shipment delivered tapi tak sampai kat tangan sendiri
Hari ni almost 1 whole day tunggu delivery. Out for delivery pukul 4:30 petang, tunggu punya tunggu tak sampai². Tiba² check sistem abx cakap "Shipment Delivered", padahal takda pulak yang datang hantar depan rumah. Lepastu delivery pukul 10 malam dah kenapa? Delivered kat sapa pulak? Kita beli guna duit tau bukan cabut bulu nak beli barang tu. Kenapa abx teruk sangat servis ni? Dari dulu sampai sekarang abx je bermasalah. Apa lah nasib beli barang overseas tapi shop guna abx express untuk penghantaran barang. Tgok nama abx pun dah tepuk dahi. Memang dah jangka benda ni akn berlaku memandangkan banyak complain dari customer lain. Takda guna buat survey complain ni kalau tak ambil endah pun pasal customer service. Mana pergi customer rights eh? Nak kena report polis barang dikira hilang baru nak bertindak ke macam mana? Sila ambil tindakan. Paling takboleh brain bila buat penghantaran guna runner je.

I haven't receive my item. But I use the shipment number check in the website, there write "shipment delivered". I wait for a day and didn't see the abx express's car come. There is about RM210 of the item and now disappear or send to the wrong person. Please improve the service. This case is very serious and this cause us will not believe in your company. Meanwhile, please provide the solution for me as soon as possible!

Courier refused send my parcel to delivery address.
When I call office / services center to check and to ask what should I do to get my parcel, the person who's answer the call talk to me like I'm not their customer.
I tell her, I'm asking nicely and what should I do but why she talking like I'm troubled her.
The first person answer call talking & laughing with I don't know who, while answering my call.
I'm thankful to ABX to give us courier service, but I disappointed with operator / idk what her position who's answer the call. Hope ABX can improve customer service skill for better quality. Thanks you.

My item did not delivery to me even the system shown it is out for delivery. The status updated as Out for Delivery everyday since 11 Dec 2019, but always ended up with the status: The item cannot deliver due to the person not in. The fact is I'm at that address everyday! I called to the customer service almost everyday and arrange the delivery appointment with them, the customer service over promise that they will inform the rider and will let me get the item on time, but at the end i still have yet receive anything from ABX! I really curious have the customer service do their job? Maybe they not care at all!
I feel don't want to buy anything from Taobao again if they continue to use ABX Express as their shipment courier. Even I talked to the customer service at Taobao, revert them my opinion and complaint to ABX, but seems nothing being changed. I really disappointed.

Their line is always busy, can't even contact them getting a reply. In fact I have contact them for few times different timeline, yet nobody pick up the phone. Besides, their customer service sucks too. Never expect to get email reply from them and their logistics status is always stuck at the same period, will never update. Shipment out for delivery is a total lie.

I stayed at Kota Kinabalu, Malaysia. ABX OK had provided the end world services. Always same problems. With intention to stealing my parcel.
Why are ABX company allowed this happen with down to earth services? As I never received the parcel but lousy and unskills manages and workers at Kota Kinabalu office.
Here, I would like to demand for compensation for stressful cause by ABX. How will ABX compensations and claims ?

takes too long to get to the office
As shown, the parcel has been out on courier delivery by 18/11/19 on 3.04PM yet still until today the parcel haven't reach the office. why does it take too long? is Gaya Street that FAR from Api-Api Centre? does it have to take 24 hrs or more to reach the office?
this is not the 1st time it happen to me. I have tried to called in this morning but didn't able to get through. The Operator machine was the one who answer my calls yet after waiting for quite sometimes, the phone was hung up. I called in again & the same damn thing happen? please explain!

ABX was very efficient, parcel usually arrive next day upon delivery, we are happy to use ABX.
However, since July onward, the delivery duration has lengthen and sometime it took a week for parcel to arrive, even it is within same state in KL. Parcel no. stated was being sent out on 12th Nov, still yet to receive on 15th Nov.
Appreciate management could look into this matter, and improve the quality of services to ensure customer satisfaction.

Poor servies! I inform abx klang got goods for pick up on 3pm, she ask me take to down office for them easy pick up, I answer actually my office at 2floor. At 4.50pm I inform abx oficce klang my company off on 5pm, please ask driver come. Office girl just answer me:"driver tiada", ask we self send to office. I say its your office problem, I inform 3pm, now 4.50pm just inform me no driver? Abx office just say arrange driver go my office take. N second day I oso 3pm contact abx klang office got parcel pick up, but till 5pm oso no drive come pick up.5.40pm just call me ask my office close already? Can I ask like this service I still can b continue?

missing item and delivery guy.
Hi, I bought an item at lazada on the 28th October, on October 30th it has been arrive on my origin country. And I'm not really sure why and who would work on Sunday night to delivers. This is Sunday, I'm at home for the whole day till night. No one really arrive to send any parcel. Then at 2137hrs lazada texted me to say that my item has arrived. Funny I've been at home the whole day but no ones shows up to delivers anything. Here is my shipment number, please looked up. And I'm not sure why do you need us to write such long complaints where as your side are incompetence to handles such delivery. It's now 22-10-2019 and yet my item is still at abx facilities, will i receive my item, I don't know, probably not, worst courier service ever
did not receive anything but it show me that I received the parcel
I ordered online goods on 29/9/19 and on the 15th Oct, it shows that the item is out on courier delivery. I tried to track it again a day after that, and seems like abx has updated the status to 'delivered to consignee'. Who the hell is that consignee when i didn't even receive any single parcel within these few days?! I really want to know what is going on now?! what happened to my stuff? are you going to tell me that my stuff is missing? huhh? as simple as that?! And now whenever i want to make online order and the seller is using abx. it left me a trauma. Please reply as soon as you receive this.
forged of signature and lost parcel
I got a parcel from China that reached here last week. Because I went for holiday only check tracking online when I was back at 7th Oct 2019. The online system show that the parcel already delivered and signed by me at 1st Oct 2019. I puzzled and called to ABX customer service, the attitude was so poor and then she asked me to wait. I wait for one day and called again also wrote an email.
On 9th October 2019 the driver came to my office and show me the form, he admit he signed himself because that day was raining, but he insisted that he already delivered to my office only didnt get someone to sign. Its really unacceptable for me.
I requested for his IC number but he refuse and said I don't have the right to do so. I said ok, then I will go to make police report on this because you lost my parcel and forge my signature. he said ok, let me go back company first and tomorrow we go together.
On 10th we go to ABX headoffice and demand an explanation. I only want back my parcel, but until today they said only can proceed with a little compensation and my parcel worth more than that.
I feel unfair as why he forged my signature, lost my parcel and I can not get my full loss on my parcel. I really helpless.
I talked to the manager that I don't want to make a fuss over it, but please ask him to go to find, at least put the effort to go around my area check maybe he sent to the wrong address. But they said he can not recall.
As a consumer, what else can I do? I think will go through legal way as I really feel that he need to responsible for forging people signature.
non delivery of goods
I ordered online goods from shopee on 9 sept. goods arrived kuching on 18 Sept but not delivered to my address. I have made multiple phones call, lodge complaints at customer service, written email to head quarter. still no news of my goods. after my complaints they conveniently changed the status of delivery of the goods to consignee on 2 Oct at 2153 pm. which is unbelievable. I have called 3 ABX runners who covered my area. failed to locate my parcel. I have contacted the seller too . now the warranty period of shopee is over.
