Parcel over 1 week yet deliver
What is express service? Why we use express logistic if parcel over 1 week and yet deliver to us? Further, I make a called to call centre, and being inform that need to wait another week due to overload parcel, what a stupid reason and excuse? Not a solution but giving me an excuse, is this the service from ABX express? Further the customer Servise is so rude to answer with it.

Is this the current attitude training from ABX express toward thier prof customer staff to service client in such way, I m so doubt of it.

About my parcel
On thursday the delivery guy called me in the morning and told me he will arrived at my place in 10 minutes but I've waited for few hours for him to reach but in the meantime he called me for 4 times asking for my landmarks. I even screen record the map and send it to him but no respond. I ask him for so many times did he even found my place. The last call i made he's at Lanai residence in bukit jalil which is less 5 minutes from my house (PPA1M BUKIT JALIL) so I've waited AGAIN until 640pm and i called AGAIN. He told me he was already on the way back to office and i told him lanai and my house are not that far why he didn't able to deliver it to me? He gave an excuse he have so many places tu jump but he is still in BUKIT JALIL AREA and told me on friday he will deliver it to me. So on friday he called me AGAIN in the morning but leave me on hold for few minutes. So i call him back and left me on hold for few minutes AGAIN. I whatsapp him and ask why did he called me and put me on hold and what time he will deliver my parcel as he mention on thursday. Well he send me a voice message telling me he didn't cover in my area and someone else will deliver it to me. I asked him who will be deliver my parcel he told me on Thursday that he will deliver it to me. What kind of service is this? And he send me another voice message in ANGER SAYING THAT IM RUDE, ‘YOU INGAT YOU NI BESAR SGT KE'
What on earth is this? I was just asking for my parcel and tell me which part that I'm being rude to him? I even call the abx express hq to arrange my pick up but non of the PIC abx express kuchai lama call me to arrange. So i went there yesterday said that i wanted to pick up my parcel, the guy at the desk told me it takes a day to find my parcel. So he went to the back office and i heard he's talking to THE DELIVERY GUY THAT WAS SUPPOSED DELIVER MY PARCEL.
Even the guy at the desk is not friendly, does not welcoming customer, doesn't even smile. I don't see any sincerity from him. Did your boys really did their job or not? We as a customer paid for this. What they did? Goyang kaki dekat office? Nak pick up parcel sendiri pun jadi masalah apatah lagi nak deliver barang. Kalau tak ikhlas nak bekerja no need to kerja. Boleh bagi dekat orang yang betul2 desperate for work because they are more sincere doing their job. What kind of service are you all providing ni? Ask them to plan their route la and tell them to inform to the customer even couldn't deliver on that day. Bukan customer yang terkejar2 cari. I understand there are tons of parcel they have to deliver but INFORM OR GIVE A SOLUTION TO THE CUSTOMER ASK TO PICK UP OR SOMETHING. ABX Express Kuchai Lama are the worst courier I've experienced including their staff. You should educate them more about services. And by today i still haven't got my parcel and nobody even call me about the pick up. Dissapointed with abx
The service. Sending to wrong address
The items wasn't sent to exact address and handling the items to nearby shop instead of keeping it at abx store. Without notify me before did that. The manager/supervisor neglected to find or tracking my items and avoid my chats of queries about my items. On shopee, the confirmation of delivered is done, but i didn't get the items. They didn't notify me during the items has been arrived at ABX Telupid store.

Product is damaged!
At around 9.am, I heard a motorcycle honking outside of my house, and by the time I went to pick it up I heard the delivery guy tossed my parcel deep into my house compound, 9-10 metres at least. I can heard the clanking sound of the parcel tossed. That is a destructive behaviour and it's bad for the company's reputation. Now my package is making weird sounds when I turn it on and vibrates more than usual. I want a refund and please stop hiring the same delivery guy for service quality control.

My item stucked at wrong place for days
My item had been stucked at Segamat for 4 days now with no sign of delivery. It should been sent to Pontian branch before being sent to my place at Benut like usual but instead was stucked at Segamat. Eventhough its MCO, i dont think that it should affected you since you can operate during this time. Please provide a reason why my item is at wrong place and is not being delivered yet.

