Hi abx express malaysia management,
I waiting for my item very long, when I check from parcel status is show out from apx subang office. Before that I called to customer service or any apx branch keep call no answer and nobody pick up from the call. Even I go to apx subang office they said parcel not around will transfer to apx bandar tun razak so I go there check again. Have one of staff said the item at apx bangi... But never mind I go again... You guys make me really waste so many time in the end I go to bangi the staff not helpful me and keep ask me to wait... After I wait almost 2 hours they sudden said can't pass the parcel to me... Don't know when can delivery to me... Don't said [censored] thing to me... Why u guys service really bad... Can you guys response something do well with customer please... Even I go to 3 branch also can't settle parcel to me and can't give me a confirm... Why u guys to do! I was really disappointed about your abx express company. Please response to a good service with client, and make sure give client get it from the parcel if we are
Around your branch! I feels I really angry when they said front of me... If can't check the item please don't keep said wait wait wait in the end I also can't get any my parcel during go home! Hope you guys response the case... And fast delivery to me

Parcel was not delivered with reason of "I couldn't find your house and you dint pick up your call, if you need it urgently you come to my office (30minute away) to collect it"

I was asking for re-attempt delivery as not aware of the delivery call. however been informed he will be only able deliver item on 19th May in 1 week time.

My item stuck at the abx
I have buy several item from China using shoppe apps, but most of the item I already received. Although it was RMO season but one item still stuck at the BK(shipment). The parcel reach Malaysia on 2.5.2020 and till now not yet arrived at my home town and I've not received the parcel, its weird when my other parcel reach Malaysia on 4.5.2020 already arrived at my home town on 12.5.2020.
Poor delivery service by abx
So I made a purchase from Shopee on 4th of April 2020, but unfortunately until now (11/5/2020) my item still hasn't been delivered. Okay to be fair since it's MRO so I kinda expected it would be later than usual but I wasn't prepared for it to be long! Shipment has arrived at ABX delivery facility since 18th of April but there is no delivery being made (only ‘route scan' for uncountable times!). Alas, they finally attempted to make delivery, but on a Sunday? And arrived at my office at 9pm? Who the hell stayed for so long until night at the workplace waiting for the item to be delivered? Okay I'll let it slide since it's weekend, and so they did ‘attempted' to deliver the item again on today. Unfortunately, they didn't. I checked the system and it's written ‘I'm not in or office closed'. Helloooooooo, why do you even try to deliver past 5pm? This ABX seriously left a trauma in me for buying overseas item via shopee!

Fyi, I received a whats app from ABX Segamat. They asked me to collect my order from shoppe personally. They suppose send to my home address as I stated on the order. Am I right? How come I can go there while I'm at Johor Bahru and also current situation in our country under PKPB. They said only can keep my thing up to 5 days. I try to called them but no answer. I reply their whats app also no reply. Just because of that, I need to ask seller to refund me while I'm really wait for that ordered.

My parcel hasn't been received yet
Please do the delivery fast, I've called so many times and all they do is say okay but I never received my parcel when it's already at KK. I already told the staff that I wanted to change my location and when the delivery guy wanted to deliver my parcel he mentioned about my old address which is very confusing. I clearly told that I wanted to changed the location and it was said in the website that my shipment is being hold because of change address but still refer to the old address? and im still waiting for my parcel to be delivered. I've been very patient with the slow and bad service but it's unacceptable. Please fix your service
Didn't received my item but how the status is delivered with co-stamp
As of today, I check my tracking no on abx website it is suppose to be out for delivered at 12.30pm. However, when I check again at night around 8.30pm, the status is delivered with co-stamp. It is funny because I didn't received my item but how the status is delivered with co-stamp. When I check the review online against ABX, now I know that they have a poor service since years ago.

Super slow delivery from kk to kk!
Parcels arrived at Kota Kinabalu ABX Facility on 03 April 2020.
The receiving address is also at Kota Kinabalu itself.
Today is already 27 April 2020 (more than 3 weeks) and the parcel is still not being delivered!
I have called many times straight to the KK branch and every time getting the answer "Ok, will attempt to deliver by XX" and guess it, all empty promises!
There are 13x "Route Scan" in the tracking, come on guys, from KK to KK, are you serious?!
ABX, please do your job. I know KK branch is overwhelm with jobs ever since MCO started but from KK to KK taking more than 3 weeks? That is not acceptable at all.

I get my 5 parcels confirmation at warehouse kota kinabalu, sabah. Staff told me will going to arrange deliver but with your poor services in kota kinabalu, sabah. My parcel havent deliver yet. parcel was broken and items in parcel is incomplete
My parcel ordered from tao bao china which supposed to reach my shop at mid of march. however, the service provider abx lahad datu, sabah, malaysia has not delivered my parcel to me on time which my contact number was given accurately to them. I received call from time yesterday (14/4/2020) and I just received my parcel today which is about a month of delay.
Furthermore the parcel was broken, one of my item in the parcel was lost. after enquiry to the customer service, they didn't give an acceptable answer to my lost item.

I've got a parcel undelivered few days ago so i've did plenty of research
Basically abx express is relatively slow and for the tracking updates, "route scan" means it is determining the route to deliver the parcel. Sometimes route scan can take 3 day idk why. "shipment on tracing" well probably you called them so they're trying to deliver asap. "shipment on hold" means you are not home or whatsoever. Sometimes it says shipment out for delivery or "shipment delivered" it might still take 4-5 days for you to receive but it depends... So just relax and wait for your parcel

Failed delivery attempt
Abx the worst ever courier service. They didnt even bother to call when they r out for delivery of my items that arrived. When I checked in the system they mentioned "failed delivery attempt". Excuse me, did you attempt to deliver it or not. Why wasnt I informed? Sucks

missing item
I haven't receive my item airbill number: [protected]. But I use the shipment number check in the website, there write "shipment on tracing". I wait for 14 days and called to 03-[protected] many times to logged complaint but no further action. Even email twice to [protected]@abxexpress.com.my - no respond at all.
May i know what kind of services provide here?

Hey ABX, camon man.. why your service suddenly sucks? I delivered my item om 27th February 2020 and till now on 4th March 2020 still haven't reach to its destination? Man you all claim that you're one of the fastest moving courier in Malaysia but it takes for you all like a week to deliver my item? My parcel is suppose to arrive today, checked shopee and it says undelivered and when i check on the abx site it says on hold. I would like to know whether that shipment will be delivered or i have to pick it up at abx?
The package isn't even that big. If possible please deliver it, if not please state at the tracking whether i need to take from your abx office or not.

Hi abx courier service. I bought 2 items from shoppe and the seller courier use your service. Now, in you system the parcel was receive by consignee but actually I didn't receive the parcel.
Please solve this ASAP because the parcel is important to me or I will report this situation to MCM or LHDN if you don't want take responsibility for this problem.
