Complaint on delivery of parcel
Dear sir / madam,
Good day to you.
Hope you're doing good. The purpose of this email is to highlight an irresponsible act of a fellow delivery guy. I will be providing the details of the shipment, the incident and followed by my personal details for enhanced tracking & feedback.
The receiver of the email is myself, Sujitra Raj Genga Raj addressed A-10-12, Saville @ Jalan Reko, 43000 Kajang, Selangor.

INCIDENT (8th Ocober 2021)
The delivery person DIDN'T TRIED TO CALL ME AT ALL instead he decided to leave the parcel in a grocery shop (he just let me know via WhatsApp). I replied to him asking whether he did try to call me or not however no reply at all, such an unprofessional act. If he decided to use WhatsApp as a communication medium in completing his task, he should be replying the WhatsApp. I would be happy if the grocery shop is an authorized drop off or pick up location unfortunately it is not. Additionally, there is no proper tracking system in the grocery store. All you have to do is give RM2 and collect the parcel. There is plenty of packaging on the site which means anybody can take my parcel by giving RM2. The name of the store is Ada Market @ Saville Kajang.
I hope there will be a strict investigation on this matter by your company. Also I'm hoping for a reply and feedback from this investigation from your side.

In Addition to that, I'm not going to self collect the item. Kindly ask your same delivery guy to collect and pass it to me.

Tidak membuat penghantaran atas alasan kawasan rumah tak termasuk dalam senarai kawasan penghantaran
Abx Tanah Merah, Kelantan tak hantar brg sy and suruh selfpickup atas alasan alamat rmh tak termasuk dalam senarai kawasan2 penghantaran. Maksudnya tak cover area rmh sy. Apa masalahnya ? Courier lain blh je senang2 hantar sampai rumah. Abx TM ni je call terus suruh pergi ambil dekat Abx Tanah Merah. Kenapa pulak pilih2 bulu nak hantar kawasan2 mana. Tanah Merah bkn besar mna pon. Shipping fee pya lah mahal. Buat kerja separuh jalan. Kalau sesetgh org tu betul2 xmampu nak pergi ambil sendiri mcm mana? Please improve your service. Delivery is a must in courier service. Jangan bagi alasan yang tak munasabah kenapa penghantaran ke rmh tak boleh di buat.

Banyak kali balik hub
Saya tak tahu apa masalah sampai kena pergi hub berkali-kali? Dari hub puncak alam pergi ke kelantan lepastu pegi puncak alam balik lepastu pergi kuantan pulak pastu pergi balik hub puncak alam lagi sekali? Bila nak sampainya parcel saya kalau duk pusing pusing balik tempat sama? Dah la dekat app shopee pun takde keluar update whereabouts barang. App tracking pun takde. Last last kena pi dekat website abx sendiri. Tu pun hampa tengok update ulang alik buang masa je. Tolong la jangan aniaya customer macamni. Buat kerja amanah la sikit. Complain pun banyak dah. Takkan tak perbaiki kot? Tak pernah pernah dapat abx. Tetiba pulak parcel dari china kalini kena kat abx adudu. No wonder la orang tak guna service abx. Teruk gila service.

The parcel is held at the station for too long
Initially my parcel was processed by a different delivery company which is POSLAJU MALAYSIA. After it arrived at Malaysia from China, the parcel delivery service changed to ABX Express. My parcel had arrived in Kuching on 1st October but it is stuck at the station. The location of the station was also not provided by ABX. The ABX Express tracking number provided is SHP18985560DMY but I couldn't track the parcel using that number.
Desired outcome: Please deliver my parcel as soon as possible because the warranty to pay for the items is due on 11th October
my parcel arrived abx kuching on 28 Sep2021, today is 9 Oct 2021. How can we complain such bad service company in Malaysia?

Hai .. may i know when can sent my parcel? Long time already reach at kuching sarawak. Arrived kuching is on 1/10 . Now already 05/10 but not yet delivery. As i need to use by this weekend. Parcel not received
Parcel once return back to HQ At Selangor. Cannot being detect because abx online system always unavailable. Post for 2nd time, Parcel arrived at operation centre ON 24/09/2021. Already call the services centre today had told parcel has out deliver last week but i haven't received the parcel yet. Also i am not received any call from abx said parcel being delivered. Request to return my parcel back. Thank you.

My parcel has arrived at the station and it was said at the tracking delivery attempt would be made by 3/10/2021. But ABX in Kuching aren't taking any action towards my parcel. Is this something I should complain to every company everytime? Only about their delivery service? PLEASE FIX THE PROBLEM! THOSE STUFF ARE IMPORTANT! Bukan satu but 5 items yg dah sampai. Tolong la ABX do something about your employers 🙂

Late delivery
My parcel has been arrived at the distribution center near me since 23 September and until now doesn't move at all from there. Took forever to deliver parcel. Please send it immediately. This is urgent parcel. Please solve it ASAP. Thanks!

Service is worst
My thing is in sandakan since 22/09 but they haven't delivered until today 24/09. When I called, the lady said is in stor, say need time. I ask her to rush it, she said I just have to wait, they have many many parcels need to be sent, not only mine. She is not helpful, not willing to chase the order at all. She said since abx is so bad service as I mentioned, she said better I don't use it next time. I didn't want to use abx but have no choice since shoppe set it for me. Stupid lady, I told her that, she said I can request it & seller will set it. This kind of working attitude still can get hired, I really wonder.
Bad service and attitide
If late delivery i still can accept. If cannot find the location ask me wait at the place that he gave me i still can be acceptable..
But how can the attitude is fcking ridiculous. Tell me he just cover foh sang, penampang area, okay then I say if can meet at fohsang. Later on say he cannot go there cuz he just on penampang area. Inform me wait him at the place until he finish all the parcel delivered / if he have pass the place.. Then ? Ask me wait more than 2 hours or he think that all the people like him very free or no need to work. I dissapointed not his time management but his attitude ... Give me the response like I should give him tips or I pay him anything ... I buy thing is for my fulfillment not for his brainless idiots attitude. I have no idea if my parcel will be destroy or open already.

Called the abx customer service many times, nobody answered. Called the delivery person who was in charge of delivering the parcel, she also didn't answer the call. Very bad service.
