I was just recently scammed by a company called Zazzle based out of Palo Alto, CA . If you are a product designer DO NOT GOTO ZAZZLE.COM they will wait till your about to make a lot of money for spending hours designing products on their site then come up with some BS that you violated some policy of theirs that hadn't been a problem till it came time for them to pay you the money you made by designing and saling their products i'm on a mission to find out how many people this company has done bad business to in the same manner it seems they have been doing it for awhile now and now they did it to the wrong business owner i am postingworld wide on all social networks to find victims from this company. I still work with Cafepress.com i have never had any problems with the company in a whole everyone and everything about cafepress is great so for no complaits with them if you would like more info on the happing with this Zazzle.com scam shoot me a message i will get in contact with as soon as i can. The Owner of The Wedding Shop Las Vegas, Justin Clanton contact me at [protected]@gmail.com i would like to start a class action lawsuit on this company to stop the scams.

I just signed up recently with Zazzle as a designer. I was getting extremely frustrated because they are controlling everything I try to do. Not to mention they take forever to post any products I designed into there marketplace. I decided to google designer complaints and came across yours. You should feel comfortable and confident that your hard work and effort is being seen not to mention sold. I am extremely skeptical about them not from the complaints I have read, because I just searched last night and today, but just by the fact that you can't control what you are putting out there. RED FLAG. Anywho, thank you for putting this out there. I signed up with Cafepress and will be very busy moving my designs over to them. I did however want to get you some information on filing a class action suit. This is the link http://topclassactions.com/ . They will file your complaint and post it out there on the internet for other designers, makers, or customers to find. Hope all goes well. Thank you again. This is very enlightening.

wow, sorry to hear, just curious did they terminated or cancelled your zazzle store account? And if thats the case what happens next? can you still create another store or keep having any existing? Thanks

Justin, I've been a 'designer' with zazzle, for several years, now, and haven't really run into the same problem(s) as you've had. My issue is that I NEVER (seem to) get help with/on anything on the forums. The latest one is I made a post about a week ago, trying to find out about something with the table runners. 375 views later & still not a peep from zazzle support..

Zazzle is a scam, As soon as i reach minimum payout which was 50 dollar, when I try to withdrew they took 30% fees !

When did this happen to you ? A class action lawsuit needs to be started against zazzle by designers they control everything you do and don't pay ..They are ripping talented designers off ..They are scamming gifted designers a class action lawsuit should be filed against zazzle by designers ...

When did this occur ..A class action lawsuit should be started against zazzle they are ripping talented designers off and my concern is young college students just starting out wanting to be designers are being scammed by them.. They control everything you do as a designer and are ripping gifted talented designers off there is strength in numbers and designers should start a class action lawsuit against them

I feel so sorry for so many designers that are so talented but don't deserve the treatment from zazzle .. They remove things you create without your consent they will tell you iyb6s your store, but it's not they own eventually I knew the lawsuits would occur .I got tired of them removing things I spent hours on and removing them without my consent I'm images I had paid for had consent from the owners and paid for the lisences for the image without my consent they just removed .They have no respect for the designers who are nuts and bolts behind them.. They are taking your talent and using it for their own and stealing even other designers designs, work and claiming it as their own . I PRAY many designers will join together and bring the Class Action Suit against them strength in numbers .. I will miss my customers and the love I have for design .There is so many designers you deserve pay for your hard work .Zazzle won't give it to you they will rip you off.. Oh designers you deserve better your the talent . THEY are the thieves.

Your not concerned for me as a designer you are taking off images that are bought and paid for because a lawsuit is being filed by a brave person who took a stand for what was rightfully theirs and you are running scared becuase other desgines will get wise and stand up and not be intimidated by the control and manipulation that goes on with zazzle. its sad to me that you dont care about the designers you would stop underminign their work if enough desginers get wise they ban together to stop your controla and manipulation of them.. and see that it is disrespetful its certianly not professional to treat these deisgners with such disrespect everyday you find something to harass them removing their lisenced bought hard earned images that take hours to make a design without consent is just plain proof that lawsuit will be won. We the desingers are the ones who work so hard so you can take off our hard earned work for what. YOUR FEARS how sad I'm praying that suit is won as a Victory for desginers everywhere..

Again feeling so sorry for desginers and reading about this current lawsuit, I knew was coming, I QUIT I kept having lissened images removed without my consent for no reason when i spent hard earended money to buy the lisences from some incredible desginers.. I got to know and I have their invoices but its not fair to desginers to have your hard worked spending hours on images removed when you create all those beautiful - designs for the customer so they can enjoy the designs. This lawsuit has them scared. SPEAK UP DESIGNERS and if designers you are intimidated you won't help other desginers not be you deserve the credit for your work. YOU work hours to create such beautiful work and have it removed becsause they are afraid and they are.. JOIN TOGETHER and START class action suit and contact that law firm and tell them they did it to me too say they did it to me too.. there is strength in numbers your talented. YOUR talent should not be exploited like that praying for some many designers for COURAGE.. I'ts your work not theirs . YOUR the ones doing all the work..

Just an add on this suit is going forth.. I shared with them two years this would happen and kept having money removed from my account as a designer so would it would reached to amount to be sent out to me it would drop down so I wouldn't get the monety they take 90% of your earnings desginers while you get 10% Why would you want that? So I quit because I got tired of having money I didnt get I"m sure its not just me.. for 10 years I learned about ZAZZLE and all the manipulation its not your store they own you. and they will do it everyday to you if you don't stand up .. They will contrinue to control til designers get tired of the control that constantly goes on with zazzle while t hey collect all the money you spend hours on desgining and you the desginer the one doing all the work get nothing, I will miss you customers I"m a person of INTERTITY i can't do this anymore I deserve better as a talented designer.

Zazzle just banned my account & kept my earned money too saying that I violated their copyright policy repeatedly, but they never provided any supporting of how I violated any copyright policy in last 2 yrs, so there is always an one-side story; in other words, they can accuse whatever they want & take no explanation or appeal from designers. When I told them that I used only public domain photos and my own photos in making of my design, and asked them to pay me the money in the account, they just refused. Luckily I did not have much in the account. However, I do not recommend designers to do business with Zazzle which does not help a bit in promoting your account nor design; in contrast, Zazzle draws traffic to their website by how we, designers, promoting our products on Zazzle. And they most likely will not pay you as far as they can. hahaha.
