Agency ABX register Facebook Abx bekenu sibuti tapi maklumat dalam facebook banyak mengviral/gosip tentang pelanggan ABX. Agency tersebut juga tidak berlaku adil. Sebagai contoh apabila penghantaran di Majlis Daerah Subis sedangkan alamat yang didaftarkan berdekatan/berhadapan Pejabat tersebut agency tersebut tidak menghantar barang pelanggan dan memaksa untuk pelanggan ambil di rumahnya di dalam kampung. Serta beliau juga tidak berkelakuan baik apabila pelanggan mengambil barangan dan memviralkan/komen buruk/aibkan pelanggan yang datang. Layak ka agency tersebut menjadi agency ABX di sarawak? Saya sarankan supaya lebih baik beri peluang kepada orang lain yang layak dan mampu melaksanakan tanggungjawab tersebut. Di sini saya sertakan beberapa posting agency tersebut untuk rujukan ABX. Sila ambil serious berkenaan masalah yang di alami oleh orang kampung bekenu dan sekitarnya. Bekerjalah atas dasar minat dan ikhlas bukan duit dan nama semata mata. Sekian terima kasih

My parcel has not been delivered.
On March 6th,the driver called to tell me that he was going to deliver my parcel.
First,he went to the wrong house but then I told him where my house was accurately. He understood and said he would deliver it.I waited for an hour outside my home,no parcel arrived.I called him 2 times after and he didn't pick up.Then i waited for another hour,still no parcel Pretty sure he left it at the wrong address.He didnt even bother to text or call me where he left it.
Desired outcome: I want my parcel/a refund on my purchase.
Delayed in delivery
I have a parcel from china and it took longer than usual time to reach me.the parcel had reached malaysia on 24th feb and required to pay tax. The staff in charged was so irresponsible, he spoke English to my mother who is the recipient and never bother if his message was conveyed correctly. When i was trying to call back, no one answer my call. I finally managed to reach them on 27 feb and settle the tax payment. The staff promised to deliver on 28 feb. On 28 feb, the staff message me that the delivery cancelled due to driver absent. On 1st march, the staff informed me that my parcel will be delivered but it failed due to some non sense reason. I request an apologize and explanation from you

Sepatutnya barang hantar dekat( 3rd Floor , Lot 3220, Sebelah San Wei Xian Cafe, Jalan Green ( opposite Wisma Saberkas)Rock Commercial Centre, Kuching, 93150, Sarawak) . Bukan tinggal dekat kedai orang lain. Saya tiada berada di tempat tinggal & tidak jawab call sebab saya sedang bekerja. Sebelum ni mereka letak dekat luar pagar sahaja walaupun tidak ada di rumah. Tidak pernah courier sebelum ini tinggalkan parcel di tempat kedai orang lain memandangkan ini berkaitan dengan privasi saya nama & nombor teleforn saya berada di atas parcel tersebut.

I pay for delivery fee. But I need to collect my parcel in the shop with the queue. I live in the housing area but why this courier in my place cannot deliver the parcel to housing place? Irresponsible of deliver man
This deliver man simply put my parcel on outside pillar of the house. This fellow didn’t call me and inform also. Other couriers will coll and make sure whether im at home or not. If im not around they will put inside. I don’t understand why this courier service so bad and irresponsibil! How if my parcel steals? Itz not so cheap.

Parcel shopee item
Due to ther bad service of rider or courier I was unable to contact ABX kuching about my parcel delivery using ABX courier or rider for shoppe it to worst. Even the status of shoppe was out of delivery but the parcel was not delivered on that time. If the parcel cannot pass by customer on that time should rider call the buyer or customer. Not put the status for item was done delivered but the item was missing and the next day the was given. Its really bad. Not like others courier. If the item was out of delivery should be on that time was delivered to the customer. I against ABX for using Shoppe very bad.. Not for this time.. Many time. Thanks.
Poor delivery service
Pads 12/12/2022 saya telah memesan barang daripada shoppe dengan number tracking number MY222925538670E. Mengikut perkembangan daripada shoppe. Sepatutnya barang saya telah out of delivery pada 21/12/2022. Tetapi sampai sekarang 30/12/2022 barang tersebut tidak dihantar kepada saya. Tiada apa-apa panggilan daripada abx express untuk memberitahu perkembangan barang saya tersebut. Saya terpaksa datang untuk mengambil barangan tersebut.