Hi Abx, i respect and understand during this MCO it is hard dor you guys to deliver parcels but my parcel already stucked at station XSP since 27th July 2021. So tried to call the centre, the line is busy. So i need to know the status of my parcel. Im afraid the parcel is already gone. So please update me or update at shopee. At least i know why you guys cannot deliver it yet. 1 week already stucked at the same place. Thank you
I am complaining about my parcel
For your information, my parcel from China to Malaysia already been stop since 13/07/2021 and until now (today - 31/07/2021) didn't received yet, and even didn't updated where is my parcel. And I only can contact Taobao's service to check, and they told me my parcel already picked up by Malaysia Abx Express, but why didn't update or sending out my parcel. I hope that abx can send my parcel out ASAP. Thank you.

I want to know why abx in my area didn't want to deliver parcel seperti alamat yang dinyatakan pada parcel. Saya terpaksa collect sendiri everytime parcel sampai dan pihak abx juga tidak memaklumkan kepada saya bahawa parcel sudah sampai dan status tracking juga ditukar kepada delivered padahal saya belum terima lagi. Why?

Parcel was late
My friend send me a a parcel from selangor to negeri sembilan and it was suppose to take only 3 days but now the parcel was late by almost a week now. I urgently need those parcel because of my studies . Other than that, my parcel did not have any progress at all at first it was pick up so late that the trecking number cannot be tracked for t3 whole days . It was such a nigtmare. Please improve yor servise otherwise i will not use your courier again.

Call your customer service speak to SHIDAH on 24/7/2021 at 12.40pm but she just take 1 of the following parcel number and ask me to call again for another 2 parcel no for reporting . When i ask why i need to call back to report for another 2 parcel she just hang up the phone . She is very rude. What type of service of your cs . Because of the late delivery i have lost of around RM200 for my bussiness income. I need to complaint and made a claim for that item.

I order on shopee. I wait for like 3 weeks but no delivery attempt on their side. I called ABX and they said the parcel is in their hand. They don't even go to my area occasionally. That what i was told. Then, they will reshedule to deliver the parcel. On shopee, the status was delivered but i didn't even receive it. I called them again. They asked me to call the person in charge of delivery. I call him. He said he gave it to someone to pass it to me.
P/S: Please deliver parcel to the exact location given by customer. Don't pass it around. Be responsible

Item damaged!!!
I bought hair products online, the seller post out using abx express on the 13 july 2021, supposed out on delivery on 14 july 2021. I called the customer service asking an update about the parcel. They mentioned that my item has been damaged and it's their fault (I have proof on the conversation) they apologise and send the item to me. I received 2 empty bottles.
Desired outcome: I want to claim the damages that they made on my items!!
Late Delivery Services
I am writing this specially for ABX EXPRESS KUCHING HUB (MALAYSIA). 6 of my items still stuck at ABX KUCHING for one week. Without any delivery attempt. Most of the items are important and I need it very urgent, but too bad. 7 days, no delivery attempt. Please improve your service. Not my first time complaining about ABX Kuching, but still no improvement. Very late service.
Desired outcome: ABX Kuching, please work faster and don't hold customer items for a long time.
Runner from ABX never call regarding the parcel of a customer
This is the 4th time that I have encountered these matters; no calling to confirm customers address before sending the parcel, not like other courier services they will call to confirm and inform customers. My parcels have been several times delivered to wrong address. For the easiest work of them, they just put all the parcels into 1 building which I am not from that building ( As the hospital S.O.P is not allowed staff from other building to go to the main lobby because not all staff can go to the main lobby). Have called customer service and customer service didn't do anything. Im so DISAPPOINTED with ABX courier services as all of us here have encountered the same problems that cause by your runners for unwilling to call the customer for confirmation.
Desired outcome: DO CALL THE CUSTOMER TO COMFIRM THE ADDRESS AND PLEASE DON'T ACT LIKE YOU KNOW.
