shortlanded for more than a month
So I've bought some stuff from taobao. It is stated that my parcel has already arrived at SBZ, Malaysia and had been collected by ABX but that is not the case in their website. It only says that my parcel is "SHORTLANDED" in their website. I've contacted them several times and they only said "please contact your shipping agent, we have never received your parcel". And of course I've contacted my agent, my agent tried to contact them to ask about this issue but never seem to reply. So I've asked my shipping agent to check whether if they left my parcel accidentally in China but that is not the case. Today, I received an email from taobao stating that my package was not found in China and is confirmed to be missing. I'm at loss of words now as I've paid so much for my stuff and the shipping fees and now I can't even get half of my money back.
It makes me wonder how does this [censored]show of a company can still manage to run their business.

According to tracking, why the delivery being is out but then on hold on 24 Aug 2019? And why the comment says wait 15 minutes?
On 24 Aug 2019, who day I am at home awaiting the item, but thee is no one is deliver to my door step. It seems that your delivery man is good in lies and not deliver item on time. And until today, already 4 days passed, still not receiving my item.
The item is from Shopee, and it should be delivered on time which latest date is 30 Aug 2019. Else, Shopee will automatic cancel the order nad you have to ship it back to the seller, if anything happened due to your late delivery and holding the item without reason and taking more then 5 days and not delivered it.
Please delivered immediately. Thanks.
Insanely slow service
So slow. Are you guys using bicycles to deliver parcels? My package arrived in the Subang hub a week ago and still not delivered. Please do Malaysians a favor by changing to other business our online merchants would not get smacked because using your service. Seems like even after years in the industry, you still cannot figure out how to deliver parcels.

Whats wrong with abx service? My parcel already arrive at abx 3 weeks ago yet im still didnt recieve my parcel! I have call abx office but they dont answer my call! Also theres no information from abx regarding this problem! Please do something before friday (30/8). Abx service very bad! Im never facing this when im dealing with other courier.

I ordered an earphone from remax china, the company had delivered the item so fast. It arrived and been forwarded to abx delivery facility on 4th august. Today is 24th july and i still dont get my item yet. The courier had called me before when he arrived at my office unfortunately i was at home at that time. I told him to just drop the item at my office. He said okay. The next day, i came for my item and it was not there! How long should i wait. I ve contacted they via email but there are no action been taken.

No shipment update since 16 Aug 2019! Shopee told me I suppose to receive it on 22 Aug 2019. But somehow the parcel has arrived in Malaysia on 08 Aug 2019 and it has been lapsed of 2 weeks time until today 22 Aug 2019 (should be last day), I still didn't receive my parcel. As per above shipment history, the parcel was stucked at ABX Cheras since 16 Aug 2019 for NSP. I have called to ABX many times from early morning until now, no one pick up the phone and it wrote busy.
Please expedite and deliver my parcel as soon as possible. Thank you

12号已经到马来西亚,14号系统显示已经出货,我在家等了一天都没来,最生气是根本没来还冤枉我说我没有在家,在我家等了超过15分钟。隔天打电话去问,店员语气也不好,态度非常差!15号时跟我说已经出货,在家等了一天还是没来!今天已经23号了,还是一样!每天这样等我不需要工作吗?打电话跟他说我自己去拿,一直拖我,拖到电话也自己给关了!这是什么服务态度啊!这次过后我不会再用shopee,每次都安排我的货物给abx!最好倒闭,不要出来吓人!

My parcels already arrived in malaysia on 16th august but until now it does not deliver to me. Why you hold my parcels for long time ? Just deliver it to your customer. It is urgent parcels for me ! Please deliver it before 23 August or I will take another action. I don't know what's the problem is, but maybe you have too many parcel to be deliver but why other couriers can deliver it within 2 days working after it arrived in malaysia but your courier can't afford to that ?! If you really care about your customers, then you should start improve your service ok.

Im ordering few item from shopee...one of the parcel should be received by me approximately on 16 August...i have made a call to abx hotline and they told the parcel was at abx facility since [protected]@ 8august 2019...i have made more than 30 calls to abx express klang but no one pick up...
Why anyone pick up the calls...is there no staffs working at the facility...
I called more than 50 times to ABX Kajang only they answer 1 time... poor service.

worst courier service ever
I placed an order from shopee on 04/08/2019 and the goods arrived from China to ABX USJ on 10/08/2019 but i did not see any delivery updates since then. I called ABX on 15/08/2019 to report the delay and was told that the delivery will be made in another two days but until now, 21/08/2019 i have yet to receive my parcel. No one is responding to my call either. And i did pay the shipping fees.

