Penghantaran lambat dan staff kurang ajar dengan customer.
Your service and system worst .
1) Your staff didnt delivery the item but in tracking status they state "Received" . How can they state "received" without customer receive / logic reason?wheres your procedure?
2)ABX customer service giving wrong info, which is he said the parcel already delivery.How do you manage & record customer parcel? How your system track customer parcel?
3)Branch ABX express kuala terengganu can't reach by call and its difficult for customer asking for their parcel.
4)ABX express didnt update latest contact for customer doing any business & asking question! Upgrade your system!

Area Tuaran
Ada 2 jenis kiriman sampai pada tarikh 6hb . Satu kiriman diberi kepada Runner yang ada outlet dan satu lagi pada runner yang tiada outlet.
Runner yang ada outlet saya collect barang pada 6/11/21.
Runner yang tiada outlet pula masa mereka terhad dan tidak fleksibel. Beroperasi hanya 2 kali seminggu.
Jadi terima barang lambat pada 10/11/21 berbanding runner yang ada outlet.

Mengugut dan meninggalkan barang sesuka hati di kedai2 tepi jalan

I am complaining about the late delivery of my parcel
The status show that my parcel was out of deliver on 1 Nov 2021 but until today (7 nov 2021), Im still haven receive my parcel. On 5 Nov 2021, i have call the batu caves branch and the worker say she will arrange the driver to deliver on saturday (6 nov 2021) but i didnt receive also. Im feeling very disappointed with ur company services. i have the one parcel delivered from the same place and i received it on the next day. However, ur company takes 1 week time still unable to deliver. I hope ur company can solve this problem asap. Thank you

Parcel customer saya, tracking no [protected] beliau masih belum terima parcel tersebut.
Tetapi saya track di sistem mengatakan bahawa 'shipment delivered succesfully' pada tarikh 3/11 di Kajang.
Alamat customer saya di Putrajaya.
Mohon pencerahan dari pihak tuan/puan/cik.
Saya telah bertanya balik kali di emel tapi masih tiada lagi maklum balas.

Penghantaran tidak bertanggungjawab
Apakah praktis penghantaran barang ABX hanya meletak barang di depan pintu rumah pelanggan tanpa memaklumkan kepada pelanggan? Sudah beberapa kali hal ini berlaku. Barang hanya di letakan depan rumah semasa ketiadaan pelanggan ataupun semasa pelanggan ada didalam rumah. Tidak ada pun penghantar barangan menghubungi pelanggan, tiba-tiba status delivered. Malas dan tidak bertanggungjawab.
Desired outcome: Buat SOP baru utk penghantaran atau tutup sahaja perkhimatan ABX
I am complaining on the bad delivery service provided
I have a parcel which was never delivered to me and I never did receive even a single call on the parcel delivery. However the status shown that my parcel have been delivered. I have called to complain to the customer service but there is no help as they said it has been delivered. I believe they delivered to a random person without even verifying whether it is the actual recipient. My name was obviously stated on the parcel and it is obvious a female name but they have justified that a guy have signed for the parcel. I am truly disappointed with this kind of service being provided. I am traumatized by this event and will take a long time before I would ever trust a courier service again. A huge disappointment to be given this type of service and treatment.

On 1st Nov 21, delivery man lie that we're not at home which we're at home the whole day. Following the next day, delivery man put our package below our building's lobby which may be taken away by theft! He did not call/inform us to go down beforehand! Irresponsible and bad image for ABX!

Servis tidak memuaskan iaitu berlaku kecurian barang dalam bungkusan.
Dalam sistem Lazada, dengan nombor rujukan LZXLA0003409596 saya telah mendapat barang tersebut pada 01.11.2021 di ABX service point Pitas. Tetapi selepas saya membuka bungkusan tersebut, item di dalam sudah hilang. Saya mendapat kotak bungkusan dengan barang yang kosong di dalam. Keadaan bungkusan juga mencurigakan iaitu ada kesan bungkusan itu dibuka dan digam semula menggunakan pita selofan berwarna kuning. Saya harap pihak ABX dapat menyelesaikan isu saya ini dengan segera dengan jalan penyelesaian yang terbaik.

Parcel was confirm delivered by the Abx meanwhile the parcel was not received by me.
Since 29 October 2021, my parcel that supposed to be send by abx has arrived and accepted by myself but that was not what happen. Because the abx service confirm it was delivered to me, meanwhile i wait for it until 2 november 2021, it still has not arrived and i dont know where is it. Please consider this matter to be settle as soon as possible because that parcel was very important to me. I am from kuching. Thankyou.

Parcel didn't arrived at my house
First thing first, why does your agent does not called when delivering my parcels. That is so shady and tells on the shopee app that my parcel has been delivered but did not arrived at all at my house! If that agent really that [censored]ing desperate to stole someone stuff and then where is your integrity while doing work. Man I don't want to blame the management but you guys need to recheck your agents and don't hire if they do their jobs half [censored]. My house is not that even diffucult to find and your agent can called me like other couriers would. [censored]ing stupid and tell on the app has been delivered but when? Is the [censored]ing question...

Aduan di buat di talian ke ABX kota Kinabalu dan gambar di hantar melalui email anak saya sebagai bukti ABX telah menghantar barang ke alamat saya. Gambar yang di hantar oleh ABX Kota Kinabalu bukan saya, ahli keluarga dan rumah / kediaman saya. Ia nya ada gambar pejabat dan tiada kaitan dengan saya atau keluarga saya.
