Item that didn't receive after 3 day.. That item will be returned.. That drop point working hours is from 9.30 am to 4 pm only.. Saturday 9.30 am to 3pm only.. Meanwhile sunday or public holidays closed.. Need to make a longger working hours until 5pm is required.. Abx drop point in kinabatangan is not near for your information..

(22/12/2021) Today I call [protected] customer service staff to ask about two packages Tracking Number: CNEMA000301312 & MY214613711915D.
But I need to receive the package on Christmas Eve.
Your customer service staff just hang up my call without solving the problem
So what should I do now? I need those two packages urgently.
What else can I do? Calling for help but not working, so I can only ask for help by email. Hope not to let me down.

I still haven't received my parcel. It has been out for delivery for 2 days. It has reached here, Sandakan, on 18/12 and it's already 20/12 but I still haven't received it. I have been waiting for weeks for the item. Please work on it, I need the item as soon as possible.

Pada 11.12.2021 saya check dari sistem parcel saya sudah mula buat penghantaran keluar, tapi saya tidak menerima benda yang saya order sehingga 13.12.2021 . Pada 14.12.2021 saya check pada sistem dia telah mengeluarkan notis bahawa barang saya tidak dapat dihantar, tetapi ada orang yang incharge parcel saya mesej pada pukul 6.13 petang untuk dapatkan 4 angka ic saya untuk buat penghantaran pada 15.12.2021 . Saya menghunbungi service sebanyak tiga kali untuk tahu barang saya bila boleh dapat tetapi tiada respon sehinghga hari ini .

Delivery of product from Lazada
I ordered Ivy Tress Shampoo from Lazada on 29th November 2021. Today, I checked, it stated that the product has delivered while here I haven't received yet. I lodged a complaint in Lazada and called ABX customer service. But, nobody picked the call up. Then, I rode to the nearby ABX centre and asked for the clarity regarding my parcel. The person in charge told that the parcel has delivered and she gave me the delivery person's contact number. I called him and he answered me rudely. From his speaking, I understood that he delivered it to the next street. Luckily, that was my nephew's house. I got to receive it ny myself. That was a near luck. But, just imagine. What if I order an expensive product, it has been delivered to elsewhere and I were here still waiting for it? The delivery person came again and asked me whether I got my parcel or not. He was extre! ely rude. He is Zul ([protected]). I request you to take action against him and teach him about work ethics. Thanks in advance.

Abx express is shipping my parcel to wrong address which is kunak (knk) even though my address is semporna.
I am very disappointed for their bad services...!

Parcel Self Pick-up
I live in a village at Pusa, Betong, Sarawak, Malaysia. In my village, Kampung Tambak, there's an agent. There's also the ABX centre in Pusa and 2 more ABX agents in another village, Kampung Pusa. Two weeks ago, I received an email stating that my parcel has been delivered. So, I go to the agent in my village to pick up my parcel but it was not there. When I went to the other 3 ABX centres, my parcel was not there. I've gone to all these centres for these past 2 weeks but my parcels were nowhere to found. Then, ABX posted my parcels online in Facebook 2 days ago, stating that the owner should pick up the parcels in Kampung Pusa. But when I go there, the ABX agents couldn't find my parcels.
Desired outcome: Find my parcels or pay back the things that I've bought. Don't make too many ABX centres because it's hard for people to find their parcels. Email the owners also about their parcels besides sending a message through WhatsApp.
ABX refuse to send parcel to customer's compound
ABX in Kota Marudu, Sabah, Malaysia always failed to deliver parcel to my house. They do send whatsapp to instruct me to self collect the parcel but when I ask why they didnt send it to my compound, they didnt reply.
So frustrating that I dont feel like using this courier anymore but my shopping platform didnt let me choose it.
Please do something. Please improve. We are the villagers do have right as well as the town people. Dont discriminate us.

Parcel status delivered but I didn't received the parcel.
I want to complaint the ABX Express Kota Kinabalu service regarding about this matter!
I tracked my parcel and it has been delivered in Kota Kinabalu and not in Kota Belud as per address on the parcel. I called the HQ regarding this matter and it was confirmed someone received it since they have the proof. I called ABX Express Kota Belud branch since they responsible in distributing the parcel by sending messages to the recipient to claim their parcel and they did not received the parcel as per the tracking number! Turns out KB branch found out it must has been sent to wrong address. Seriously, did you guys did not read the address first thing first?! Don't you guys give us a call/message/whatsapp to notify that the parcel will be send?! I've track my parcel regularly with different sites and abx tracking sites, both status are delivered, unfortunately, I did not receive as it claimed! It's take those parcel back with no tear defect return to the exact address or I demand a refund!

I order on shoppe and the item from china . then when the item came to Malaysia, they pass it to Abx but then the order already arrived at office M Kota Kinabalu . then the parcel they return to hq without any explanation/call/massages which they should give to me .if they can't sent it to the address, they can call me . I will collect by myself at the office but they didn't . I am really disappointed

Bad Delivery Service
Hello ABX Express Malaysia, I am representative from Koperasi UiTM Pahang Berhad, handling parcel for students UiTM Pahang Kampus Jengka. For your information, we only receive and handling parcels posted to UiTM Jengka students with address at Koperasi UiTM Pahang Berhad.
However, recently your postman has delivered wrong parcels to our premises almost everyday, so the costumers has make complaint at our premises because takes their parcel without consent. We already inform the postman to make sure to deliver to right address, not to our premise, but they keep doing this and make problems for us.
Desired outcome: Please make sure your postman delivered the parcel to stated address, or else we would never receive and handling any parcels from ABX in near future