it's been 3 days that the parcel's status updated "parcel is out for delivery" and when i checked my shopee at 1230pm 23 dec 2022, the parcel's status has been updated to "parcel has been delivered" at 1136lt 22 dec 2022. and now, there is no phone call or any message from ABX that my parcel has been delivered to my house.
so, my husband contacted one of ABX staff and they have the guts to tell us that they already put it inside one of the mailbox that was not even mine. and now, out of sudden, one of the staff tell us that he got my parcel and he will deliver to my house after he wrongly delivered to stranger's mailbox? after 24hours he wrongly delivered my parcel, and now 24 dec 2022, i haven't got my parcel yet and he gave us so many excuses. TELL ME, WHEN WILL I GET MY PARCEL? YOU LOST IT.

Irresponsible and negligence
parcel saya MY229599924019W out for delivery pada 21 Disember 2022 pukul 06:11 AM, sehingga 22 Disember 2022 pukul 22:21 PM dan tracking menunjukkan 22 Disember 2022 pukul 23:24 PM item delivered. tengah2 malam siapa yg hantar barang? dan sentiasa ada orang dirumah jika ada ketukan pintu dari luar rumah. masalah sudah inform dengan ABX KK centre, jalan Gaya. tapi rupanya yg incharge pun dibodohkan oleh rider/runner kononnya gambar yang diorang update adalah bukti menghantar barang customer dirumah customer tapi setelah diteliti dengan jelas, gambar parcel bukanlah details saya dan tracking number tidak sama. Rider/runner telah mencuri barang saya. nampak kecuaian dan tidak bertanggungjawab daripada pihak ABX.
Late delivery
My item with tracking number of LZMPA00795820. Item is posted on 13/12/2022 from the same state where i lived but it is brought to the sortation center in another state where it extend the delivery time. It has been 1 week today 21/12/2022 and my item is still not arrived and I urgently need my parcel. Contacted the team twice. First through facebook and second through customer careline but item still did not receive.

1. delivery person refused to send parcel to apartment unit and ask the receiver to come down to received parcel, though there is no restriction on the apartment and I told that person I was at work and no one available to come down to received, that person was insisted that I need to come down and took the parcel or it will be send back to centre. what a rude deliverer.
2. one off my parcel was delivered by ABX delivery person and the parcel was ripped open, and the delivery man was on rush leaving when he know there will be someone receiving at my home. the one receiving the parcel was texting me and tell me the whole thing and the person don't eve bother to apologize why the parcel is ripped.
3.parcel was late, arrive at center 6 day then sorted out for delivery.
Late of delivery
I'm waiting since yesterday, it's already out for delivery but it didn't deliver to me because of the operational factor: last mile. Today, i'm still waiting for my parcel until evening 5pm, but still didn't receive my parcel. Why the abx express runner is too slow? Please fix your delivery service.

Hello, i just want to know if my Parcel already delivered or not. Because i did check on my shopee wht items i will received today. 3 items will deliver today, but i only received 2 item. and when i check on shopee, its state that 3 parcel already delivered but i only received 2 parcel! so, how?

Parcel status completed but didn't receive
The delivery guy called me around 3pm+ if he can send my parcel (CNMYA002664421) , I said he can put on the parcel shelves so he said okay. But I only received a message from him at 7. 30pm that my shipment is completed (noted that I didn't receive any calls and texts from him). But when I went to the shelves where all parcels being delivered, I couldn't find mine. The guy did not response to my call and my text.
