Wait time / zalad
We were told we would wait 7 minutes for our food through the drive thru. We ended up waiting 37 minutes that's when I walked in. I was told they already brought out my food. Turns out they gave my food to someone else. When we finally got our food they got my salad wrong. How do you get a salad wrong? Needless to say I will not be going back to that Zaxby's.

My complaint is your company's acts of unlawful activity involving intentions to obtain profit motives and taxation seemingly appropriate for business which is illegal. This motive directively pertains to my life in real time. The advertisement from your promo prop at one of the designated locations is proof towards this. From a reliable source a photo of your limitied advertisement was posted on line 7 months ago. The acutal first photo of the same was posted before July 12th, 2020. The wait at this place is ridiculous and the fact that you can't go inside is even more ridiculous half the time I come here I have a trailer and can't get through the drive thru. I went to the Wilkesboro NC restaurant today May 23 and the doors were still locked. Why are they not opening the doors. There is no excuse. We went through the drive thru and only 3 cars in front of us and we waited from 1:12 pm to 1:40 pm and I told the girl at the window that we didnt even want our food now. My cookies
I order cookies from west Lucas st and they said it will be 15 mins i get up to the store they tell me they never put them n the oven and had to give me a refund or wait 25 mins when they told

Boneless family meals
Boneless wings were hard as rocks. Even teenage boy could not eat them. Will not be back, that was $34.22 wasted. Very disappointed!! I was there on 04/24/[protected]@3:42pm, check number 4334. First let me say you have the best chicken I have ever eaten and, with the exception of today, the service has been excellent. I spend between $150 to $200 per month at your restaurants in the Knoxville, TN area. Today, 4/17/2021, I went through the drive through at store number 1503 at 11635 Parkside Drive, Farragut, TN 37934 at 1:41 pm, which is where I usually go all the time. I order the same thing every time, which is 20 Chicken fingers, two extra sauces and a basket of Texas Toast, which comes to $25.50. When I arrived home, I had the two extra sauces I paid for but did not have the four sauces that come with the order of 20 chicken fingers. Consequently, I had to drive back to store 1503 and again wait in a long line of vehicles to get the four sauces that the staff neglected to give me. They did so without so much as an apology. Upon returning home, I called the store and spoke with the manager Gary Cunningham, who did not initially give me his name. After I asked for his name and store number, he gave the information. After a long pause, he finally said he was sorry for my bad experience. Needless to say, I will continue to patronize your restaurants, but felt the need to express my displeasure over the service I received today. As my husband and I pull up to the window at our local Zaxbys in Adel Georgia, I am completely dissatisfied in our trip. As we're pulling up we were discussing a complaint we read on Facebook, saying how the person shouldn't have done it ... WELL they were right. We pull up about 10 minutes before closing time Before 9:00 wait in line and many cars behind us ( money to be made) and finally tell us their closed ! Good morning,
Let me start off by saying I love this restaurant and I love the salad. My concern in every time I purchase a cobb chicken salad with 2 extra tenders, I am being charged a diff price. I must say I go there at least 4 times a week for your salad. It is awesome. I went yesterday and my charge was $12.37. I went today, it was $12.87 and I went last week and it was $12.81. I don't mind paying whatever I purchase but the prices seem to fluctuate. Attached you will see a copy of my most recent visit.
