I don't receive my parcel but when I track, it show me that I had received the parcel.
I am very angry with the dishonest of your company yet I need wait long time to get my parcel. For 1 week I wait for the parcel and when I track, it shown me the parcel already received. This is very ridiculous and should not be happen. I try to call to the head office, but I can't reach at all. I hope my my parcel won't be "stole" by someone else and send the parcel as soon as possible.
slow courier and lie to customer
Stupid and slow courier, not recommended and do not use this courier. Says that 2-3 days and the parcel will arrived but still not arrived untill now. Image just kl to rawang selangor.
Custermor service also so bad just know how to inform other branch to post out parcel but not force and looks how them work. Even also hold off my phone call when I am still not finish talking.
My parcel is posted on 20/9 (what image attached) but still now stil not arrived. Crazy and stupid. Call from morning but still says will inform rider and so on. The shipping reference above meant for our items from China bought from Shopee Malaysia. On 16th reached ABX Batu Pahat. Then no intimation as to deliver or to be collected. By 24th September the items returned back to Subang. Called up Subang via customer service no attached and spoken to Shelly. 2, 3 attempts they confirmed that already informed Chinese lady ( accounts ) about the items.
Yesterday again we called and walked in at BP branch, they said have to call Subang.
Back and forth. Still not sure where the items whereabouts.

no delivery
My item still not delivered to my home.. Checked on 15/09/2019 (public holiday)- item arrival at abx on 13/09/2019.. I was positively think it was in public holiday... But until today (22/9/2019), the item still not delivery to home.. Curently in confinement time, so I cannot to get item at center.. The item is really precious for me n babies... I hope this issue will resolved as soon as possible..

Pada 20 Sept 2019 saya track parcel saya dan dinyatakan "out on courier delivery" jadi saya tunggu tapi hingga ke harini (21 Sept 2019) parcel saya masih tak sampai sedangkan pada hari isnin (23 Sept 2019) saya dah mula kerja dan tiada di alamat tersebut. saya bagi alamat tu sebab saya cuti lama dan supposedly parcel saya patut sampai semalam tambahan lagi sudah "out on courier delivery". saya sudah hubungi customer service ABX dan ABX Tapah sudah hubungi saya dan mengatakan courier tak faham alamat saya jadi pihak sana minta direction dan paling awal pun parcel saya akan dihantar isnin, atas sebab courier sudah keluar, sedangkan isnin saya sudah mula kerja. apabila saya minta tukar alamat ke tempat kerja saya, saya dikenakan cas tambahan. saya agak kecewa sebab saya boleh faham kalau tak faham alamat tapi saya langsung tak dihubungi berkenaan alamat saya dan sekarang saya pula jadi susah disebabkan kemalasan courier untuk hubungi saya. saya nyatakan hal ini pada pihak ABX Tapah dan pihak sana mengatakan parcel saya di hold sebab alamat saya tak lengkap dan courier dah cuba hubungi saya tapi tak dapat. untuk pengetahuan, alamat tersebut lengkap dan saya gunakan setiap kali buat pembelian online dan semua parcel akan sampai pada alamat yang sama jadi kalau tak faham, sepatutnya call saya sebab saya ada sertakan nombor telefon sekali. dan berkenaan sudah cuba call, saya bukan tinggal dalam hutan sampai saya tak boleh dihubungi langsung ya. dari semalam phone saya tak pernah sekalipun off dan kalau tak dapat call saya pun, saya ada dapat misscall atau sms yang menyatakan ada misscall dari courier tapi tak ada satu pun misscall yang saya dapat jadi kenapa perlu cipta alasan? tak berjaya hantar semalam, tak call saya dan harini keluar tak bawa sekali parcel saya sebab langsung taknak cuba usaha pastikan parcel tu akan sampai pada saya? sekarang saya pula susah dan dikenakan cas tambahan disebabkan pihak ABX Tapah? melampau.

The parcel reached msia on 6/9/2019 based on the tracking with shipping agent easipass,
From 9/9/2019 until today still no any update. on 14/9/2019 the abx staff call me they didn't found my parcel, I keep call and email to follow up parcel everyday. but unfortynately no update at all.
Keep called the cs, they're very rude and impatient, their answer always is "your parcel not yet reach our facility still at custom or etc, many many perfunctory answer. cs, I also know the parcel not yet reach the facility, this answer I can tracking online, for what I want to waste my time to call cs to know the latest update or can assist contact with their warehouse team colleagues to solve customer problem.
One funny part is they inform my shipper agent said the parcel found, after few hours inform again said parcel didn't found, that is very ridiculous.
Abx update the parcel status 17/9/19"short landed", until today 20/9 the status still no any update. I urgent need the stuff for my holiday purpose.

