Status "delivery successful" but i have not receive the parcel yet
the status of my parcel is "delivery successful" on 18 May 2022 at ABX Kuching. But untill today 23 May 2022 i have not receive my parcel yet and already call abx customer service but the line is always busy. My address is at Serian. This is my tracking no KECL600260398.
Desired outcome: Please ask your staff to double check my parcel
Totally not responsible
Parcel just keep routing non stop and never reach me. Keep complaint and just continuously giving promise next day delivery. The next day just turn into next week. No sense of urgency why people use EXPRESS delivery.

Wrong place sending the parcel
Saya dapat noti dekat shopee yang barang sudah delivered tapi saya tak dapat pon barang tu dan saya dapati barang tersebut diletakkan di rumah jiran saya. Langsung tak telefon atau panggil penghuni untuk buat confirmation parcel tersebut. Sikap lalai ya. Tolong ambil perkara ini dengan serius. Dan alasan barang banyak kena hantar tak boleh pakai sebab courier lain yang hantar parcels saya sebelum-sebelum ini boleh sahaja telefon saya untuk confirmkan lokasi rumah walaupun dah hantar lokasi. Kawasan kampung ya tolong faham. Kawasan taman pun banyak sahaja salah hantar rumah, inikan rumah kampung. Tolong ikhlas buat kerja tu.

I received the product (eyeshadow palette) on 18th May 2022 which was damaged - few of the colours are smashed and there are scratches on some. I’m completely disappointed on the quality of the delivery.
Desired outcome: I expected to receive the product in a good condition without any damages.
Delivery services
Customer services is asking us to provides a full address on a call at 8.00am morning. After we have provides with address in waze app and share the location link to them is not acceptable. Therefore, we have written down a full address to them is also not acceptable by them and inform us that to collect parcel ourself and threaten us if not collect by 3 days the will return back to the seller with the not polite wording.
This is our right to receiving the parcel from you NOT US GO TO YOUR OFFICE COLLECT BY OURSELF. This is very ridiculous.

NO Rider Come Over to pick up the parcel
I have been waiting for a week for the rider to come over to pick up the parcel. The customer service is aware of my booking/request, BUT NO RIDER COME OVER. This is really frustrating because I will be away for quite some time so I need to settle this return parcel by this week. I did mention this throughout all the conversation and the customer service acknowledge of this, they said tomorrow and another tomorrow... BUT STILL NO ONE COME OVER. If you CANNOT deliver the service just be honest BUT NOT KEEP YOUR CUSTOMER WAITING FOR NOTHING!
Breakout and missing value
I send 4 boxes on 8/11/21 and my sister haven’t received any box until 20/11/21. So I asked her to find what happened and UPS has received the 4 boxes saying it was break out and missing value. I paid a lot money for shipp fees come on at least delivered 3 boxes or shouldn’t they return to the sender address. Be responsible ABX do not just say our job finished when it arrived to US airport. 😭

I have'nt receive my parcel but it said already delivered.
Has arrived at ABX statin on 15 March 2022
The parcel should delivery on 20 March 2022, but they delivered on 22 March 2022 at 15.54 pm o'clock. But I don't receive it and found the parcel. I Just try to find the parcel at anywhere but not found it. I wait for another days If the parcel delivery out to me. But, until now not found and receive it. I Just chat with the seller, and they advice me to contact to abx Company.

About the delivery!!
My product has been arrive at my city about few days ago...but what make me feel really dissappoint and mad is my parcel is already out for delivery since 17/2/2022..but today is 19/2/2022 so I'm asking where is my parcel?if u say that the delivery man is not delivering my parcel at my place... I saw an abx delivery man every single day at my place and near my house...my parcel is not a big things so there's no any reason that you say my parcel is big... please! I already pay the delivery fee and please send the parcel to my house! I don't want to see any message that say I need to go to abx to take my parcel!

I came to collect my parcel at abx debak. Sarawak malayasia. They scold and mocking me because of they fault. I just want my parcel only. They seems did do nothing instead mocking at me. I was very dispointed and no more trusting in abx anymore. This kind of attitude was not nessecary at all. I am lose my money. Noboday seems take rensposible of it.
