nibblers meal
I went out with my grandmother to eat at zaxbys in conover north carolina... I ordered the nibblers meal and she got a salad... About an hour or two later.. When I got home I had got food poisoning... I hadn't ate anything other then zaxbys and I had got really bad cramps and all the food poisoning symptoms. I am really disappointed. I actually use to work at this zaxbys two years ago and never had a problem with the food. Also the drink machine is broken and ice builds up where you can't even push to get ice to come out. Never again.

So I left my wallet at zaxbys on river side drive in Macon ga zaxbys a crackhead girl that works there got dressed in front of me and took my order . I called not 10 min after realizeing I forgot my wallet their and the same girl told me she had my wallet . I got there and $439 was missing weeks after calling corporate the owner calls me and says it does matter how many reports I file and calls he is not worried about and hung up. The cop came and said they think the crack head took it but not on camara .. So now I'm out money and its obvious who took it... Wow... There under investigation
employee customer service
So my friend and i went through the zaxbys drive through in Cleveland, Georgia tonight and we ordered three large ice waters. So we pulled around to the window and she handed us our waters that we ordered and were fixing to drive away. When i fixing to put the car in drive and drive away i heard the employee say to one of her co-workers, "Did they really come here to just order water?" It was poor customer service.

Went In store order food ice machine was not working properly. Ice and water everywhere. Son slipped and dropped his ball I asked 2 cashiers to please assist with getting ball the refused to help asked to speak to manager he told me they were to busy to get the ball. I explained the conditions were the cause and there was no wet floor signs etc. Kevin manager on duty was rude and so was a Brooke that was working as a cashier. I am beyond upset about the service and the appearance of the store. Although it is important to serve your customers on time you also have to deal with the ones who waited 20 min for there food as well. Poorly ran
worst zaxby's experience!
6671 Tara Blvd, Jonesboro, GA location visited on 3/18/2017 about 8:45pm.
Used to live in GA and all I wanted on my passing through the south was some Zaxby's chicken. Got to the first loaciton on Mt Zion Blvd and left after the guy in front said he order 25mins ago and was still waiting. So we decided to go up the road to the Tar Blvd location. Let's just say, not the usual Zaxbys experience. Felt super uncomfortable by the worker at the drive through window. She was yelling and cussing about her job and the customers. She went on and on and you could still hear her B####ing from our table. Not only were the workers (besides the manager) very unfriendly, they were out of two items I really wanted. The white cheddar bites and cookies. I honestly dont know if they were out or just to lazy to make them. Very dissapointed and now know to not go to a Zaxbys that is individually owned. I'll definitely be sticking to corporate locations.
Will say the manager was nice and I could tell was very busy. He even mentioned he was short staff but I could tell he was trying his best. But still doesn't count for the attitudes of his employees.
slow service, food not hot and fresh
So I go to the Zaxbys on S. Cobb Dr. In Smyrna Ga and I will tell you this the service and food and wait times are totally unacceptable! I always go through drive through and it now has been taking literally 15-20 minutes or longer get your food and the line is always very long and just last week my fries didn't even look cooked all the way after waiting for freaking 15 minutes in drive through! One time I went and the chicken fingers didn't look or taste fresh and they raised the price so you are looking at 10.00 just for chicken fingers plate absolutely ridiculous! When Zaxbys first came on the scene and were opening up stores the food was Always hot and fresh and I never had to wait that long on drive through or at the counter their service sucks now and I see it's just not at my location I work too hard for my money and can take my business elsewhere, the thing Zaxbys and many other businesses need to always remember is customers want Consistency! I shouldn't have fresh hot food one day and go next week and the food is old and dry, get a clue Zaxbys and clean up the store inside on South Cobb Drive it's nasty as heck!