Dari awal tolak. Jadi, sbgai syarikat penghantaran kenalah laksanakan tanggungjawab itu sekalipun terpaksa hantar di pedalaman ke, jauh ke. Langsung tak ada intergriti dlm melaksanakan kerja. Pihak atasan tolonglah pantau pekerja2 yg ada di branch.

SHX96745222BMY - Called ABX at least 3 times but the parcel status still the same with them since 6 August 2019. Asked to return call or when to deliver my parcel they can't response at all. Parcel from China to M'sia took less than a week but with ABX is already 2 weeks. Can't imagine how this could be happening. ABX, please don't test my patience & your service really SUCKS.

slow service, customer service make empty promise
My parcel is picked up by ABX at 10 August 2019.
As I'm going to go outstation at 17 August 2019. So i make a call to Customer Service to ask for the actual date delivery.
First attempt #1 (13 August 2019)
The Customer service pickup quick quickly as it is early in the morning (9am), I asked the delivery process and they promised me help me put a note in the system to hold my parcel at Kajang hub. They assure me the parcel will reach Kajang in 3 days.
Second attempt #2 (15 August)
It took me 30min to call into the customer service. I asked where is my parcel and they told me the parcel still in transit at Cheras. I asked can i pick up from there and they said no. (Fine.) So again i asked when it will reach Kajang? They assure next day and i will receive a call once it reached. I continue asked did the previous customer service put a remark on my order to hold the parcel at kajang as I want to pick up from there. Surprisingly, she said there is nothing in the system. (What the F***) So, she said she would help me to put another note there.
Third attempt #3 (16 August)
For the whole morning, did not received any call. So, i called again. It took me around 20min to get through the customer service. I asked and they said the parcel still in Cheras. (No surprise, empty promise again) So, i asked when can i get it? Again, no surprise she said tomorrow or I may go Cheras to pick up today.
If you need an urgent and fast delivery please stay away from ABX. Lesson learnt.
very poor courier service
Its been 10 DAYS since my parcel arrived at ABX Subang. The only update is "Route Scan".ABX need 5 days for ROUTE SCAN?.Then I called the customer service.They said they are short in rider, dont hv anybody can send the parcel to me.That's is not my problem la.They keep promise to send in the next day but HABUK pun tak da. So disappointed with the service. Over 34 years konon. Small parcel also take 10 days to Route Scan.

I've called to ABX hq and subang hub few times but still no follow up. i've been calling since past 5 days, few times a day but no answer been given. they keep saying that my parcel cannot be found and they have a lot of loading parcel. is that mean my parcel was not important to look for? it has been 9 days! since 31/7/2019 . i bought things from shopee for business purpose. now my customer ask me to refund their money and claiming that im cheating customer! is it fair for me? when im refer shopee they ask me to contact ABX. both parties kick me like a ball. who gonna bared the lost? i want ABX to pay back my loss! the parcel cost me rm129. ya that small amount of money. but for me it still huge amount that i need to pay for nothing. REFUND BACK MY RM129 ASAP !
impatience of the driver
I was on the way to work this morning (9 Aug 2019), the driver of the Van (Car plate VX 1484) was seem like very rushing to the destination. He/She was trying to cut queue among the lane and keep very near at behind of my car. I was wondering how if there is emergency in front ? Who should and who will bear the responsibility ? Please educate your driver to be patience on the road.

On 6/8/19 item out for delivery but delivery hold due to the reason consignee did not answer the phone.Please lah.i did not receive any call from Abx yesterday.Tomorrow no delivery attempted.I called Abx express many times today but no answer.Really annoying!Until when i should waiting for?I need my item as soon as possible.I hate the situation.

Saya dah pos barang lebih kurang seminggu tapi barang tak sampai-sampai ke alamat penerima. Servis sangat slow sedangkan charge mahal. Kalu nak charge mahal-mahal pastikan servis memuaskan hati pelanggan. Bila call costumer servis.. Dapat staff yang macam nak mengelak dari di soal. Saya costumer berhak tahu apa status barang yang saya hantar. Tapi staff seolah-olah malas nak menjawab soalan yang di ajukan. Tolong letak staff yang mesra pelanggan.
