In the tracking apps, it says that the parcel is out for delivery on 21 October 2021. But it had been out for delivery for almost a week. I havent receive my parcel yet

Parcel departed from China on the 15/10/2021 morning, send by air. Haven't receive it until today, 25/10/2021. It's been more than a week. Live agent not helping at all, can't even reply to my questions. Emailed to their customer service also receive similar answer. My previous parcel was held in the sabah station for more than 5 days. This time my parcel went missing in the air?

I am expecting a parcel with the tracking number MY2165 7782 5127F. On tracking, it stated it has been delivered on 22 Oct at 10 am. however, to date I have received any delivery yet. ABX kuching has the poorest service among all courier services available.
extremely poor customer service too. not the first time, the irresponsible staff just updated the system stated parcel delivered but never actually delivered the parcel. if no complaint was lodged, job considered DONE.

Dokumen hilang
Dokumen dihantar pada 29/9/2021 ke Kementerian Pengajian Tinggi, Putrajaya. Bila check tracking, dokumen telah delivered. Semak dengan penerima, mereka maklum tidak sampai. Pada 13/10/2021 saya call pihak ABX, mereka check telah delivered ke BMW Group Company di Kajang. Saya minta mereka ambil semula dokumen di sana dan hantar ke tempat yang betul, mereka take noted saja. Bila saya semak lagi dengan penerima, memang mereka masih belum terima dokumen. Saya call lagi ABX, mereka cakap dah ambil dokumen di Kajang dan hantar ke Putrajaya. Saya minta bukti, ABX kata system down dan tak boleh semak details. Hari ni 22/10/2021 dokumen tersebut masih belum diterima oleh penerima.

Sent wrong address
Dont bother about the time taken for successful delivered, I think the most important thing for a courier services is at least you send it to correct address. However this courier services can send to wrong address and even let the unauthorised person as my parcel signer. Once I call the customer service and they just ask me to confirm with my condominium management perhaps to track it back? Is it my responsibility to get back my parcel since the faulty was the courier services? I'm not wrote wrong the address. The customer service also impatience to tell me the solution and sound like command me must check with my condominium management first. I even no get any apologise from yours services too. After i go and check, the name given by the customer service is not accurate, the given signer name is SANN WONG, but suppose it is CHUN WONG, which the address is just differ in block only. How I going to track it back as the info given already wrong! You want me to check whole condominium tenants right? Is it make sense?
Parcel can't be track
I don't know why, but it already passed 19 days, tracking record for my parcel still not found. I understand that, my parcel was ship from overseas, but it take a lot of time to transit to Malaysia. I don't know if my parcel stuck or so on. Next, I already tried to chat with live agent of abx express, but still no replies . So sorry I need to make this complaint. Please take further action dear Abx Express😊

I am very disappointed with the service that you have provided me. My parcel reaches abx facility on the 4th of October 2001 but until now have not received any response. Tried calling ustomer service centre. Promise to send out my item by the next day but until now still the same outcome. Item still at kuching abx facility. For your information I attached my order tracking details. Hope your company could fix my problem.

Im paying postage but the courier asked me to take my parcel at the city.
I reached my limit already. Im okay if he asked me to take my parcel at the city for one time or twice. But he often asked me to take it at the city. So what if I paid the postage for half? Because your worker worked for half. I really not satisfied with abx shipments but I had to because my hq used abx and related with system so I cant change it. If you can solve this issue and make your courier better, its find if you take my money without the true job. Thank you and if you cant take action for this complaint, no need to put complaint board. I hope you can solve this problems for me

Parcel lost!
Packed my parcel for Shein return item & abx came to pick up the parcel on 30th Sep. Until today 13rd Oct there is no update on the system and i cannot find the tracking number! Also no one would pick up the call from HQ. Already contact the post man who came to pick up but he says already dropped the parcel at the main office but why it's gone? Please be responsible for the lost!

My parcel is still out for delivery for 2 days straight and still haven't arrived at my address. Then the parcel been return to the HQ. Why is that happen when they didn't even appear at my house. Its been 7 days since it arrived at Kota Kinabalu Abx Distribution Center and i still haven't got my parcel.

On 30th we are close. Then on the next day . I called ABX to arrange for delivery. And then they say they will arrange deliver for 5th-9th October. After the day pass, i keep calling them and ask why they not deliver yet. They keep saying will deliver as soon as possible. After 9th they say need wait untill 11th oct. but now already 12th but no sign abx kuching sarawak will deliver my parcel.
I am facing the same issues with parcel shipped from KL to Kuching .. just to check if you managed to get in touch with the Kuching branch? and have you received your parcel?
Because the posted number already not in use .. i am on daily basis calling the general KL & KK branch which is supposed to cover the services for entire East Malaysia
But nothing is happening & not sure how to get my case got escalated further
ABX Express SERVICE IS REALLY HORRIBLE .. Posted over MBE on 05 Oct & my parcel has reached Kuching on 08 Oct and until today - 12 Oct still at the sorting out stage .. this is truly unbelievable !
