people coming and going, that had just ordered while I was at the counter waiting, I asked for a manager. The manager at the time looked as though she couldn't have been over 16 years old.
Anyhow, I explained the issue and after lying to me stating they were working on my order, then telling me my order number was something other than what was on my ticket, she finally stated they had lost the order. At that time I asked for my money back. She stated she would have to put the $$ back on my debit card, which I declined (because it can take up to a week to show up). I asked her to refund my money on a gift card. She called her district manager who informed her she could only put it back on my card or give me her district managers name and number. At that point I told her to give me the food. When I received the food, the grilled chicken on the salad was cold and we didn't even receive forks for the salad and the coleslaw! I have had issues prior to this with the Zaxby's in Calhoun, which refunded my money on my debit card, right away due to hair in my salad!
This is hands down the worst Zaxby's I have EVER frequented. I will
NEVER eat at any Zaxby's again!
Desired outcome: First, I hope that additional training and more competent employees/management could be addressed. As far as any compensation for my embarrassment, that can be discussed.

Party of 4.Aprox $54 total spent. I ordered 10pc traditional wings; Super small, only got 9 and were cold ( not even warm )
2 grilled chicken salads, the chicken was also cold for both and vegetables were NOT even close to frsh tasting
Fingers meal was only ok. French Fries were hot but not tasty at all.
Containers of Sweet Tea were empty had to go up to counter to get this filled.
No, I was so disappointed I did not go back up to complain or get another tiny wing.

Customer Service and food complaint
I was at Zaxby's on 7/16/2022 a little after 9pm in Antioch, TN on Bell Road. My order was 5 fingerz with a sprite. I ordered extra fries instead of getting cold slaw. I opened the box and the order looked like 20 fries, so I asked the young lady at the window this does not look like extra fries it doesn't even look like an order of fries. The young lady just shrugged her shoulder. I then had to ask for the zax sauce because there wasn't any in the bag. I completely forgot she hadn't given me my drink, so I had to turn around but the drive thru line was so long till I got out of car and knocked on door a young gentleman saw me and open door to see what I wanted. I told him I did not get my sprite when in drive thru. He went to get the sprite came back and said they were out of sprite, so I told him to just give me a coke. So, they were out of sprite, and she didn't tell me, and she did not address my concern about the fries or call a supervisor so we could address it. Get home the chicken is cold and dry fries are barley warm.
Desired outcome: I would appreciate a response from the company and a refund.

I came to Zaxby's today and tried ordering for my work peers and myself and many items were discontinued.
No Buffalo blue salad
No insane sauce
No spicy mushrooms
No UPDATED MENU
So while trying to decide on what to order the menu wasn't up to date and made it nearly impossible to try and figure out what you do have that are pleasers.
Many upset people when I got back to the office!
Crew was very nice but I truly don't understand doing away with something that everyone loves!

Desired outcome: Update menu's before making changes so that customers don't get frustrated!! You already discontinued something they love and they are trying to make do but only to find out what they are asking for next has been discontinued also :(
Fried pickle
Purchased fried pickles for the first time because they did not have fried mushrooms. I did not like the taste of them because they were too salty for me and I have I high blood pressure and I am a diabetic. I had to drive my grandson to work, so I tried to call Zaxby where I purchased it from, no answer. Drove back to the Zaxby and waited in line for over 20 mins because the car was waiting for his order. I told the cashier about my complaint and if I could exchange my pickles for something else, the cashier told the manager and the manager told me that she could not do anything about it because I had tasted two pickles.
Desired outcome: I wanted to exchange it for something else or paid the difference for something else.
Fries and Cobb salad
July 3, 2022 I went to the location in Gaffney Sc I order a small fries and grill Cobb salad when i waited for my order for 30 mins and when I got my order my daughter fries was oily and very heavily salted and my salad was made wrong I had order extra egg and extra grill salad and no toast and I didn’t have bacon on it I’ve tried to call but no answer

Time of visit 7:44 pm on June 23,2022. Went inside and ordered two Signature combo sandwiches to go. The food was cold. Fries were cold and the chicken on the sandwiches were cold, hard and dry. There was hardly any sauce on the sandwiches. This was a total waste of the $16.55 I spent on this disgusting food. Needless to say, this food went straight into the trash can. Should have taken it back and requested a refund but I don't have that time tonight. Made this purchase so I would not have to cook dinner but now I find myself in the kitchen cooking dinner. What a waste of my time and money.

Too long to get my order tonight.
I went to get a salad for myself tonight at the drive thru. According to my receipt I placed my order at 7:37 for a grilled house salad . . When I got to the window to pay and get my order I was asked if I ordered a black and blue salad. I said no, I've never even had that and don't know what it is. I told him AGAIN what I ordered. He said they would have to make a salad for me. I waited, waited , waited. Finally he came back to the window and asked me to pull forward while they made my salad. When I finally got my salad it was 7:58. 21 minutes from the time I ordered. I asked him to see the manager and was told only the asst. manager was there. I said I wanted to talk to the asst. manager. The guy came back outside again and told me the asst. manager was on a call and I could come inside if I wanted to. I didn't want to go inside. That's why a chose to go to the drive thru to begin with. I came home, called back to the store and asked for the asst. manager. I told her what happened. She said she would talk to them and asked me what could she do. I told her I felt like deserved my order to be free so she offered mea free salad that I could come back for tomorrow. She didn't even bother to get my name for when I came back. She would only give me her first name and would not give me the managers last name either. I am not happy with this location. There was no need in it taking 21 minutes to get 1 salad.
Desired outcome: I was told I could get a free salad tomorrow. I will go back for it. The asst. manager said she would speak to the people taking the orders about repeating the orders back to the customer to make sure they got the order correctly.
