Zaxby's Disappointing Experience at Zaxby's: Locked Doors, Poor Communication, and Bad Parking Lot Maintenance

I decided to give Zaxby's a try and ordered online because the drive-thru line was incredibly long and slow. The website said my order would be ready in 10 minutes, so I headed inside to pick it up. However, when I arrived, the door was locked and no one answered when I knocked. I called the restaurant and someone picked up, but didn't say anything and hung up on me. I called again and finally got through to someone, but they informed me that the lobby closed at 8pm, which was not mentioned anywhere on the app or website.

Feeling frustrated, I was told that I had to get back in the drive-thru line, which was now out of the parking lot. As I waited in line, I couldn't help but notice how poorly maintained the parking lot was. It was difficult to maneuver my car around and find a spot, and I was worried about getting stuck or damaging my vehicle.

After waiting for what felt like an eternity, I finally received my food, but it was 20 minutes later than the estimated pick-up time. Overall, I would not recommend Zaxby's based on my experience. The lack of communication and poor parking lot maintenance made for a frustrating and unpleasant visit.

Zaxby's Mixed Experience at Zaxby's in Kansas City: Decent Food, but Beware of Pricing and Noise Level

I recently visited the Zaxby's location in Kansas City, KS at the Legends shopping center. The food was decent, I would give it a 4-star rating. However, I have noticed a recurring issue with my orders. Last week, I ordered the boneless wing meal for $5.59, but upon receiving my receipt, I noticed that I was charged for traditional wings or wings and things, which are more expensive. This has happened to me a few times, and it's frustrating to pay more than what I ordered.

Another issue I encountered was the noise level at the drive-thru. It was extremely loud, and I had a hard time hearing the employees. I even mentioned to them that they were very noisy, but it seemed like there was no manager present to address the issue. This lack of professionalism is unacceptable, and my family and I have decided not to eat there anymore.

Instead, we will drive 10 minutes to Kane's, where we have had better experiences. They are more professional, and we have never had any issues with them upping the prices on us. Overall, I would recommend Zaxby's for their food, but be cautious of the pricing and noise level.

Zaxby's Poor Customer Service and Miscommunication at Zaxby's in Pace, FL

I recently visited the Zaxby's location on HWY 90 in Pace, FL and had a less than satisfactory experience. When I pulled up to the drive-thru, I was instructed to park in the first space and wait for my order. However, it was not made clear where exactly to park. I did my best to guess and assumed that an employee would come out to find my car. Unfortunately, after waiting for 25 minutes, I gave up and decided to go inside.

Once inside, I was informed that my food was not given to me because I had not parked correctly. I asked the employee if she could clarify where I was supposed to park for future reference, but she simply turned around and walked away without a word. I understand that mistakes can happen and miscommunication can occur, but I was disappointed to have paid $45 for a meal and waited for so long in the parking lot only to be completely ignored and treated poorly.

It would have been nice to receive an apology for the misunderstanding, but instead, I was met with rolled eyes and a dismissive attitude. I believe that customers should be treated with respect and kindness, regardless of any mistakes that may have been made. Overall, my experience at this Zaxby's location was not a positive one and I hope that they can improve their customer service in the future.

Zaxby's Zaxby's Should Finish Drink Orders: A Review from an UberEats Driver

Every time I get a pick up at Zaxby's (Regency) as an UberEats driver, I have to fix customers' drinks. It's not my job, and I don't work for Zaxby's. I don't want to be held accountable for any mistakes that might happen with the drinks. I think it's not safe for me to touch the drink cups, especially during these times. I believe that Zaxby's should finish filling the drink orders instead of making the delivery personnel do it. It's not fair to us, and it's not practicing safe hygiene.

I think that drive-thru customers should make their own drinks if Zaxby's is too lazy to finish filling a drink order. It's not right to make us do it. We are not trained to do it, and we don't have the proper equipment to do it safely. I feel that Zaxby's should take responsibility for their orders and make sure that everything is done correctly.

Every time I get an order from Zaxby's, I refuse to fill the drink order, and I walk out. I have talked to UberEats, and they have confirmed that it's not my job, and I don't work for Zaxby's. I hope that Zaxby's will take this seriously and make sure that their customers' orders are done correctly. It's not fair to make us do something that we are not trained to do, and it's not safe for us or the customers.

