Asal slow sangat abx sibu nih, ko nak simpan barang lama2 buat apa, dh sampai kat abx sibu tu hantar laa mai ke kem nih woiii, slow laa, take note pasal bende nih boleh tak abx, !

I was told that my parcel c2c9644132 wrongly send to subang kl. Already lodge complain 2 days ago but no response.
Suppose to be kota kinabalu to papar. Less than 40km drive. I demand for compensation!
People warn me about your service but I was not expecting this will happen. I need my medication!

Kenapa barang dah delived tapi masih sampai sekarang x dapat barang? 2 hari delivery sedar2 dah delived.. Barang xde pon.. Langsung xde panggilan dari abx.. Kol custumer service hampeh.. Sibuk memanjang

Status barang dah delivered tapi barang tak sampai ! Please buat kerja leklok! Korang ingat berkat ke buat orang macam tu ? Kalau tak ikhlas kerja tak payah kerja! Barang orang beli pakai duit cas penghantaran pun kita bayar pihak courier senang senang je ambik kesempatan macam ni.

I haven't received my items yet. When I tried to track the item, I notice there are two times of delivery attempt but failed due to 'consignee not in/office closed'. Today I did call ABX semporna asking if my item is there with them or is it really at Tawau, but they assure me it's on the way to get delivered to my house in TAMAN PELANGI SEMPORNA. There was no any delivery attempt as I was at my house waiting for my parcel, but I got notified I wasnt at home so it didn't get delivered. I also noticed that it's got delivered at Tawau when it was supposed to deliver to Semporna? How can they make delivery attempt when I live at Semporna? Please settle this matter as soon as possible. I'm already tired of waiting, getting my hopes high just to get lied at and accused of not being home.

Hello abx, my parcel were arrive at kota kinabalu f - sabah on 24 aug, but until now there has not been any progress on delivery. Please make a delivery asap! Idk why you guys wanna hold peoples parcel too long.

Took forever to deliver parcel.Went to nearest aABX branch, all the have to say is "your parcel is already been passed to our agent and will be deliver to you soon" and yet its been a week already and havent received my parcel. I request for self collect my parcel but they cant provide me the location/contact no of the so-called "agent".. i want to self collect to make the process easier but you cant event do that. What is your "so called agent" doing holding parcels for weeks.. WORST SERVICE EVER

Since 13/08/2021 until today my parcel tracking not moving.. what kind of service is this.? Since Shopee start using ABX, I'm very2 frustrated as ABX take 5-7 days process before the parcel is out for delivery, when the status is out for delivery, it will take another 3-4 days to reach me.. up to 10-12 days in total from the parcel arrive to Sabah from china the delivered to me.. worst courier ever.. Please learn from JNT, I really happy when JNT pick up my parcel as I know I will receive my parcel on same day or the next day.. WORST COURIER SERVICE EVER, ABX KOTA KINABALU

My parcel had reached port on 11/8, but till now not being picked up by ABX, there is no update, called to customer service but the human agent was not helping, keep telling me they can't trace from system yet, robot agent keep repeating the menu. I am very helpless with this worse courier service ever.
They keep giving excuses on pandemic but this is nonsense, the rest of the parcel from other courier companies are speedy and reach on time, cleared custom in 1 day and deliver within 2 days. This is obviously ABX issue!

I ordered something from shoppe, i was out and no one was home at the time. Abx stated that they already delivered my package but it was nowhere to be found. Who did they deliver the package to as no one was home, it does not make any sense. I spend a lot of money on that package please send it back to me or I'll make an official police report as this is a serious matter and it is very unprofessional. How can you call yourself a delivery company if you cant even deliver it. I've seen a lot of other people complained about similar incidents. It is a shame as you cannot improved your service

I want to know where it is my parcel?

Dear ABX, I know during this pendamic it's hard to deliver and work in time. But I havent receive my parcel and it's already over a week. I'm talking about ABX KUCHING SARAWAK CENTRE. The parcel still there. I hope I'll receive the parcel as soon as possible and hoping the best services from you guys.

Please delivered my parcel as soon as possible cause my parcel was urgent. I domt want abx look like others service. For me i want a fast service from abx. My parcel still on subang selangor. What is express service? Why we use express logistic if parcel over 1 week and yet deliver to us? Further, I make a called to call centre, and being inform that need to wait another week due to overload parcel, what a stupid reason and excuse? Not a solution but giving me an excuse, is this the service from ABX express? Further the customer Servise is so rude to answer with it.
