On 11/14/2022, I made an online purchase with ACF Wholesale for $2086.27. I received emails that there would be several delays for my order. On 1/5/2023, I canceled my order and received an email that I would have my refund within 2 weeks. It is 4/10/23 and I still have not gotten my refund, only emails telling me they are working on it. There are multiple complaint online against this company. As of 5/1/23, still no refund. We all need to sue.
Desired outcome: Sue company, get money returned. Have owners held accountable.

We are in the same boat. Our $912.00 buffet was never delivered and are also waiting on our refund. Now their website is "down for maintenance" We do need to sue them. Maybe call the local police in Columbus MS and report them 1st?

Have contacted ACF by phone and e-mail numerous times since February, order rescheduled. Told it would be eight weeks upon order, then told it would be April, then May, and then June. Now, BBB website states that ACF is no longer operating as a business and are not returning calls, e-mails, nor responding to certified mail from them.