Zaxby's Zaxby's Review: A Game of Ranch Roulette in Lynn Haven, Florida

I've been to Zaxby's in Lynn Haven Florida with my son many times, and I gotta say, they charge extra for ranch dip, but they don't always remember to put it in the box or the bag. It's like they got a case of the forgetfuls or something. And it's not just the ranch, sometimes they forget the bread or the Cole slaw too. And don't even get me started on the extra ranch you ordered. They'll charge you for it, but they might not give it to you. It's like a game of ranch roulette or something.

Now, I don't wanna be too hard on 'em. They do a pretty good job most of the time. But these issues happen about 70% of the time, which is a pretty high percentage if you ask me. So when I ask for extra ranch and they tell me it's gonna be 25 cents, I just give 'em my look of disapproval. You know the one. It's like, come on man, really?

I'd like to say, why don't you give me the last 25 ranch dips I paid for and didn't get? But I don't wanna be that guy. I mean, I'm not trying to start a fight or anything. I just want my ranch, you know? If I'm inside, I'll go back and make 'em give me everything they forgot. But a lot of our Zaxby's visits are drive-thru, and by the time we figure out what we don't have, it's just not worth going back for.

All that being said, I still like Zaxby's. They got some good chicken and some tasty fries. And when they do remember to give me my ranch, it's pretty darn good. So if you're in the mood for some fast food chicken, give Zaxby's a try. Just be prepared to play a little game of ranch roulette.

Zaxby's Disappointed with Recent Changes at Zaxby's: A Review of Food and Service

Zaxby's has always been my family's go-to spot for a quick and tasty meal, but lately, I've been feeling a bit let down by the service. We've relied on Zaxby's for both catering and individual needs, but over the past couple of months, I've noticed some changes that have left me searching for a new spot.

One of the biggest issues I've noticed is the change in prices. I understand that times are tough, especially with the ongoing pandemic, but it's frustrating to see prices go up when the government has provided assistance to businesses through the CARES Act. Additionally, I've noticed a decrease in the quantity of French fries that come with my orders. For example, I recently ordered a 5-piece wing meal with fries, and was disappointed to receive only 12 fries with my meal. For a total cost of $13.27, I expected more.

Unfortunately, this isn't the first time I've experienced this issue. In fact, I've taken pictures and shared my frustration with my Facebook friends, only to find that many others have experienced the same thing. It's disheartening to see so many people complaining about the same issue, and even more concerning when employees themselves are complaining.

Overall, I'm disappointed with the recent changes at Zaxby's. While I've always enjoyed their food and service in the past, these recent issues have left me feeling like it's time to find a new spot for my family's meals.

Zaxby's Disappointing Experience at Zaxby's in Oxford, Alabama: Overcooked Chicken and Greasy Fries

Zaxby's has always been my go-to place for fast food, and I've always loved their chicken. However, my recent experiences have been less than satisfactory. The chicken is either overcooked and dry, or the grease is old and tastes like old fish grease. The fries are also cold and greasy, which is just terrible. I don't usually write reviews, but this has been happening every time I visit this location in Oxford, Alabama. It's disappointing because I really do love their chicken, but it's not worth the gamble of getting bad food. I watch what I eat most of the time, but sometimes it's nice to indulge in fast food. Unfortunately, I won't be back to Zaxby's anytime soon.

Zaxby's Disappointing Experience at Zaxby's: Mistakes with Order and Poor Customer Service

Me and my partner decided to swing by Zaxby's and grab the wings and things combo. I requested my wimpy wing sauce on the side, while my partner wanted them wimpy but served regular. I used to work at Zaxby's back in the day, so I know how things work around here. Unfortunately, we had to wait for 20 minutes, and when we finally got our wings, they were both coated in the wrong sauce. I asked for an extra zax sauce instead of ranch, but they still got it wrong. To top it off, the fries were cold. I was pretty bummed out because I go to Zaxby's at least once a week, and I've never had such a bad experience before.

I decided to email them to let them know what happened, but the customer service was very rude. Eventually, Andres, the store manager, got back to me and offered to hook me up with some coupons for a free meal. I was excited about this, but unfortunately, my work moved me to Have, so I couldn't visit his specific restaurant. I told him that I would still take the coupons because there's a Zaxby's down the street from me. He said that he mailed them out two weeks ago on a Thursday, but I never received them.

Normally, I love Zaxby's to death, but this experience left a bad taste in my mouth. I was very disappointed with the customer service and the mistakes that were made with my order. It's a shame because I used to recommend Zaxby's to all my friends, but now I'm not so sure. Hopefully, they can improve their service and get back to the quality that I know and love.