Kenapa macam ni ? Servis apa macam ni . Brg tu dh lama sangat . Bukan saya tak paham sistem penghantaran . Selalu pun onlineshop je . I don't understand what's reason to keep people's things in your Subang warehouse for so long. Shipper said your guy picked up on 10th September. From online tracking, parcel still in Subang "LOGSHEET". I've visited & called your ABX Kuching Office, reason they gave me was Malaysia a lot holiday season! What d heck of reasons were that! My parcel was not delivered to me but suddenly update that it was received by co-stamp. Tried to contact your customer service via email and you only reply me 2 weeks later by sharing the POD without offering any assistance. There's only an unknown IC number stated on the POD without any signature or name. How the hell can I identify the recipient? and not even a single apologies. Your service totally sucks!

The consignment was picked up in KUL (Solaris KL) a week ago and not arrive in BTU (Bintulu) as of today.
We have critical timelines to meet (installation on 19/9) and the ABX staff feedback on consignment status is lacklustre nonchalant.
I would expect the organization be responsive towards customers inquiries.

This is not first time they do this on me,
This situation lasted for a few years~and they never think to improve
Parcel reach in Miri, they left it in the ABX office for over 7 days without deliver it. Most of the time i have to pick my parcel if want to be fast, i got parcels to received every week, means that almost everyday i have to take my time go to abx office to collect the parcels.
Sometimes the staff suggested us if u wanna be fast come Abx office to collect your parcel. In this situation i'm don't understand that we paid the postage fee for what. We have paid the postage fee but we doing the delivery man job?The funniest thing after i'm collect the parcels, the status show parcel "delivered"? Do they really deliver?or consumers have done their "deliver" job?
Besides, the worsted thing, they took me over 30 mins sometimes over 1 hour to find out where is my thing? imagine that if i'm not the only customer come to their office collect parcel how long it will be take for loading?If i have choice, i will rather than choose other courier company than ABX, please improve it.
abx drops center in bintangor lost my parcels. items not received but status updated to delivered
I lost 3 parcels which are supposed to be delivered in september 2019.
I waited whole day at home for the parcels, the deliveryman didn't even make phone calls.
Then suddenly after 1 or 2 days, the status of order is changed to "delivered".
My visit to abx bintangor dropcenter is apalling. Packages are cluttered around like dumpsite. The person in charge ask all the customers to find their own parcels. We even have to find and sign our own consignment notes. I am not surprised if some of them took others' parcel since it's 100% self service without surveillance.
I searched for approximately 1 hour, still haven't find my packages.
Please improve your service. I want my things back.
We could not get any refund since abx reported that the items are delivered.
Return undelivered parcels, do not lie like this.
route scan for 7 days
In the record, the parcel arrived at facility on 10 September and I didn't get it till now (17 September). It takes 7 days to route scan ? I call to the branch at Kuching but it was failed. So I decided to call to the branch at Sabah. Then she gave me a number and asked me to contact him or her by myself. And I asked when can I get my parcel, she didn't give me a proper answer just said by today or either tomorrow? The customer service is well but the shipping speed was suck :)
shipment hold for a long time
The tracking status mentioned that my parcel out for delivery on 8/9 but I did not receive any parcel on that day . At night when i check the tracking status it mentioned that shipment hold - delay because of 'tak sempat' reason. But the problem is until today, 15/9 I still did not get my parcel. When I called the custumer service they said that they ask their team to do the necessary and expedite the delivery.
Until now i'm still waiting for the parcel. I paid for the fee okay. What a service !

Hello ABX, where is my parcel# SHX70082853BMY? I have waited the whole day at home but received no calls & no parcel. Guess what? I was shocked that Shopee notified me that my parcel was delivered at 6:09pm. So, ABX, please show me the POD that has my full name, IC number and signature that prove that the parcel has been delivered to the right person. Please take action immediately or else, I will bring this to the next level.

I though it already delivered to my address. At that time i am not at home. I thought only me facing this problem. There is no notice to pick up and else. Its stated that it delivered to consignee 7 SEPTEMBER 2019 at 11.44 a.m. but none of my family receive it until today 11 SEPTEMBER 2019. I dont mind if you at least leave short notice for me to pick up it at your courier centre. Please fix it.

I haven't received my parcel until now, and it's not even peak season! What is ABX problem? What is the company management problem? Please solve the main core problem! My parcel reached at my local place at 30 August 2019. Today is 7 September already! What, why? Takes so long! 7 days? Still haven't received! I can relate if China ships to Malaysia takes 7 days. BUT WHY it is needs to takes 7 days or longer I still not received my parcel at LOCAL area huh? I want a compensation for LATE DELIVERY my parcel!

I already buy glove from china, already arrive at ABX Sibu, i been tell by them, that they cant hold my item about 15days, so i start to count day.. The day i want to collect my item is day 9.. But they told me that they already sent my item to SABAH KK already.. What the F! Then i contact ABX sabah KK, so they will info me to return my item to ABX sibu if the seeing my item .. So i wait patiently.. TILL NOW i got no INFO.. What The F! Its not about how much the item is it.. But Your Quality of work i see NONE!