The staff and service at zaxbys location 9308 robert irwin drive charlotte nc 28273 is by far the most unacceptable and dissatisfying experience I consistently had of anywhere. This staff and service is a guranteed bad experience each time I visit this location, I keep thinking it will be fixed because surely i'm not alone, but its not. Today I heard another customer complaining in the drive thru about the same issues I experience. I've never had a 100% correct order even though its listed in the receipt correctly. Never a correct order I also have had my order forgotten 2wice now and i'm fed up. Fix this. Its a shame to. Its closer, but i'll just start going to the bo - jangles across the street because their service is muchhhhhhhhhhh better and consistent. The management at bo-j has his staff seamlessly flowing. I'm so glad to see this is a problem outside of me not that I ever had any doubt.
my meal was missing
Me and my husband always come to our local Zaxbys but this was by far the last. I've had my meal to be either wrong or missing the last few times we have been. I'm totAlly disgusted with the unprofessional employees that seemed to be playing when at the drive through window. We ordered three blacked salads and my daughter kids meal. The guy at the drive thru window said my order was accurate after I asked him to check since they have messed my order up last few visits. You can imagine my anger when we get home just to find my daughter's meal is missing. Once again . I have been calling all night this location and the phone is being picked up and hung up every Time. If this what you call quiet professional quality service this is sad. I would like my meal I played for and never got and a superviser to tAlk to since I can't get anyone to anser the phone here this is rediculous!

coupons and management
2.27.2017-#50 I tried to use my 8th meal free coupons (2) and was told they were no longer valid. Yet the manager just last week stamped our 7th visit and said, "Your next visit will be free!" I ordered at the drive thru telling them I had the free meal coupons and no one told me they were no longer valid, get to the window after I had ordered Kickn Chicken and a Caesar salad and was told I couldn't have the Caesar salad with the free coupon, so I ordered wings, then was told neither meal was going to be free because my coupons weren't valid. Why did the manager just tell me a few days ago our next meals would be free? That was misleading to say the least, not to mention the treatment I got at the drive thru. Then I gave her $20 to pay for the meal and got the wrong change back. Looks like she gave me 2 different receipts? I got $4.00 and some change back for 2 drinks, Kickn Chicken and a Caesar salad. See attached coupons and 2 receipts. One of the receipts says I gave them $10 cash? Figured that one out?
As a resolution, we would like our 2 free meals and I think we are owed a little more money back from that transaction, a little under $2.00 I think. We eat there a lot and now have negative feelings about this location.

poor service that made me feel unimportant as a paying customer
I went in to Zaxby's at around 9:20pm, the start of my 30 minute break, and ordered a birthday cake shake and cheddar bites. I got the bites about 5 minutes later and reminded the employee that Im just waiting on the shake then. 15 minutes later, they apparently forgot because the same employee came up to me asking what kind of shake I ordered. I let him know that it was a birthday cake shake and finally got it 5 minutes later. I ended up getting back to work from break 5 minutes late. No time to enjoy the shake I bought.

I was dining in and thought I would try zaxbys one more time as I had previously encountered rudeness and customer service that was below expectations. This visit at the somerset, ky location will be my last. I ordered my foods iwith no problems. My son andlollu0 I were celebrating his basketball game win. My order number was called and someone else grabbed my food. I was left standing there with my receipt and no food. The gentleman that grabbed my food came back to the counter confused. The worker said there is your food. In amazement I said he had my food. The worker said yeah but he was right there I seen him. The last time I checked it is a health code violation to give a customer good handled by another person. I was not offered another fresh meal and the worker walked away. I was very upset that I was forced to present my son food that potentially was contaminated. Needless to say I did not have a good lunch this day. I hope that this problem is resolved in the future for other customers and I hope my son and I do not get sick. I regret not being able to eat at zaxbys as I do enjoy the food. However that was the last time I will endure bad service!