Zaxby's Disappointing Experience at Zaxby's: Small Chicken Fingers and Confusing Ordering Process

I recently tried out Zaxby's and decided to go for the family meal for 4. However, I was pretty disappointed with the size of the chicken fingers. They were about the same size as regular wings at other restaurants. I've ordered the Big Zax Snack before and never felt like the serving size was small. To give you an idea of how small they were, I've included a picture of a 3-inch French fry for comparison.

I've ordered online from Zaxby's before, but when I tried to do it yesterday, I had some trouble. It seems like you have to create an account or download the app to order online now. Since I don't go to the restaurant often, I didn't want to do either of those things. Instead, I called in my order for pick up at the drive-through so I wouldn't have to wait any longer than necessary. I had some hangry people in the car with me, so I wanted to make sure we got our food quickly. However, when I insisted on placing my order over the phone, they had trouble taking my payment.

When I got to the drive-through, I told them I had already placed my order, but they said they didn't have it. So, I ended up waiting anyway. Overall, I was pretty disappointed with my experience at Zaxby's. The chicken finger size was small, and the ordering process was confusing and frustrating. I'm not sure if I'll be back anytime soon.

Zaxby's Unsatisfactory Experience at Zaxby's Drive-Thru: Burnt Sandwich, Cold Fries, and No Receipt

I recently visited Zaxby's and had a less than satisfactory experience. It took me a whopping 30 minutes to get through the drive-thru, and once I finally made it to the ordering speaker, the little girl taking my order asked if I wanted bacon on my club sandwich. I mean, come on, isn't a club sandwich supposed to have chicken and bacon already? When I got to the window to pay, I was surprised to find that I didn't receive a receipt. I've always gotten a receipt before, so I don't understand why they couldn't put one in the bag this time. I'm not 22 anymore and I don't like surprises on my bank account.

To make matters worse, the bread on my sandwich was burnt. I even took a photo to show just how bad it was. And to top it all off, my fries were cold. I specifically asked for extra crispy fries, but they were anything but crispy. And to add insult to injury, I ordered a sweet tea but got a hot tea with no ice. How does that even happen?

I strongly advise anyone reading this to stay away from the Zaxby's located at 5350 Campbellton Fairburn Road in Fairburn, Georgia. My check number was 4740 and the person who waited on me was number 190. I don't understand how a restaurant can be so bad in so many different ways. I will not be eating here again, and I suggest you look at the reviews before purchasing one of their $10 burnt sandwiches. Consumers beware!

Zaxby's Zaxbys

My only complaint is that we don't have a Zaxbys on bardstown road in Louisville,KY 40291 zip code.. There is a closed down KFC just sitting waiting for you to turn it into zaxbys! When can we make this happen? I would eat there more often if I didn't have to drive so far out of the way. We have chic fila but we need some zest in our chicken every now and then. We also have Popeyes but don't even get me started on them. Worst service ever. I'd rather eat at waffle house where the roaches help cook the food after smoking a cigarette and not washing their hands. Please consider this request.

The Brooksville Florida Zaxby’s for the life of them can not make sweet tea/unsweet tea it tastes horrible! I can go to any other Zaxby’s around and the sweet tea/unsweet tea is great but not this one. Please someone get this issue fixed. I visit this Zaxby's everyday on my way home for a drink because it is convenient but if I have to stop going by and just going home and making my own tea I will.

Zaxby's 6 finger plate meal

We just got home from Zaxby's on 1195 Bankhead Hwy Carrollton, GA my placed his order on the Zaxby's app. He ordered the 6 Finger Plate and picked No cole slaw instead he asked for more French fries. We got home and he had cole slaw all over his food and now won't eat dinner because he can't eat cole slaw. His order # 6789. Now I just spent almost $20 on his meal (which is absolutely ridiculous) and he can't eat it. He couldn't even eat his Fried White Cheddar Bites because they were a ball of bread and no cheese in them (which is very unusual because this has never happened). I work hard for my money and I expect to get what I paid for.

Zaxby's Meal completely messed up and missing

on Mother’s Day I ordered lunch for me and my mother who we both work long shifts and I thought zaxbys would be a good treat. I order two meals of the 4 piece with double fries and some fried pickles on the the app for delivery since work was crazy. I know that it would take a least 45 mins to get and it might be a little on the cold side how my meal s showed up first it was cold to the touch and one of my meals was wrong they had put coleslaw in the which now covered my entire meal making it pretty inedible. When I call the store the order came from the manger keep repeat sorry I can put a complaint in and get you a free meal if you can come in I said I had it delivered and that I can’t make it in and he just repeated the same thing over which was aggravating he had no idea how else he could fix it.

Desired outcome: I would like them to bring me some free meal to replace this as in delivered to my house
