ABX Express review: delivery

My parcel reached Malaysia on 29 November 2019 and collected by ABX EXPRESS on the same day. 30 and 31 Nov 19 were weekends, and OK fine if you don't work on weekend but as I know other courier such as J&T works on weekend including Sunday.
The I patiently waited until 4 Dec 2019, I noticed that my item was on "HOLD" status. Called the customer service, they said they don't know the reason. on 5th Dec, I sent email to them again with unhappy tone, only the item status changed to delivery in the afternoon. Probably they change the status just wanted to shut me up. I didn't get my parcel as predicted. AGAIN, 6th Dec, item on delivery, don't know where the item go 'makan angin' round the whole KL and never come to me.

I would STRONGLY SUGGEST TAOBAO DO NOT USE ABX EXPRESS.
