Acima review: Fraud and scam company

I purchased mattresses from Wayfair. I got an email confirming they were delivered, but they were not. I tried to contact Wayfair to no avail. I tried to contact Acima but all their contact info doesn't work. I ended up disputing the charges with my bank and stop payment but they used something called a digital wallet and were able to bypass the stop. I finally received a call from Acima when I told them that I never received the product they themselves attempted to get a hold of Wayfair also to no avail. All Acima told me to do was to keep trying to get a hold of them. Then the charges I disputed with my bank were recharged toy account because Acima produced my lease. But didn't mention that I never received the product. So, I'm basically paying for something I never received. This company is a joke. They give you an email address "for questions" but they respond with an automated message saying that this email address is not monitored. Again, scam scam scam!