My husband and I went to Zaxby's on Fairview Rd in Simpsonville, SC. on Saturday evening 2/4/17. The line was long as usual, which was fine, since it's cooked fresh but one customer had been sitting there waiting inside for almost 40 minutes he said. Then we heard a girl working at the register say, shoot it ain't time to go yet. Then a male worker in the back was cursing using the "F" word several times where plainly customers could hear this. So needless to say, we left and went to Chick-Fil-A where they were extremely polite. We love the food at Zaxbys will doubtful that we will return there after that. Those workers need to be taught manners and respect.
rude management awful training
Lmao The managers] are some of the rudest pieces of #### that I've ever met like are you kidding me. I would know because I worked there for quite a while till I quit and realized that this job was #### and the pay was ####. The only nice manager that there was jack. Give this dude a raise because he puts up with so much crap it's not even funny. He was one of the best managers there and actually cared about us employees. The rest of them like James and Maxi couldn't even give a ####. The only thing they cared about was getting high and talking about what their favorite drugs were on their break or when it was slow. I kid you not when I say this if you don't believe me go and apply and work their yourself. They bullied us in front of customers if we didn't fit in their little pothead group and made us feel like crap. A few of my friends cried because of how they were treated and it was sad to see and experience myself. We were hardly trained by those two so when they would throw us on drive thru and would expect us to be rock stars at the job made us even more frustrated. Because first, they will tell you to basically #### off and to stand in a corner when you're working your a## off to try and get the job done so that they can do it themselves. Or they would put you on break if they don't want to deal with you or want you out of their sight. But then they'll get mad at your for following their specific orders because your doing so called nothing *air quotes* When we would ask for more hours to sacrifice our off days to get better at the job and mind you the job is far from where most of even live. James would laugh, ignore us, talk rudely about us behind our backs and wouldn't even give us the time of day and that's not a way to treat your employees. Especially if you don't know what's going on in their life outside of work. What you all need to understand is that most of your cashiers and other workers are friends and will tell each other when the managers are being rude and shady. So it will not surprise me when most of the employees that are working their now will quite by the end of the year because of crappy treatment. They even do some of the nastiest weirdest #### with the food that I've seen in my life that made me wanna hurl. Like they'll pick chicken or some kind of food that fell on the ground and would put back on the customer's plate in the back. Or they'll use stale products and would recook them so that the customers won't even notice. There was one time where James ate a few pieces of chicken off of a customers plate that he was cooking for just cause he was annoyed. My mom is even going to corporate because of it because no human being should be treated like they are useless. Especially not for some crappy $7.25 paid job.

I used to eat at Zaxbys several times a week for lunch and or dinner. The quality of the food started declining. Chicken fingers are burnt or over cooked in old grease. Fries no longer get season salt on them. Well after not eating there for about two months, I went back to get my free birthday nibbler. I also ordered a side of fried mushrooms. When they served this joke of an appetizer to me, I let them know I was not happy with the amount of very few mushrooms I had in my box. The manager was called over and told me that corporate sets the mandate on how much product to give you. The mushrooms are weighed out into 5 ounces! I'm sorry but I can't afford to pay $4.06 for that little amount of mushrooms! There wasn't enough in that box to completely cover the bottom of it! I asked for my money back and went on my way.

I was fired from Zaxby's of Vidalia after posting footage of an argument on Facebook. No manager called to tell me I was fired I had to call myself.. One of the managers that called me is also a manager that has been harassing me and he's also married and I have messages in my inbox from him in my Facebook messages. On the recording in the video I was not recording at all they use my phone to record and also the same manager allowed the employees to go into the office and record the argument but I was fired and another girl was fired no one else was fired and I feel that that's a problem.. I also have the video and the date that it was recorded clearly in the video I was not the one recording.

I was under the impression that Zax Inc hired people with morals, standards and integrity. I WAS WRONG! I attended the Christmas party in 2016 at the Georgia Theater. I was very excited to be a part of it, until...I arrived. The so called business casual dress party was nothing but a "who can I take home tonight, is my sequined dress showing too much of my behind, lets w###e around" kind of party. I was appalled. Never again. Who dresses like that for a business gathering. Who wears strapless, tight sequin short dresses in December, in the rain? I will tell you who. The type of women Zax Inc hires. The people that sat upstairs were dressed business casual but felt under dressed because of the w###es. Not even the photographer came upstairs where the normal people were. I was very disappointed to see the founders dancing with these women. They should have better taste.

Just left Zaxby's in Tuscaloosa, AL (address 4383 Courtney Dr.) and was very displeased with the service. Upon ordering, my wife was giving our order and in the middle of doing so was told to hold on. The young lady taking our order (Crystal) turned around and began completing another task. Once finished with that she came back to us and said, "back to what your saying.". It then took them 30 minutes to complete our order. That was after my wife went to inquire about it. Within that 30 minute time frame I saw numerous people come in after us, order, and leave with their food. Very displeased and will never visit this location again.

I'm complaining about my order from tonight 12/20/16 at about 6:30pm from the zaxbys in Tifton, Ga. We always order the same thing the kickin chickin meal that says it's comes with a drink for $5.99... when we ordered tonight we got 2 of those and when my husband came home I looked at the receipt and they charged us $6.79 for the meal so I called and asked them if the drink comes with it still and she told me yes so I told her what I was charged and she said it was because of the taxes, I said so your saying y'all charge almost $2 taxes on both meals then she got a manager when the manager got on the phone I told her the problem and she said the price has went up and it now costs $6.79 for each meal and I told her that the zaxbys website says $5.99 so she told me I was wrong and that the website price was old I told her that was bull they are just charging extra for the drinks and hung up I was so mad... then I get my plate to eat my sandwich and cannot taste the sauce I looked at it and there was just a little bit of sauce on the bread not enough for anything so it's basically just a PLAIN chicken sandwich NOT a Kickin Chicken! Not only was I charged more I don't even get to enjoy eating what I thought I was getting (just for the taste)! After all this I don't even want to eat the food now... I will NEVER eat there again! They need to work on the staff and how they make the food and deal with customer relations and charge the price that it says not what they want!
poor management with new employee
My 17 year old was hired at the Zaxbys in Adairsville. She is a senior in high school so working until midnight on a school night is too late. She was scheduled to close every single working day, even on school nights. She was never trained properly, never watched any CBL (computer based learning modules) to show or tell her how the proper procedure was. She was thrown into drive thru alone and even though she told her manager that she did not know how nor had she ever done drive thru, they made her do it with no help. She was a crying nervous wreck every night she came home. They are rude and yell at their employees in front to of customers. I refuse to eat there. I will drive 8 miles to Calhoun, Ga to eat if I want Zaxbys. This is my 2nd teen girl to work at this location and both girls said the same thing. I am a foster parent for DFCS. Some of these teen girls are broken, high anxiety and have been brought up in very dysfunctional environments and having a job is very important and meaningful but I will steer them away from Zaxbys at Adairsville. Very poor management, his turnover rate of employees, non supportive of new hires and trainees and no compassion whatsoever. Once she went to pick up her check and she went to the front counter and said, "can I get my check?" The manager told her to say "please" although she never showed my child respect. All of the employees just walk thru the side door in street clothes to get their check and my child noticed this so the scond time she got her check she walked back thru the side door like they did and the manager screamed at her that she can't cone back there in street clothes. I really think that they just did not like her and bullied her thinking she would quit which she was thinking about it but she put her big girl panties on and went on in to work and 5 minuteS later they fired her. Poor management!

My friend and I decided to get Zaxbys last night for dinner around 630; by 830 my stomach started to turn. Sad how we waited 25 minutes for our food and we somehow both get food poisoning! It takes that long to cook the chicken and somehow it doesn't get cooked all the way? I will never spend my money at Zaxbys again after this whole incident; I can only imagine how many others ended up getting sick because people can't even cook chicken long enough!
